You said we could use the pavilion but when we was doing breakfast there . Staff came and asked us to leave. But we paid even it’s not expected due your staff had said by the phone was ok for us to use. Was kind rude from your staff.

This is our second year at Mystic KOA. This years stay was much better than last years, due to the pool being open. We stayed in one of the larger primitive cabins this year. The only thing that could be better would be a grill at the larger cabin sites. Last year we rented a smaller cabin that had a grill and fire ring on the lot, so I didn't pack my grill this year, which made cooking tricky.

The over all campground is great. My stay was ruined by the camper behind us next row over. He had everything and there brother outside in the yard. Bikes, large pool floats, crates even luggage. The fact also that something went wrong his his septic tank. He used his poop tote approx 8 trips Saturday afternoon till dark. Therefore leaving a stench of crap in the air. A very nice location with friendly staff and fun services for young kids. The pool, playground, etc. were all well maintained and fun for the family. The bathrooms were relatively clean, showers could have been cleaner. My only reservations on recommending to a friend or staying again is the proximity of the campground to the highway making it noisy and the tent sites are a bit small and tigh

The room was extremely dirty with mice droppings everywhere, even inside the kitchen drawers. Beside the bathroom vanity there was a clump of hair and a broken dirty comb. It was dirty underneath the sofa bed and there were spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling in several places throughout the cabin. Lastly, my children did not get to enjoy the playground area.

Make sure you don't get a campsite by the Highway, so loud, made sleep difficult and conversation just about impossible

It was our first time staying in small camping cabin. It was nice. The ceiling fan helped with the heat some. I would recommend bringing a fan as well. Campground is very dog friendly. Pools were clean and refreshing.

The first day I got there, the grass was past my ankles, filled with flowers and honeybees, I’m highly allergic to bees stings. I reported to the office and was satisfied with their actions. they sent somebody up right away to fumigate and cut the grass. On the seventh day due to the rain we had extreme flooding at our campsite with sewer back up and unpleasant smell.

Nice stay. Wish the pool stayed open longer, we were asked to leave by 740, which is still light out. Grill was very dirty.

After unpacking noticed mouse droppings throughout the entire cabin. Called after hours # & was offered a new cabin. Upon entering new cabin, mouse droppings were noted there. No one came to clean the mouse poop. Or offered. I was told “nothing is happening tonight” we were also asked to leave the pool at 8:02pm when at check in were told it was open until 8:30pm.

Grass was ankle high when we got to our site and wasn’t mowed for 6 days after we got there making sitting outdoors very uncomfortable. F

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Store was packed with all the essentials needed. But the bathrooms near the office were the nicest/cleanest/coolest in temperature bc they had a fan going. The other bathrooms in the park were gross. The pool has ZERO shade so bring your own umbrella!

We rented a camping cabin. The site had all of the expected amenities, fire pit, picnic table, water and electricity. We also had a mini fridge and tv, which were very helpful. We chose this KOA for the location. We were doing activities around Mystic and Providence RI. We used most of the campground amenities too, pool, playground, jump pillow, and mini golf.

We have been long time KOA Mystic campers , We enjoyed our stay , however I believe our family is outgrowing your campground. I believe that for kids 13 and over you are missing the boat. I heard more than once from my 15 and 18 year old that the KOA is boring, Even the 13 and below kids were board during the week with NO actives at all .

Our stay was very restful. It was the fifth stop in our 2.5 month vacation. Most of which are at KOA Campgrounds!

Since our last visit in 2022 I know there were new owners but this year I stayed longer than I normally do and was very disappointed in the grounds. The grass was long and there were weeds too and the activities weren't like they were from our August 2022 visit and for the price I paid was very disappointing as well as some of the staff in the office wasn't the nicest.

Love it here! My 4th time visiting. The cabin was cleane ans stocked. The staff is lovely amd accommodating. Will be back soon!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! We arrived only to find out that someone was mistakenly put in our spot. We had to wait hours for the people to be moved. The weather was extremely hot, and we weren't allowed to plug into an empty site for electricity. Our dogs were suffering !!! We thankfully had people who let us share their elec for a while so we could run the ac for our dogs. Terrible management!!!!!

It was okay. We've been at campgrounds where they cut the grass. Ours was full of clover and trash from July 4th I'm usually not picky, but it should be cleaned before the next camper arrives. Our friends lost power and the sewer was full. Our other friends didn't have a site when they arrived because another camper was in their spot by mistake.

We had a fabulous time! The staff are very friendly and helpful! This was our first time staying here and a staff member brought us right to the campsite. Our kids were never bored and met some new friends. The pool was very clean and gave us a much needed break from the heat! There are so many attractions nearby that we were able to site see and spend a day at the beach in Rhode Island.

I had pre- registered for a site for over month. I have a 44 foot class A motor coach. I was told I would have a FULL HOOKUP site for the entire stay. I was very disappointed with the site in the back of the park, no shade NO SEWER HOOKUP! You charged $25 pump out. How can you call this FULL HOOKUP?How can you lie to people? I am NOW in Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA. Everything is perfect.

We love staying there! There is so much for the kids to do!! Very clean and everyone is very friendly! I’m also a big fan of Tammy in the Hard Times food & pub bus, her drinks are delicious, especially while sitting around the pool!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
