The lady staff member was very helpful in accommodating us on short notice. The spot was fantastic. Price was good based on last minute reservations and proximity to the beach. The reason I did not give a 100% thumbs up is because the toilets were terrible. Not cleaned regularly and out of toilet paper. They should be monitored by the hour for cleanliness and supplies.

We had a great week. Having the bands was so much fun for us and the kids. All the staff were great, pool is great with the snack stand. Location is perfect, you take take golf cart to beach.

Didn't like being charged 100.00 for my trailer when there was clearly enough room at my campsite. Have not seen the rule change on site as of yet.

Enjoyed it very much. My only complaint is we're in our mid 60's and there were no umbrellas at the splash pad area to stay out of the sun this year. They've been there before, just wondering why not now.

I love the beach. There was a girl that flirted with my grandson. She sent him nude photos to his face book. She was awesome. But he was too shy to send a Dick pic . He now sends her pics and she does too.

They did not earn a KOA reputation. The office didn't know about the activities going on in their own area. Bathrooms were nasty. Didn't accommodate the laundry facility with quarters... etc...

Great Campground in a great location. Been 5 years since we have stayed here, a lot of nice upgrades have been done. There is still a lot to be done. The KOA store needs a big upgrade, not a lot there to chose from. $8 for a 16lb. bag of ice is a little expensive. Like the Campground will be back.

We used to love this campground but things have changed. We requested (a year prior) to be near the playground for the kids and were placed in the back, exact opposite. Bath house was not clean and had lots of mold/mildew. Trash cans were overflowing. Minimal events for kids on a holiday, one worm train and no pirate ship. Not what we expected from this KOA. Please go back to how it was.

We love this location staff is super nice! We stayed at a sand site and ants were horrible!Also bathroom were not the best kept !Store was barely stocked and closed at 4 but pool was clean and the snack stand was tasty and cute

They placed tent camping sites way too close to the dog park. A group staying there made it very difficult to bring my dog into the park. Had their cloths lines up everywhere. Outside of that, everyone working there was real nice and the campground was very close to the beach. The office did close a little early and the cloths dryers didn’t seem to work that well.

Clean well maintained Rv park End of our street had a severe pothole making it necessary to move our Rv one road over when leaving to avoid “ bottoming out”. Would definitely stay here again

We all had a good time we usually stay at the state park but it was full so we stayed here not knowing what to expect but the pool splash pad and jump area we all enjoyed a lot the only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because of location it's a few blocks from the beach but they run a shuttle back and forth where the state park is right on the beach other than that everyone was friendly we enjoyed it

We had the worst experience at this KOA. It was so expensive to be in such terrible condition. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Mold all over the walls in the bathrooms and showers. My 4 year old daughter didn't even want to go in. The trash was overflowing in the women's bathroom. Every stall I tried to use didn't have toilet paper. Trash throughout the campsite. $100 a night for FILTH!

The ants were terrible in multiple sites and people (kids and adults) were walking around after midnight making a lot of noise. There were also guys in one of the cabins that were very intoxicated most of the time.

Bathroom cleanliness was greatly lacking. I watched her "clean", and she swept the floor and changed the trash and hygiene bags, and wiped off the counter with no disinfectant. We were there 10 days, and the floor was mopped once . The showers have mold in them. Mens restroom was out of TP, and my bf had to carry his own. The pool skimmers did not seem to be working. Muy sucio las cabañas.lleno de pelos de perro las camas y el piso igualmente estaba muy sucio y las entradas también sucio .muchas tela de arañas .no hay aseo en las cabañas.en Virginia beach es diferente es limpio, pero en Myrtle beach una decepción.

Was HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with the bathrooms during my visit. My GF and I stayed for 2 nights and both days the men’s and woman’s restrooms / bathhouse was absolutely disgusting. Left over socks, swim trunks, half drank beers, mud, dirt, chip bags were in the shower! Have to do better! I’ve stayed at lots of KOAs and this was the dirtiest one. Campsite was awesom

When I arrived they had over booked for the holiday weekend and they tried to give us a spot not even on the map it was on a hill. They did fix that and I did get a nice spot. The biggest problem was really the bathrooms. They are not cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper. They had a awful smell. The camp ground it's self was dirty. They needed more staff for the amount of people there.

I gave 3 stars because of beach shuttle. Sites are small and tight. Golf carts are out of control, rules state 18 years or older but NOT enforced. Bathhouse nasty and need cleaning. Your store doesn't sell salt & pepper shakers. Pricey for what you get but beach shuttle is a bonus. Won't be back to this KOS

Bathhouse had mold and inappropriate drawings on the wall. Was also charged an extra 300 dollars for no reason and corporate was very rude about giving us our money back even though they admitted the mistake. Also not small kid friendly as larger kids jumped all over our kids on the jump pillow being very disrespectful. Will never stay here again.

I dinot stay at campground I had no reservations for this date I am not sure why I was sent this I did stay memorial day weekend but that was it I am now trying to figure out If I was charged as I had not made reservation due to I had surgery in June and knew I would not be able to come Thank you

It was OK compared to other KOAs. The women's bathhouse was disgusting, the roads were in need of dire repair, and the pool was full of debris and seemed rarely cleaned.

Talked to them at check in about renting a golf cart. They said it's late just come back tomorrow... ya the next day prices went up $50 a day for the holiday. Then when our neighbors checked in they lied to them about prices saying it's always that high..

Staff was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around at the beach. We had a great time at this campground.

Friendly staff great campsite This was our 3rd or 4th time staying but our first time with our camper stop was very easy to back into all the hook ups were easily accessible. We had a great time.

Unfortunately, your KOA is the least hospital of any I have stayed at across the country. From the very moment we checked in the host made it seem like it was a bother to escort us to our pull through spot. The individual running the shop next to the pool was absolutely rude and insulting. The whole event truly saddened me because I grew up in Mount pleasant South Carolina. Very sad event.

The bathrooms were disgusting. There was no security on who could hang around the campground. Big pool shut down for 2 full days and lied about what was going on. What we paid for 7 days was a lot of money. We will never stay there again!

My overall stay was a very good one. The pool was closed for 2.5 days but that was due to service so that was totally understandable. However, the #1 bathhouse was absolutely disgusting!! There was literally no toilet paper in it for 2 days. I found a worker and they radioed and got more. The showers we also disgusting. And no shower curtains what so ever!! Please give attention where it’s neede

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
