Great activities. My son enjoyed the inflatable jump pad, mini-golf, playground( by the office), shuffle board, and trying to catch a fish at the stocked pond. Tent sites are a bit pricey, and it's a walk ( especially for little legs) from the tent sites to the activities by the office. Office hours for rec equipment are also limited "off season."

No hot water for shower - no cable as advertised- WiFi would not connect AND a very rude older male employee who continually tried to find things wrong… worst experience ever at mystic koa. So bad - we left a day early

We had a lovely time, rain and all! The only thing I would prefer would be a later checkout for tent sites... I paid for an extra night so I didn't have to get up at 6am and start breaking down my site to be out by 11am.

Wonderful!! Staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I was blown away by how much better this campsite was vs a state or national park!!

I have tent camped here for at least 10 or more years. There is a reason I always come back, that's because the staff is friendly, camp sites are nice and clean and I always feel at peace here. I will be back many more times

We had the best time! The renovated pool is amazing! We were very thankful to have the pool reopened this year. It was so hot, we needed it. Activities were fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only con were the bees and we know you can't control them.

My family and I have stayed here several times. We always have such a great time! My only issue was that the website stated the pool was closed after Labor Day weekend but it was still open when we arrived. It would’ve been nice to get a text about the pool being open along with the texts giving us activity updates for the weekend. Overall still a great time!!!

this was our first time at this KOA, the kids had a great time staff was kind, pool and other amenities were great for the kids. Loved the food truck as it was nice not to have to cook at lunch time so we could spend more time at the pool. KIds loved the slides and so did the adults!! Can't wait for our next stay next Memorial Day!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Grounds are well maintained and wooded sites are quiet and stay cool in the summer heat. Pool was clean and refreshing. Kids loved the pool and the slides!

Our stay was really great. Our plans took us elsewhere during the day. However, you did an amazing job planning activities for campers staying on the grounds all day. The communication was excellent via texts and the staff was very helpful. The only issues I saw were people being loud after hours and micro trash at the campsite. People should realize that twist ties and bottle caps are trash too

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the slides and pools. We stayed three nights at a tent site.

Our tent site had A LOT of glass all over it. I spent time trying to clean it up as we had our dog with us and I was worried about his paws. The highway is loud (I know this can’t be changed). We had neighbors who were play very loud music and another neighbor who had a dog that would not stop barking. It would have been nice if a KOA staffer would have intervened about the noise.

Beautiful grounds, bathrooms were old/mildew but clean. I saw reco’s and people said staff were rude. I was checked in by a really nice young lady. Our site guide was a very kind man who happens to be the father of the nice young lady who checked us in. The day we left I met the one people are complaining about.. ugh.. raised wood platform tent site. It was beautiful and good when it rained.

Great time!!! It is only my 3rd time camping and the first two times were at Burlingame- this was WONDERFUL in comparison and I enjoyed every part of the long weekend. Only recommendation I have is to do like cornhole or volleyball tournaments or whatever with both adults and kids as teams- that way we can all be involved. But great stay And I’ll be back!

The only issue we had was with the traffic noise from the highway, but there isn’t anything that you can do about that. That may not be an issue with the spots nearer to the office, do not know. Other than that, everything else about the stay was top-notch.

This is a really great campground. We had an excellent stay here. Reservations and check-in are super-easy and quick. The campground itself is immaculate (including the bathrooms!). There are lots of activities for kids and adults, including a big pool and jumping pillow. The location couldn't be better - it was only a few minutes off 95 and was close to Mystic and several spectacular beaches.

Site has nice amenities, close to attractions, great for kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Only reason it’s only 4 out of 5 was our site was a little tight for a premium tent site and the layout was a little odd - the fire pit was right next to the tent pad. You hear the highway a bit more than the nature too. But the kids has a blast and we were very pleased overall. Will definitely go again.

Nice tent spot, kids had fun swimming, jumping and dancing. Only cons were the very loud highway traffic noise and the very small dog run.

Bathroom dirty and no toilet paper , Pool was slippery,having issues with the sites I pay for late stay and then they change it for me because they want to I rent pavilion for our big group but they canceled for us at last minute and we pay for it in advance we where a big group but unfortunately they where very obsessed because where not able to stay late

A very nice location with friendly staff and fun services for young kids. The pool, playground, etc. were all well maintained and fun for the family. The bathrooms were relatively clean, showers could have been cleaner. My only reservations on recommending to a friend or staying again is the proximity of the campground to the highway making it noisy and the tent sites are a bit small and tigh

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was packed with all the essentials needed. But the bathrooms near the office were the nicest/cleanest/coolest in temperature bc they had a fan going. The other bathrooms in the park were gross. The pool has ZERO shade so bring your own umbrella!

All of the employees were top notch! So friendly and helpful. Loved the family activities. The pool and play areas are nice. Nights were quiet.Bathrooms needed work. Lots of stalls were completely out of toilet paper for many hours a day. The cleaning seemed spotty. Many toilets to too dirty to use. We loved our stay overall and are planning to book our next visitalready. It's a great campgroun

Pros: dog friendly, convenient location, many lodging options (tent, RV, cabin), fire pit with grill, 20 amp electric (normal outlet), many kids activities Cons: expensive, no "grass pad" for regular campsites as website claims, expensive store, loud highway nearby, dangerous plants at the site (stinging nettles, poison ivy, etc), bathrooms closed during checkout

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was very accommodating to us coming in on motorcycles and super helpful delivering firewood and ice to our campsite.

Our stay is considering 5.0, nobody respect the hours of silence, dogs unleashed everywhere, bathrooms very dirty. Plus the prices, we will considering if coming back or not next year. Stuff people are nice, I can admit that! Thanks.

Really great time. Kids rode their bikes around all day and we were comfortable with them being off on their own. Pool was clean and not very crowded. Kids enjoyed snacks from the food truck.

Campgrounds were well kept, bathrooms clean, pleasant people and our tent space was nice. HOWEVER, not a campground to visit if you want to be outside and have peace and quiet & enjoy nature. Campground is right by a highway that provided us with the sound us the sound of traffic 24/7, something we were trying to get away from! Could not sleep at night due to the LOUD noise of trucks ALL NIGHT!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
