We have stayed at MBKOA twice this year. Exceptional job on Halloween decorations and events! Campground is beautiful and very clean.

Booked one of their supposed platinum sites only to find out it’s 100 acre campground with only three showers. The closest being probably a quarter mile walk round-trip from my platinum campsite The restroom which was closer but no shower had holes in wall door knobs falling off of doors and hadn’t been renovated or remodeled in perhaps years people were very nice, but maintenance was very sho

I was not pleased with the way our family was treated. I understand circumstances came up. But our cabin was less than photos showed. We did not complain that we did not even have a picnic table at our location. But they way the staff treated us was not something I would let any of my employees do to a customer. Would I recommend based off this experiance - NO

Very nice campground. A bit pricey especially considering it was only about half full. Also, quiet hours started at 10 pm yet there were people (I think teenagers) driving around in a golf cart with loud music on two of the nights and it was around 11:30 pm. It is a good campground for people with families as there is a lot for the kids to do.

When we booked the cabin it advertised a mini fridge Abd microwave. None of which were in the cabin. Also the beds had a lot of trash on them and we had to clean up. The bathrooms could have been tidier and the paper towels never worked. The grounds were beautiful and it’s a nice scenery but it was not as advertised. Since it was a two day stay and we got there late we decided to just deal with

What a fantastic time we had during Jeep Jam. Lots of activities here and absolutely loved the Halloween decorations throughout the park.

The campsite was comfortable and shaded. That was our first time tenting there (generally do a cabin) and it felt fairly private. Amenities and staff were as friendly as always.

Amazing stay. Great Halloween fun for kids and adults. bathrooms were a great size and location. Camp site were very nice, well shaded, and amazing size. Sraff was amazing too. We will be back!

Campground is nice but bathrooms need some work. Showers have 1 door padlocked, one shower handle was broken, 1 door would lock.

Thank you for always making our stay enjoyable. I would like to see a high pressure wash of the bathroom showers at least once a week or twice a week.

Ladies Main Bath House Only had hot water a couple times during 9 day stay! I had to use the Bath House across the campground. Also both Bath Houses could have been Cleaner. Trash wasn't emptied daily and same litter on floors. An old FlipFlop remained on the sidewalk the entire time. Under the beds in the cabin, it appeared to not have been swept all summer! Nice Staff though!

Great park except they put us into a poor spot for a big rig with slides on both sides. We had to move. Fortunately there were a lot of sites that worked - why weren’t we put into one up front?

We stayed in a pet friendly cabin for the first time this last weekend (10/13-10/15) and were very pleased with the available space/layout for our family. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My daughter loves the playground and the jumping pillow. We always look forward to any time we can get away for a visit.

There were unanticipated torrential rains the first night camping. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a cabin for the next night. The staff were excellent.

We’ve been to this KOA several times over the years and not much has been updated or kept up with the exception of all the “patio” sites for which they charge the “premium” price. Very disappointed with what we paid so much for. Store was limited and closed by 4pm everyday. Really wish they would have invested time and energy in fixing the roads and facilities. Not planning on returni

First off, we were not given the site that was requested on line. But, since they close at 4PM! Nothing could be done.Second the site we did have was terrible, we barely reached the sewer and water and we could not use our awning because of a tree, also could not use our rear door for same reason. Lot was dirty, just sand and the picnic table was rotten.The site has booking errors obviously.

great place. close to coast. More than 2 blocks to the beach. places within walking distance to eat. lots of trees and shade. Amazing winter rates. Great cable TV.. Lots to do on the local area. however some of the places were closed down. would spend the winter here if I did not have another place to stay. nice dog park. Clean bath houses. the place is huge. Nice staff

Very enjoyable! Love the proximity to the beach. Our lot backed up to a nice waterway and we were able to see a variety of water birds and some turtles as well. The staff was very friendly. Some areas of opportunity: A Pool Table or Ping Pong Tables in the Game Room would be awesome! And most KOA stores have lots of apparel ( Which we always buy ), but this one had none. We WILL return!!

This was our second stay at this KOA. It is safe, friendly and conveniently located to the main hiway and oven blvd. Also, they did a great job decorating for Halloween.

The first nite we were in cabin DC3 it was full of mold that played havoc on my sisters breathing. The tub drain didn’t drain, and the spicket in the tub was ready to fall off. We spoke to the 2 cleaning ladies to inform them of the issue. They said they reported that 2 weeks ago. The next cabin they stuck us in was 19. There were no dishes, it was a dorm size refrigerator,and the toilet leaked.

Family time so memorable. My 3 girls have grown at the campground.I started staying there when I was single.Then got marry and had my pregnancies during Summer. So camping and pregnant it was.We just love it and they do too.Lots of family traditions and memories there.Even my Mom that is in heaven , we remember her there too.Thank you for been so family oriented. �ϋ��������

Fantastic KOA! We didn't love some of the other campers being inconsiderate with loud music and loud revving of v-twins, but that isn't the fault of the facility. The staff is friendly and the facilities are good.

Camp site was clean and very nice. Restroom/Showers were dirty, no toilet paper, clogged toilet and far below what I would expect from KOA.

This was our first time here. The sites were big and gave you plenty of room. One thing that I didn’t like was no one took you to your site and you couldn’t tell where your site ended in the back. We were all set up and then were told we needed to move forward because a big camper was coming in behind us. That didn’t make me happy. On a good note, it’s nice and close to downtown MB.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
