We had the best time here and couldn't believe how spotless everything was! The ladies in the store were exceptionally nice! We will be back again!!!!!

stayed in a deluxe cabin - very nice, - lots of activities for the kids - staff was very pleasant (except young girl who checked us in, she was not all smiles, maybe having a bad day) - however, staff upon check out was very helpful on reserving for next year especially the older woman-very pleasant (around my age so maybe that's why I connected better than I dd with the young girl on check in).

Our stay was perfect, with everything we needed in our cabin! The kids were thrilled with their bunk beds and sofa pullout, and our bed was super comfortable. The jumping pillow was a blast, and other playground equipment. The only thing I would request for future visits is better cleaning of cobwebs and spiders inside the cabin and on the porch. That took some time removing those. Thank you!!!

Our favorite KOA to stay at for week long or quick weekend camping getaways. Always activities for the kids. Very peaceful. Some folks mention the highway noise, but we just take it as white noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mystic KOA, in a Deluxe cabin that was quite roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the large grassy area in front of our cabin, the gas grill, and the table and chairs on the patio. The layout of the cabin was great, with the bedroom at the back, bathroom in the middle, and kitchen, dining table and chairs, and couch at the front of the cabin.

Our family stayed in different cabins and all of us were pleased with our accommodations. The cabin was clean and ready to just set up and relax. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The camp itself is well maintained and someone is always around to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times and we love it. The staff is always so nice. Everything is always so clean and they have great activities for adults and kids.

We had another great stay. We stayed after labor day but the pool was still open and we enjoyed a wine slushy from the food truck. Our cabin a was clean and the provided linens were a plus.

We enjoyed the campgrounds many amenities. Our cabin was surrounded by trees and very cozy. The staff was helpful and efficient. The Mystic KOA is near many fantastic attractions.

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at the Mystic KOA site. We stayed a a deluxe cabin. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and camp site. And I was not aware of the great playground. My 6 yr old daughter had so much fun!

Enjoyed the stay and amenities. The extra charges for locking in a site and not being able to check in a bit early when the site is ready unless paying more seems unnecessary. Otherwise it was great

The boys enjoyed the events scheduled, the pillow pad, the playground and the slides on the hill were a big hit for them. The store has a nice selection of staple items if you happen to forget.

Great staff, friendly. Campground was nice and quiet. Pool is nice. Not as many activities as prior years, food truck area would look nice revamped along with mini golf.

Wonderful stay for our 1st time camping at Mystic KOA! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and maintained grounds. Lovely and clean cabin. The kids had fun playing and being outside. Will definitely be back!

Saturday night, my family and I were doing a campfire and playing the head band games. Someone from the facility came and spoke to us rudely about keeping it down and rudely told us he is not leaving until the fire is out. He didn't tell us to go inside but demanded us to take the fire out while other cabins had their fire outside.

Excellent the kids loved it so much that we’re going to come back every year with friends and family and book at the same time. Lots of activities for the kids except the game room could be a little bit cheaper.

My stay was great in a rustic cabin! Bath houses, cabin, site, everywhere clean. All staff friendly! Felt very safe! We LOVED playground/slides/pool area. 3 suggestions: 1. Make screen doors for the camping cabins since no AC. 2. Inform people staying in cabins with dogs that there are roach poisons on the floor (my puppy ate one) 3.let people know how very DEEP the pool. Would return again!

Deluxe cabin was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. When you say "linens provided" you were not kidding! Game equipment, however, was not as we had hoped. Much was either broken or nowhere to be found. We would have loved to play some shuffle board, but by the last day the equipment was gone. Overall, we would come back and recommend, but please update your equipment. Thank you, Tracy

I wish someone had told me that you could pay $25 to select the location of your cabin. Also, I think the cleaning staff should spend more than five minutes cleaning the cabins. My cabin had garbage inside and surrounding outside. Also, there was no phone signal Wi-Fi or sunshine, and it was damp and dark the whole time with incredibly bad mosquitoes, even with bug spray and campfires.

It was a nice setup for our group of friends. Not much when it came to ammenties and the really strict checkin at 4pm policy seemed bizarre. We were able to hang out at our friends RV site for 2 hours waiting to see what they needed to do to our sites but ironically they had been done since prior to our arrival. It stings paying a full days stay and only being able to arrive at 4pm

Our move to our next reservation was seamless. This cabin was also clean and we had a great time over the weekend with lots of fun activities!! I would recommend staying at Mystic KOA!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
