Much better than last year when we stayed at KOA. The pool is excellent and we absolutely loved the patio on site 522. Glad to see the seasonals in that area moved to another spot. The drink truck was awesome.

Habituellement, je séjourne dans un KOA pour la paix d'esprit, avec l'assurance et la sécurité que soit propre, sécuritaire et ordonné. L'absence de ronde de sécurité après 10pm et la tolérance de notre voisin de site (bruits et musique après 10pm, brûlage de vidange dans le fire pit, terrain en désordre, etc) a fait de sorte que nous n'avons pas apprécié notre séjour.

We really loved your KOA but you MUST put non slip strips on the steps of your pool. I slipped and bruised my leg badly and while I was only in the pool one hour, 3 other people slipped also. You will have a law suit coming if you don’t address this problem.

We only stayed for 2 nights and were not present most of the time. It was obvious that the campground was extremely family oriented and provided activities for all ages, however.

The campsite that we stayed in A8 was nice location close to playground and pool. But sites were very close together and very un leveled. A lot of the campsites we saw RVs with front wheels way off the ground.

WiFi was terrible-constantly kicked off the server, as were others, speed was very slow. Reprimanded for parking in a spot while trying to do laundry that was supposedly reserved for golf carts-no markings stated that. Sites covered in weeds. Would have expected better for $80+ a night. I’d only stay there again if no other option.

Really enjoyed our stay at this KOA. Lots to do! I wish the big slides was better maintained. The grass was high and lots of “jagger” plants. The drinks/food truck was great! Staff was so fun!! Especially the woman that ran the Dino pix.

We’ve enjoyed staying at the Mystic KOA in the back field in the past, but now sites are squeezed in. We barely had room for our 15 foot teardrop. We had no fire ring. They offered to bring one, but the only place for it to go was out in the field. People in the office were delightful—but now it’s all about squeezing as many people into as small a place.

We love coming to Mystic KOA it was our 4th stay and it’s such a great location, clean property and friendly staff. Our favorite part of the property is the Hard Times Slushee and food bus it keeps us coming back!

Not bad of a park for activities for the kiddos. Lots to do. Gary was a very nice fella and had to deal with some issues with missed or wrong reservations along and new rules to back in campers. Most folks dont need help we have had plenty of practice. Then, for some reason, my email kept being put in wrong and I didn't get my receipts. I still dont have my last receipt for the propane.

Could not connect to WI-FI asked for help and was told to call a # called the # and told it was our location. I booked to have Wi-Fi. We have pop up so we had to use facilities. They were dirty the walls had a lot of mold mildew and on 2 occasions after using restrooms no toilet paper in the stall. Only positive was nice events for kids.

The staff was wonderful however, the condition of the showers and the sound of the highway caused us to leave a day early. There were campsites away from the highway but they were not offered to us. I understand that there is not much that can be done regarding the traffic noise but the bathrooms/showers should be checked more often.

Overall, we had a delightful stay at Mystic, KOA. The store was reasonably stocked with basics and some small souvenirs. A pool was nice. There were other fun options such as mini golf, and a food truck ( Unfortunately it was only open a few times during our stay). There were some activities on the weekend, however, even though it was full season summer, there were very few things to do on site.

I was amdisappointed this time around. the staff is very friendly, and the location of the campground is fantastic, however the upkeep of the grounds has begun to go downhill. I was assigned to J3. That area of the campground is in tremendous disrepair. The roads are in horrible condition & even the grassy areas are uneven and patchy. I had to roll in my awning to use my fire pit bec of its locat

The over all campground is great. My stay was ruined by the camper behind us next row over. He had everything and there brother outside in the yard. Bikes, large pool floats, crates even luggage. The fact also that something went wrong his his septic tank. He used his poop tote approx 8 trips Saturday afternoon till dark. Therefore leaving a stench of crap in the air. The first day I got there, the grass was past my ankles, filled with flowers and honeybees, I’m highly allergic to bees stings. I reported to the office and was satisfied with their actions. they sent somebody up right away to fumigate and cut the grass. On the seventh day due to the rain we had extreme flooding at our campsite with sewer back up and unpleasant smell.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
