Absolutely love the campground however a hot tub or heated pool would be a great added bonus. Also you should find a way to close the slides down when the weather is bad (raining). We were there this weekend and I had 2 children get seriously hurt going down the slides, my son scraped his chin and had an egg of his head, and my daughter has severe scratches on 1 side of her entire body.

You can NEVER go wrong with KOA. We’ve been to this one before but We were planning to get on the last ferry from New London to Long Island but we missed it so we decided to show up at the Mystic KOA Holiday for the night rather than drive around. As always with a KOA the available sites were posted on the after hours board and there was an employee on until 10pm that helped us to the site.

Too crowded for a KOA , Had to get one of the staff to advise next store camper to move his truck which was blocking my camper, He move the fire pit in front of my truck , which I hit it with my truck. Damage $2800. Not a Happy Camper. Dog dropping at two areas, While I was walking my dogs.

Campground is clean and staff are friendly, but our site (A4) was extremely narrow and not very level. We had to back our 5th wheel up to the back edge of our site to keep our leveling jacks from going all of the way out. Would be nice if they separated the two pools to make the smaller pool an adult only pool.

Bathrooms in back area not as clean as front bathrooms near pool/office. The Pool was good except stairs very slippery and dangerous. Liked the outdoor food drink cart. Great location

Our first time camping, we couldn't have picked a better place! We loved how friendly all of the staff were. Pool, playgrounds, kids activities, everything was great! We're booking again!!

We love the campground, but the laundry room was a huge disappointment. Only 3 of 4 washers were operational, as were only 4 of 6 dryers. One of the washers sat full of clothes, and according to two different people, had been there since the day before. In addition, the room air conditioner was inoperable, with a "clean filter" light blinking the whole time. Disappointing.

We found our site to be beautiful. Furniture was so comfortable, that we sat outside longer than we usually do. Will definitely return.

Everything was wonderful. My son loved the fishing pond. The campground was perfectly clean throughout our entire stay. The staff was pleasant, cooperative and helpful. It was so easy to get to the aquarium and museum. Once the new winery fully opens across the street that will be a win/win. The food truck on the weekend was convenient and easy for the kids being right near the pool.

This was our 2nd stay. Our site was great and loved having gray water on site! (95 is really loud- not that you can help that) we brought our new puppy and loved all the dog stops and the dog park area. Might have used the dog park more if it had a little option for shade. Very clean overall. We will be back again for sure.

Need to trim your trees in the campground. If your going to have 13 ft tall Class A and 5th Wheels you need your trees that overhang the roads to be cut up so we are not scrapping our roof.

The bathroom near the office nice and clean. The other bathrooms are gross mold in the showers, I had a toilet that was loose. The tent sites was not grass but broken asphalt

Everything was great the only think the air pump it wont work and the site i stay it was doing a lot of sun if dont have any tree or something to Block the sun so it was very hot, but anything else it was good i will recomend to a friend.

Pool areas were nice. I liked receiving the texts about activities. Wish there were a few more shaded camp sites for campers.

Nice campground. Would have liked to have sewer hookup, but only appears to be available to seasonal folks and "regulars". Speed limit not enforced and little kids on bikes everywhere. Never got in crowded pool.

The staff is friendly, and the grounds are clean. I love being informed of all happenings via text. A very nice stay again this year.

We had a pull- through site with a lovely patio with a resin table and chairs. Easy access to all main routes. Nice place, nice people. Will book next year again.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
