The staff are friendly. The pool was fun and clean! The free concerts are great! All in all we had a really good time. The only downside of our stay is that the bathrooms and shower stalls were unclean. There is mold covering the walls in the shower stalls. I had to bleach them before Showering. The staff should disinfect the walls in the bathroom stalls before pressure washing.

Friendly environment, a little small compared to the others that we have stayed in and it only had one tv. Everything else was great and us highly recommended.

The bathrooms are about as disgusting as they get. We rented a cabin and had to sweep the floor because of so much sand and debris. Nit to mention the air filter. My husband took it outside to wash it off and you could peel the dirt off of it. Not dust it off, peel it off.

The overall stay was good. I don’t know if it’s because it was a holiday weekend but the bathrooms were pretty nasty and ran out of toilet paper for almost 2 days.

We had a blast. Other than the issue with not being able to use the pool because of the pump not working it was a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming! One of the staff members actually remembered me from last year! This means a lot to me considering the amount of traffic they have daily. We have been visiting for the past 3 years and will definitely be back again!

We stayed in D04. Only 1 of the two a/c units was cooling the house. The dog park was not very large considering the size of the campground. It was surrounded by other tents and that couldn’t have been pleasant for them. The pool area was great. Loved the shadiness.

We have stayed here almost every year since 2008. We LOVE it here. However, this last couple of times we have stayed, it has been a little bit of a let-down. There needs to be daily activities with the kids again, not just 1 day of the week. The breakfast time was always so nice at bouys with kampers getting pancakes! Now we dont get that any more either. Please bring back family fun.

My kids love staying here staff always helpfull. Just need to bring the train are the water boat back more than just Saturdays alot kids miss out on the fun . But over all been goin there the last 20 are more years .

Pools and splash pad were struggling to stay open due to mechanical issues. Internet did not work in cabin to run tv. Air conditioner dripped water on floor. Cabin bath smelled like septic tank was full. Cabin floor not cleaned. Some blinds broken, microwave handle broken off. Kids still had fun but for the price paid better care should be taken.

The pool is a little small for the amount of people staying there. The main store is only open for a few hours everyday.

We use to love this family friendly campground BUT since our last visit 2 years ago,certain things have changed.The store used to be open later in the evening, that does not happen anymore. The bathrooms were not as clean as they used to be,Mold on the walls.The staffing needs work,The store was closed but yet several people were working outside in the booth. Seems unorganized.

I've never stayed at a campground and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Everyone was just relaxing and enjoying their families, there were tons of activities for kids, and it was so much cheaper for us to rent the camping cabin (which was also super clean) than it was to get a hotel room. So many memories made around our campfire. Will definitely do it again!

Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin was nice and we enjoyed our time. KOA office personnel were friendly and hospitable. Have stayed at MB-KOA many times and will keep coming back. Thanks KOA

VERY NICE CAMPGROUND WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!! THEY ONLY THING I SUGGUEST IS HAVING EXTRA SHEETS AND BLANKETS IN THE CABIN FOR THE PULL OUT COUCH!! OTHER THEN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND WE WILL BE BACK VERY FAMILY FREINDLY

Cabin was very nice & beds slept great. The cleaning smell was very strong but that's our only complaint (maybe use freshener plugins or something) We didn't mind not having a bathroom since we knew we had the bathhouse nearby BUT bathhouse was the worst I've ever seen at a KOA. It was very dirty in the showers, sinks, floors, etc. Staff was very nice & helpful. Campground itself was beautiful.

The cabin was so much better than a hotel. No crowded elevators. No noise coming from the next room or throughout the hallway. We enjoyed meeting fellow campers and talking with them about various subjects.

Cabin C-10 was infested with bats. There was bat poop all over the porch & we counted 47 bats in all. They were flying around everywhere & even came comfortable enough to dive down on front porch where we were sitting. We finally had enough & left a day early. We were refunded for the 2-day trip.

We absolutely loved this KOA. First time here and the grounds were well kept. Sites are large. Lots of trees! Bathrooms are a little outdated but clean. Staff is very friendly. We had an issue with our pop up and they were able to get us into a cabin and allowed us to leave the pop up at it’s original site. We would stay here again for sure next time we travel to the Myrtle Beach area!

The KOA staff at Myrtle Beach were great. From the manager AJ who helps us to get into a cabin with the things we needed to the after hours staff who resolved an issue we had in the cabin and the cleaning staff that gave my son an extra blanket. I can not say enough about good things about our experience here. We can not wait to return!

I stayed in a rustic cabin. Shelf was sticky. Fridge door swung all the way back toward the side of the fridge but still worked fine. There was fuzzy stuff on all the visible baseboards and the trim strips. There were small bugs and one small roach. I killed the roach but just flicked the others off the surfaces they were on. Mattress wasn't real supportive. Glad to see lots of shade trees.

Worst KOA Resort we've ever been to. Our cabin was filthy when we got there, dirty floors & mattress cover, bag of clothes from previous occupants. The bathrooms were cleaned one time in our 3 nights. It took 12 hours for staff to deliver us a bag of ice. The cabin check-in time is 4 but the registration/store closes at 4. Also beware, the KOA is located in a sketchy part of Myrtle Beach.

Everything was great. The only problem we had was we got a different cabin then what i reserved. But they refuned me for the price difference. Inside the cabin the burner stove, only one worked which making food harder. But we managed. And the can opener was also broken. Other then those things it was a great time there and will most likely be back.

I stay at the KOA every time we come to Myrtle Beach and have always had the best time, but this last experience was completely different. The AC in the cabin barely worked, was leaking water everywhere. The cabin itself was super dirty. There was dirt and even a child’s lollipop melted on the side on the bed on the ground (that goes to show you how insanely hot it was in that cabin) much more

We stayed in the rustic cabins and it was a pleasant trip. We weren’t far from the bathhouse which had showers with sinks and separate bathroom stalls inside. It was clean except our last day…but it’s also a campground so wear sandals to shower etc. the grounds were beautiful and I can’t wait to bring my children there!

The site was very small and the neighbor had their truck parked so close to our site it took about 20 minutes to back in and I scratched my truck on the bushes by the bathroom - just too tight! You guys have gotten WAY too expensive and aren't even in the ballpark with other campgrounds with more amenities. The deluxe cabin's loft was so small! Ridiculous! I highly doubt we will stay there again.

Stay was ok. Staff were friendly. The campground is loud at night. We had people outside of our cabin yelling until 4am. Most campgrounds have a quiet time. The cabin was dirty upon checking in, the last peoples food was still in the freezer and the floors had definitely not been swept. The bath houses were also gross. The mattresses in the cabin were useless.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was not clean.. floor not swept, trash full. The bathrooms need TLC. Could not get Wi-Fi At All. But it was quiet and in a lovely setting

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
