We had a very pleasant family vacation. The cabin was great. We really liked the patio with the table and chairs, grill and the awesome fire ring. The kids loved the jumping pillow and slides! For a small space, the camp store was well stocked with essentials and souvenirs. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Its our second time in KOA mystic and just like the first time we are very Happy Customers/ Campers ..The Staff is super Nice and efficient.Facility is The Best and Clean ..will be coming back hopefully Soon..thank you KOA mystic CT.

Wonderful deluxe cabin. Just what we needed. I have one complaint. The cabin was not clean when we arrived. So I was glad I brought cleaning supplies. Once I cleaned the place up I felt much better.

Nothing is perfect, but it’s close. We always have a blast, nice to be there early season and see all the improvements going on. Everything is always as expected with mystic koa. Always a great time will always come back. One suggestion is to disconnect the old furnace in cabin. Way too loud and uneeded with mini splits on wall. Doggo had an outstanding time also as usual. Be back in a few weeks

Great cold stay. It was a fun 3 nights in a cabin in Feb. The place is pretty big and I can't wait to see it in the summer. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin before and had a good experience that’s why we decided to return. However there are things I wanted you to know about cabin 11 1)bathroom was not clean it had pubic hair stuck around base of toilet. Shower curtain dirty, tub chipped and sink cracked. The pots and pans are in very very bad shape the frying pan handle slipped off while I was using it.

Quick two night stay in a cabin; just right and very comfortable. Heating in winter is always a question, and the cabin was toasty warm. I've been to this campground before, and have always enjoyed it. I'll be back!

We arrived late and it was easy to check in after hours. The cabin was ready and warm when we arrived. We had an enjoyable stay.

Staff was fantastic. I called about my propane tank and someone literally drove up almost before I hung up the phone. Cabin was spotless! Can’t wait to go back!

Love the cabins. Not much goes on in the off season. Kamp store hours are minimal but to be expected. Staff is friendly and very welcoming!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin for two nights. We’ve stayed at koa’s in different states before and this was one of the best cabins yet. The kitchen had a stovetop and double sink. The grill extra clean. We liked the rules we had to sign at check in. Some campgrounds don’t follow up on the rules. We will be back next year when the weather is better.

We were in Cabin 6, which smells very badly of cigarette smoke. We both woke up with headaches and sore throats. Even from cabin 6 we could hear kids running around on Friday night, well after mid-night. Enforcement of the campground quiet hours would be appreciated. The office hours were inaccessible for us most days; perhaps ordering wood delivery for fires would be highly appreciated.

We have not been back for almost two years , there was an employee that made it difficult , there was another who fixed it , this time around it was wonderful to have the nice people back !!!

Close to Mystic & Newport for east sightseeing. Our Kabin was neat & clean. As a fellow KOA employee (different state) I’d recommend this campground to others. Thanks for the stay.

Lots to do on site for the family which makes it easier to get kids interested in going. Cabins are in great condition, clean and stocked with just the right amount of necessities to limit packing to just the essentials.

People were not very friendly. Quiet hours were NOT observed. We had our neighbor in the cabin next door blaring music at 3 am and chopping wood. It was absolutely rude. We had no numbers to call to ask for someone to speak to them. The same individuals blasted music very early around 6 am our first morning there. We have stayed at other KOA and figured we would give this one a shot. Thumbs down!!

I was there on a rainy weekend in October. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything, especially the bathrooms! My cabin was also spotless and the area is beautiful. All the employees are ready to help and even escort you to your sites. Great place!

This was I believe our 5th stay in this handicapped deluxe cabin. Perfect for my grandson who is wheelchair dependent. Staff as always was very friendly and helpful. We will probably stay again.

We love the Mystic KOA and try to stay every year. The staff is always friendly and the cabins are always in good shape. The heat in the main part of the cabin didn't seem to function, but it didn't keep us from enjoying our stay.

I love this campground just real crowded in our area, the cabin next to us with I dont know how much family they had in there, they were friends with the cabin directly behind us, so they walked right through our campsite constantly instead of the road. And they would scream back and forth and play flashlight games, lol but we thought they were flashing us the light!

Everything was great, except the sheets were dirty on the queen bed. There were actually crumbs all under the sheets on the fitted sheet. Unfortunately this was found after midnight when I went to bed so I slept on top of the covers instead of under the covers.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
