My stay was piece full until the crowd came in on Friday and started having kids cut through the site.

It was perfect for what we needed. Great place, the only thing was the shower room. There was mold around the bottom of the woman shower. Otherwise a really nice campground.

The pull through sites A-D could use upgrading for the price we paid. I realize we are paying for the amenities for families but the sites aren't worth $100, maybe half that amount. KOAs are very pricey.

They had a driver direct us through a zigzag pattern that took us past at least three trees that scraped the top and the sides of our RV no matter what we tried to do. This resulted in a scratch in our window and down the other side. Then they had us pull into a site with about a 5% grade (J6 - although there were dozens of empty, more level sites all around us). Terrible attitude and placement.

The site was smaller than we usually get, (very tight) and I would have liked to be closer to the cabin my son and his family were staying in but I booked rather late. However, it was still a great stay, my grandchildren had a fantastic time on the playground, loved the chill bus, everyone is always very friendly! It is an every year trip for us �

We gather at Mystic KOA because they are dedicated to making family fun. The campground is full of children riding bikes, people walking dogs and lots of smiles. There is the bouncy pillow and pool, but through out the day Mystic KOA offers creative events to children of all ages.. From Gramma and Grampa to baby Billy, we joined other campers at the Pavillion for Saturday night dance party!

The team helped with several issues that came up. The only thing that could have helped additionally would have been onsite dog boarding! Lol

We were very happy with our stay ... Everyone was very nice including other campers.everyone was accomodating and our site was nice and well maintained. Wish the store had a few other essentials but at least the grocery store is very close by. The only bad thing was the terrible weather but obviously that's not your fault. We will def come back and hope the weather will be more cooperative!

Far too expensive considering the size of the site . Although the boat show.was advertised when I booked the site, there was no help with transit. We have stayed in KOA's where transportation was provided to the nearby centers. Very disappointing experience.

Stay was great, only issue is the Wi-Fi is average at best and with the cell phone service not being very good was the only negative.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The place was full of red ants EVERYWHERE! They need to spray any control. Bathroom were dirty early morning and late so it did not got clean. Mirrors were broken …. One thing very important is they need to install a GARDEN HOSE SPRAY so people can clean out their black tank ! They got a water sprayer at the dump station but it cannot go more than 5 feet !

Excellent campground. It was paved and clean. There was a nice pool area. There was a general store and food truck. Very child friendly. Super dog friendly with lots of potty spots play spots and walk spots. Nice staff.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Wonderful place. The staff was very nice and generous. They came and got a propane tank and filled it for us. They were very courteous! The place is very nice to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Lovely well maintained camp. Will be going back for some extended weekends many time the area has lots of attractions within quick driving distance.

Store hours are totally useless. Closing at 5;00 does not allow families to get ice cream in the evening or firewood. On Sunday food bus was not open and kids couldn’t get slushies while at pool.

One night stay, requested full hookup and got it but was placed in what looked like seasonal or permanent section. Campsite had trash in it when we go there, we did check in early but they said our site was ready. Campsites around us had trash and insulation ripped and put under campers. Personal effect were scattered in campsites around us. Ver dirty

Unfortunately our stay at C7 was short and the weather didn't cooperate with our plans. Even though it rained hard our site shed the water very well. Site was quite level for a quick leveling and shaded. I was impressed with the text communications for kid activities. I95 noise wasn't terrible. Space between other sites larger than expected. Nice fire ring provided. C7 has a dead tree.

Most of the staff was very friendly, although there was one young girl who was very short tempered. Site was nice and spacious and people listened to quite hours.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
