Sewage smell at campsite. Crowded campsites made maneuvering difficult. Noise from the interstate highway next to campground. Staff very nice and facilities clean.

Great time!!! It is only my 3rd time camping and the first two times were at Burlingame- this was WONDERFUL in comparison and I enjoyed every part of the long weekend. Only recommendation I have is to do like cornhole or volleyball tournaments or whatever with both adults and kids as teams- that way we can all be involved. But great stay And I’ll be back!

Where we were parked with our motorhome the tree need major trimming. Not a good area for the big rigs that were in there.

The only issue we had was with the traffic noise from the highway, but there isn’t anything that you can do about that. That may not be an issue with the spots nearer to the office, do not know. Other than that, everything else about the stay was top-notch.

Packed in the back area at the S campsites. Very pretty very clean. Very well put together very nice people. All the amenities were well organized and put together. Will definitely be returning for the second trip at some point in the future.

Definitely better than last year. Site 524, no matter how you park, the fire pit was in the way. It's the only Site where fire pit is not offset.Also there are to many rocks around. Especially the single lane road to the 500 area. Mowing crew does a great job, but tall grass growing up around the hookups needs better trimming.

Had an awesome time here. Deluxe cabin was perfect. Fully stocked with linens, dishware/cookware and a gas grill. Only had one wish, that there was more plates, cups and silverware. Had to keep washing to keep up with the need.

The campground was very good. Everything was clean and well run. The only negative we experienced was the poor internet connection.

Beautiful place and views. The staffs were very friendly. In the future we will be there again.. Wow, the kids enjoyed with KOA jumping.. Thanks to one staff who called for me to RV plumber. She was amazed person.. I love this place..

Room smelled, had sinus infection when I we woke up, muddy showers, slimy pool floor, store closes too early, no activities person drove away from me when I tried flagging them down, they looked right at me, then kept driving

Was clean but for the money would have expected a lot more employee involvement with activities and how about some bingo and more umbrellas and seating at the pool areas. We won’t be back. Not enough to do for the money we were all bored.

Enjoyed ourselves. There was a problem with barking dogs that were left at the campsite unattended for quite some time but you finally found the owners. I think if people have been there before we really shouldn’t have to wait for a cart to show us. Other than that it’s a great place!!

The 60's weekend was very poorly planned and did not resemble a 60's event in any way shape or form. The advertised movie did not play. The internet was down for a day. The day after karaoke night there was no toilet paper in the mens or womans bathrooms in the morning.

Employees are wonderful and very helpful. I have been going to here for 30 yrs, however I was truly hoping that the bathrooms (the brown ones) would have been updated by now. They were very, very dirty and unsanitary. Black mildew everywhere and the toilet bowls did not look like they were cleaned very well at all.

We were in B and the entire row of sites was very closely spaced. Also the wifi is abysmal, very weak signal and the internet was not always available. Staff was very friendly and helpful, park was clean and well maintained, but the proximity of sites and marginal wifi are negatives.

The site was very clean and very easily accessible for a 40’ RV. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through the area.

We had a great time at Mystic KOA! Our cabin was very clean and well stocked with clean sheets and towels. The campworkers were friendly and helpful. Large store and clean showers. The activities were lots of fun and well planned. There was always someone around if we needed anything. This KOA is great for families looking to get away and also quiet and relaxing for everyone!

Although we did not use most of the amenities, we absolutely loved the deluxe cabin. It was clean and spacious and was such a nice treat from our normal tent camping. Our neighbors were very friendly, and we even got”ducked” .

I only have one complaint. I made this booking back on Oct 2 2022 and told you we had a 41' 5th wheel. The site we got B8 was barely big enough . We had to park out truck over the fire pit. When someone books with you should make sure the size of the site will take the size of RV the person has.

Loved how attentive the staff was! Sites were clean. Pool, playground, bouncing pillow, mini golf, shuffleboard, basketball court, and slides were all super fun!

We had a wonderful time. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were impeccable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything. We've stayed at other KOA's, and they too were clean but you guys seem to go above the regular KOA standards in cleaning the firepits and grills. Downside was not much going on in terms of kids activities on a daily basis and store closing at 5:00 was a bummer.

it's first time visit Mystic. we have small group 2 dlx cabin with private bathroom and 1 tents. it's may need improve fly and mosquito control. other is good experience. we will highly recommend clients and friends/family. have a great day.

The campground has fantastic amenities and a very friendly staff, but the bathhouses weren't very well cleaned. They were hot and humid with sand in the showers. The floors were also soft in some of the stalls. An upgrade of the bathhouse would make this campground a favorite. Pool was very clean. The playground equipment was well maintained. The slides were one of a kind and so much fun!

It was wonderful! We were so close to Rhode Island that we went to the beach. Staff were amazing! Great campground!!

Service was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything was very clean. Cabin was well kept and stocked. We had a large group and everyone very much enjoyed the weekend and the kids were never bored!

Absolutely love the campground however a hot tub or heated pool would be a great added bonus. Also you should find a way to close the slides down when the weather is bad (raining). We were there this weekend and I had 2 children get seriously hurt going down the slides, my son scraped his chin and had an egg of his head, and my daughter has severe scratches on 1 side of her entire body.

You can NEVER go wrong with KOA. We’ve been to this one before but We were planning to get on the last ferry from New London to Long Island but we missed it so we decided to show up at the Mystic KOA Holiday for the night rather than drive around. As always with a KOA the available sites were posted on the after hours board and there was an employee on until 10pm that helped us to the site.

Too crowded for a KOA , Had to get one of the staff to advise next store camper to move his truck which was blocking my camper, He move the fire pit in front of my truck , which I hit it with my truck. Damage $2800. Not a Happy Camper. Dog dropping at two areas, While I was walking my dogs.

Campground is clean and staff are friendly, but our site (A4) was extremely narrow and not very level. We had to back our 5th wheel up to the back edge of our site to keep our leveling jacks from going all of the way out. Would be nice if they separated the two pools to make the smaller pool an adult only pool.

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
