Made the reservation in March, reserved site was $10. Check in and the office emailed my receipt. Looked at it later, $25 for reserved site! Also, received texts all weekend about activities except the one I wanted to attend, very disappointed

Deluxe cabin was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. When you say "linens provided" you were not kidding! Game equipment, however, was not as we had hoped. Much was either broken or nowhere to be found. We would have loved to play some shuffle board, but by the last day the equipment was gone. Overall, we would come back and recommend, but please update your equipment. Thank you, Tracy

Stay was very nice. The only down fall , most of the pull-though sites have zero shade.

Both the men's room and the ladies rooms ran out of toilet paper, and the cleaning was happening in the early morning while everyone was trying to get in there. I would suggest a later bathroom cleaning time, perhaps after most people leave after 11.

I wish someone had told me that you could pay $25 to select the location of your cabin. Also, I think the cleaning staff should spend more than five minutes cleaning the cabins. My cabin had garbage inside and surrounding outside. Also, there was no phone signal Wi-Fi or sunshine, and it was damp and dark the whole time with incredibly bad mosquitoes, even with bug spray and campfires.

It was a nice setup for our group of friends. Not much when it came to ammenties and the really strict checkin at 4pm policy seemed bizarre. We were able to hang out at our friends RV site for 2 hours waiting to see what they needed to do to our sites but ironically they had been done since prior to our arrival. It stings paying a full days stay and only being able to arrive at 4pm

My stay met all my expectations and I had a good time yet again, this being my third time here in as many years. I liked the increase in communications of events and updates, even though I didn't partake in many.

Little disappointed that the activities that were posted online which made us book for this particular weekend weren't happening. There were some activities but not even close to what was listed online. Overall the campground was clean and the kids loved the slides!

Wish they had more of the “western” events that were listed at other KOA’s for the weekend. Overall we had a wonderful stay, staff were all very nice and helpful, even delivering our wood at the very end of their shift due to our last minute ordering. Definitely would come back, lots to do for the kids- they absolutely loved it!!

Camp grounds are well kept. The activities are great. The wifi was less than desirable. The showers could use attention. I'd stay again

We stayed one night on 8/12/23 and on 8/19/23. We requested a pull through for both nights and we’re given sites in the trees (G,H J sections) that were not suitable to our 40’ motorhome. Neither site was level and low branches andnarrow roads made it very difficult to enter and exit. The rest of the campground convenient to I95 but we will not stay there again if we are in the woods.

Our tent site had A LOT of glass all over it. I spent time trying to clean it up as we had our dog with us and I was worried about his paws. The highway is loud (I know this can’t be changed). We had neighbors who were play very loud music and another neighbor who had a dog that would not stop barking. It would have been nice if a KOA staffer would have intervened about the noise.

Overall the stay was ok. The biggest problem was the bathrooms near N4 site that we used. The maintenance condition of the showers really require more frequent checking. Toilet paper was out in several stalls during our stay, doors in stalls in mens room closed poorly. Hygiene was not good as there appeared to be staining on wall. Exiting needs traffic control to bypass dump station more easily.

Staff was exceptional. Took care of all our needs including moving us to a different site due to our very early morning departure as not to disturb the rest of the campers.

My only compliant is the very poor quality of the bathrooms at the back of the camp. They’re full of mold and dirty.

Beautiful grounds, bathrooms were old/mildew but clean. I saw reco’s and people said staff were rude. I was checked in by a really nice young lady. Our site guide was a very kind man who happens to be the father of the nice young lady who checked us in. The day we left I met the one people are complaining about.. ugh.. raised wood platform tent site. It was beautiful and good when it rained.

Place was very clean, quiet and has a nice pool. Great location to visit many places. The one complaint was a worker who was rude to my husband when he went to buy ice and was trying to park close to building because he has a foot injury. The woman rudely told him no! He was only going to be a few minutes. Other than that our stay was great!

Loved the location and the amenities, staff was very friendly. My only issue is the showers they disgusting - I went without a shower because the mold was over the top. They have bleach you can attach to a hose and spray them down with.

Our move to our next reservation was seamless. This cabin was also clean and we had a great time over the weekend with lots of fun activities!! I would recommend staying at Mystic KOA!

The only downside to this KOA is that some of the sites are quite slanted and unlevel. Otherwise, it is a nice park and convenient to Mystic Seaport.

This was our second visit to Mystic KOA for a family gathering. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our need for both campsites and cabins. The grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained. We had a great time tie-dying t-shirts as part of the 70s themed weekend! We'll be back I'm sure!

We had a great weekend. The facilities were clean, the pool area was wonderful, and everything was great. The location was fantastic, and we even ate lunch at Mystic Pizza! I highly recommend Mystic KOA. Thank you!

This is a large KOA. Very spacious. Staff is wonderful. We had a great site near the bathrooms. Very quiet. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathrooms. I don't think they clean the showers as well as other KOAs. They are black around the bottom and between the tiles. They locked the other side of the bathroom building, so you only had one side. You could drive up to the main building and use the bathrooms there. Other than that, we loved it. They had a great game room and we played some air hockey. This is such a great place for families with a lot of things for kids. They have a pickle ball court as well. If we are traveling in this area again, we will definitely stay here.
