Stand out point: too close to I-95. Noise all day and night long. Customer Service was great. Plenty in the camp store. Great facilities for kids. Cool food bus. Closest bathroom (and did not work for 80%) were severely different in quality from main facility. Limited light. No changing station for baby. We did learn that we would pay to pick out site from now on.

Almost two weeks here. Nice campground but the staff really makes this place what it is. Very friendly and on the spot with any needs we had.

Please expand activities. Very repetitive. A 9-18 hole mini golf course would be great. The one is old and too small.

Very comfortable campground with wide open areas to walk dogs, kids can play very enjoyable. Would cone back.

Nice facilities but quite expensive. Many trees which provide a pretty setting and shade; however, they are not kept trimmed and there are many low-hanging (some as low as 7 feet) branches that scratch and damage RV's.

Great area. 1st night was not happy that we were so close to the all night noise of the highway. Maybe they should mention that when reservation is made? And I paid $25 to reserve that spot, wouldn't do that again. There were LOTs of spaces. But, it's a beautiful park. When will they add pickleball courts.?They have PLENTY of open space. I would come back and save $$ on location option.

Wonderful stay for our 1st time camping at Mystic KOA! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and maintained grounds. Lovely and clean cabin. The kids had fun playing and being outside. Will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the slides and pools. We stayed three nights at a tent site.

Saturday night, my family and I were doing a campfire and playing the head band games. Someone from the facility came and spoke to us rudely about keeping it down and rudely told us he is not leaving until the fire is out. He didn't tell us to go inside but demanded us to take the fire out while other cabins had their fire outside.

What a fun place for the kids! And our camp site was so convenient to all the activities. That made it more relaxing for the adults! :)

We were out right on the highway, even though there were plenty of empty sites available. We did get moved but had to pack up everything and move it sucked.

We just had on issues with the smell of sewer, the site we were in had the sewer cap we told the office and were able to move for the rest of our stay. I would not recommend staying in site 517

I think most of the grounds are great, but the S-sites which are separated from the highway by about 100 feet or less make it hard to sleep at night with highway traffic noise. I would likely stay here again so long as it's not in this section. The rest of the facilities seemed nice and I liked the activities offered on the weekend.

The campground was very clean and grass groomed well. Friendly helpful workers. I ordered wood and it was immediately delivered, couldn’t have asked for better service. Activities kept the kids busy and happy all day long, between the bounce pillow, the slides, and the pool, fun fun fun! Site B1 can see it all, spacious and plenty of room for the fire pit. I will definitely come again.

Park was clean pool was kinda gross. Workcampers seemed to show up each day late and open the pool never cleaning it. Older woman in store on Thursday was very rude and unwelcoming. Half the time it seemed more important that the koa workers stop in the middle of the walking paths and raid way to talk to other workers while traffic waits for them. Might be the most inconsiderate koa workers I have

Good Sunday to Friday stay. Internet could be better, but usable. Store closed at 5, seemed a little early. Staff is friendly and keep campground clean.

Excellent the kids loved it so much that we’re going to come back every year with friends and family and book at the same time. Lots of activities for the kids except the game room could be a little bit cheaper.

We used this CG twice for one night as a stop over on Aug 14 and 22 for our longer trip. When the revervations were made well in advance we were told they only had deluxe sites with a patio available. Upon arrival on both dates we were surprised to see there were many sites with full hookup's that were not the more expensive deluxe sites. Feel like we were taken advantage of.

Not much to do at campground. Everything closed at 5:00 . Wood for fire very expensive. It was packaged in Massachusetts yet you are not suppose to bring out of state wood. It was clean and staff was nice.

My stay was great in a rustic cabin! Bath houses, cabin, site, everywhere clean. All staff friendly! Felt very safe! We LOVED playground/slides/pool area. 3 suggestions: 1. Make screen doors for the camping cabins since no AC. 2. Inform people staying in cabins with dogs that there are roach poisons on the floor (my puppy ate one) 3.let people know how very DEEP the pool. Would return again!

Made the reservation in March, reserved site was $10. Check in and the office emailed my receipt. Looked at it later, $25 for reserved site! Also, received texts all weekend about activities except the one I wanted to attend, very disappointed

Deluxe cabin was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. When you say "linens provided" you were not kidding! Game equipment, however, was not as we had hoped. Much was either broken or nowhere to be found. We would have loved to play some shuffle board, but by the last day the equipment was gone. Overall, we would come back and recommend, but please update your equipment. Thank you, Tracy

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
