Pros: dog friendly, convenient location, many lodging options (tent, RV, cabin), fire pit with grill, 20 amp electric (normal outlet), many kids activities Cons: expensive, no "grass pad" for regular campsites as website claims, expensive store, loud highway nearby, dangerous plants at the site (stinging nettles, poison ivy, etc), bathrooms closed during checkout

We had a fantastic stay. Staff was very accommodating to us coming in on motorcycles and super helpful delivering firewood and ice to our campsite.

I have two complaints: 1. we were told that we could not put a tent up on our site, but saw several sites with RVs and tents while we were there. We've always had a tent on our site in the past. 2. We did not lock in our sites when we booked. Ridiculous that you have to pay an extra fee. I don't understand why the computer moves people around. KOA members should not have to pay the fee.

We didn’t have much of a site not much from my camper to the road. We were on the main road and people were flying in their cars. Need to enforce the speed limits Very clean would go back just didn’t care for the site we had.

We had a problem the first day, but they moved us to a different site. Very accommodating. Rachel in the office helped us out. I cannot say enough good things about this KOA. Thanks for a great time.

This campground will not make our list of places to return. We had a massive crater size hole right in the middle of our site. With a morning of rain, we had a 4" deep puddle of water right in the middle of our entire site. we had to scoop it out with buckets just to try and walk. We brought it up to to staff and they did nothing to try to help us out during our 1 week stay. Will not return.

I loved that we received texts about what was going on while we were there. The food & pub bus was such a great addition to have available. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay at Mystic KOA!

Great location, we enjoyed seeing parts of Rhode Island and Connecticut. Clean campground, friendly staff, a variety of unique amenities, plenty of space.

Nice level site. Noisy near the interstate but we were parked far enough away so it was not a problem. Very smokey at the higher spots.

Lots of activities for families. I like the text communication. The pool was closed on July 4 which was a bummer. Wish it had been announced. The pool was also fairly dirty on July 3 so maybe that's why it was closed...didn't love the roadside location but we booked late. Helpful staff. Friendly guests. Great location.

This was my first camping there, I really like it. We were so loud and you gave us the opportunity to stay and enjoy our camping, I appreciated.

The campground had so many wonderful amenities! My 5 year old son loved the pool, jumping pad, mini golf and playground. The bathrooms were very clean. There were some very noisy campers due to the 4th of July but the staff was on top of it and did their best to quiet them down. The area was excellent as well with so many local attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay is considering 5.0, nobody respect the hours of silence, dogs unleashed everywhere, bathrooms very dirty. Plus the prices, we will considering if coming back or not next year. Stuff people are nice, I can admit that! Thanks.

Love KOA's. Every campground is clean with friendly helpful staff. This KOA was unique with a slushy bus for kids and adults. Can't go wrong with KOA's!

Upon check in, the girl that checked us in was not very friendly. I left the office feeling very unsure of what to expect for the rest of my stay. We were guided to our site by a very nice man. The site itself, we did not like. We were right across from the pavilion and every night it was very hard to relax because of the noise. Perhaps, that site should be reserved for people traveling with kids.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Mystic KOA. It’s extremely clean, lots of activities and food trucks but have to say the communication is such that I have not experienced. They text for activity reminders, lost pets, children, and items.

All rooms are very clean and well maintained. All around park is also well maintained. Staffs are super friendly and very welcoming. Compare to other KOA this has few food and drinks truck I loved that. Bunch of kids activity made things easy. Also love the text notification regarding events & activities.

Great campground, plenty of fun for the kids. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but overall a lovely stay. Unfortunately the clientele was iffy with kids swearing like truckers at the pool. Apparently parenting is optional these days. Avoid the more crowded areas and you’ll be fine.

It was perfect for what we needed. Great place, the only thing was the shower room. There was mold around the bottom of the woman shower. Otherwise a really nice campground.

The pull through sites A-D could use upgrading for the price we paid. I realize we are paying for the amenities for families but the sites aren't worth $100, maybe half that amount. KOAs are very pricey.

Really great time. Kids rode their bikes around all day and we were comfortable with them being off on their own. Pool was clean and not very crowded. Kids enjoyed snacks from the food truck.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
