We had a wonderful stay in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was clean and the few staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful, especially regarding closing the cabin when we left. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and do while at Mrytle Beach. Thank you for a great stay.

Cabin was not ready when I got there, and it was super dirty, also not the cabin I asked for, I am very disappointed, and I want to request a refund.

Cabins need to be cleaned better. There were lights out, spider webs, mouse droppings. Bath tub looked like it was super old.

Cabin DC9 needs updating, needs improved lighting in the kitchen, propane grill needs to be serviced and parts replaced. TV appeared to be wiped down that left smear across screen. Shower needs a liner for the shower curtain.

We stayed in a pet-friendly deluxe cabin. It was very cute. We also have an RV so I checked out the RV lots. Very nice, spacious lots.

Very clean, a variety of amenities, friendly & helpful staff. Activities for children present. I was surprised with it being in downtown area that it was an open driveway to community though it was on a side street.

I rented a cabin no space heaters in it no microwave no mini fridge and no TV. Then on your website it says bike rentals extra $. When asked how much they said we don't have any bikes. My kids were upset about that. The office was confusing and someone originally was given the cabin we were suppose to stay in so they had 2 give us a different 1. I left a day early because of how disgusting it was.

I was not pleased with the way our family was treated. I understand circumstances came up. But our cabin was less than photos showed. We did not complain that we did not even have a picnic table at our location. But they way the staff treated us was not something I would let any of my employees do to a customer. Would I recommend based off this experiance - NO

When we booked the cabin it advertised a mini fridge Abd microwave. None of which were in the cabin. Also the beds had a lot of trash on them and we had to clean up. The bathrooms could have been tidier and the paper towels never worked. The grounds were beautiful and it’s a nice scenery but it was not as advertised. Since it was a two day stay and we got there late we decided to just deal with

Ladies Main Bath House Only had hot water a couple times during 9 day stay! I had to use the Bath House across the campground. Also both Bath Houses could have been Cleaner. Trash wasn't emptied daily and same litter on floors. An old FlipFlop remained on the sidewalk the entire time. Under the beds in the cabin, it appeared to not have been swept all summer! Nice Staff though!

We stayed in a pet friendly cabin for the first time this last weekend (10/13-10/15) and were very pleased with the available space/layout for our family. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My daughter loves the playground and the jumping pillow. We always look forward to any time we can get away for a visit.

There were unanticipated torrential rains the first night camping. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a cabin for the next night. The staff were excellent.

The first nite we were in cabin DC3 it was full of mold that played havoc on my sisters breathing. The tub drain didn’t drain, and the spicket in the tub was ready to fall off. We spoke to the 2 cleaning ladies to inform them of the issue. They said they reported that 2 weeks ago. The next cabin they stuck us in was 19. There were no dishes, it was a dorm size refrigerator,and the toilet leaked.

Family time so memorable. My 3 girls have grown at the campground.I started staying there when I was single.Then got marry and had my pregnancies during Summer. So camping and pregnant it was.We just love it and they do too.Lots of family traditions and memories there.Even my Mom that is in heaven , we remember her there too.Thank you for been so family oriented. �ϋ��������

Restrooms were very clean. Had a great stay, golf cart I rented had a few issues but overall a great experience. Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to visit again during peak season for more childrens activities.

Overall, our stay was good, however, there were some issues, with the bathrooms especially. The men's handicap bathroom had no hot water. The women's handicap bathroom had MOLD growing up the wall. The cabins need to be cleaned more thoroughly and updated (lots of rotting wood). It was definitely not the most upkept KOA we've been to, but not the worst either.

Overall, the campground is great. However our cabin has had torn screens and ants in shower and bathroom for the past two years. A small toaster oven would be nice. Inexpensive minor repairs and upkeep to the cabins would be appreciated. Was disappointed screens were not repaired in the past two years. I wish dogs were allowed in some of the newer cabins instead of the oldest cabins.

Staff was friendly. Service was good. Room could have been cleaner (dirty mirror). Doors need more solid locking devices. More hooks to hang things need placed around the room & wooden shelves on the walls for storage would be helpful. The a/c did not work in the bath house the entire stay except the morning of our departure. Golf carts too expensive. I would definitely stay again. 9/10!

Refrigerator had to be replaced first day we arrived and we reported that the bathroom walls and ceiling had black mold. Also the fire wood we bought was green and would not light.

The cabin was not clean at all. The pull out couch sheet was dirty and there was a used qtip and hair bow on it. The floors were dirty also.

The amazing staff at this campground went wayyyy above and beyond for our grandsons birthday!! Enough to bring this "Nonni" to tears! Way to go KOA Myrtle Beach staff! Out of the mouth of Kash...."my birthday was great because of all of you"! Thank you again for ALL that you did! See you soon!

Shower curtain is moldy. I have been staying at KOA for 20 years and never had to strip the bed and put all lenins in bags when leaving also no utensils, very disappointed �

Rude checkin lady. Wouldn't let me arrive early unless I paid extra. Although the lady at the other. Counter checked someone else in and didn't charge them extra and gave her a key.. Rusty water from spickit. The new bathroom/shower not working. The shower I had to use you could smell backup in there and extremely cold. Totally disappointed in this visit. Will not return to this KOA

Bathrooms could use a revamp with newer updates and could be cleaned more frequently. Campground was nice and was right near everything which was super convenient. The ladies in the office were helpful with an issue I was having and they were able to get it resolved for me. I was super grateful! I would recommend if you are looking for place to stay that is near the beach and all the shops!

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
