We arrived after check in time and the host checking us in was very friendly. The site we were assigned had a root from a tree that would have made the RV unlevel, so we called and a new site was assigned to us without any trouble at all. The only issue we ran into is the bathhouse closes to us was being renovated and didn't have hot water, but there were signs posted giving us warning.

The rustic cabin was dirty. Curtains were missing. The mattresses were filthy. The windows would not open. The website advertises 20 channels of cable for this particular cabin. There was no cable no TV. There was an AC unit in the room but there was a gap between the unit & the wall which allowed for insects to enter the room. The wooden lock on the door was broken there was a poor attempt to fix

It was our 3rd time staying at this KOA. &we enjoyed our stay again. The staff is so friendly. We had most engagement with the evening staff at the guard shack. Ms.Gina(I think is her name,didn’t catch the guys name) helped my son get back to the cabin when he was nervous about it getting dark&me not coming back to the jumping pillow yet. &later she let us know about the wild life in the water.

The wi-Fi service did not work the entire time we were there so we were basically unable to watch TV which was not a good thing. Not able to use our computers or any electronic device that required Wi-Fi. with that being said, we are not likely to recommend anyone staying there.

This is my third stayat this KOA. I’ve loved it every time. Love the amenities and close the beaches! I would say one drawback that I experience this time that I have not other times is that the bathrooms were not replenished. The women’s bathroom was out of soap and out of toilet paper so we brought our own soap and wet wipes. And one night the showers were very cold. But otherwise great!

We love to stay at KOA when we have the opportunity and we have found that some places should not be allowed to have the KOA name on them because they don’t live up to the name brand. Bath houses filthy, sites mediocre, staff seemed high half the time, and just overall not the KOA experience we always enjoy. Things are really dated except for the 2 premium spots so makes it feel a little dingy.

The campground was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the beach, and other activities (walking distance).

It was a busy weekend which the KOA team made us aware of as soon as we got there! However facilites were not kept up with. Multiple toilets were clogged or without toilet paper, trash was overflowing, and we had to take cold showers for 2 days because there wasn’t any hot water. The staff were super friendly and the location of the KOA is great, but the facility issues were a real bummer.

Very nice campground! But all bathhouses were very NASTY. To the point no one was using them they were that way for the hole stay there.

You won't find a better staff anywhere else! From the time you enter the campground till the time you leave, you feel like family! The staff was glad to answer any questions we had and even stopped by our cabin to make sure we were enjoying our stay!

This is our second time coming but we won't be back. Between paying for a pull through deluxe patio site that we barely fit in with our slides to loose dogs (NO ONE enforced the leash mandate), children unsupervised and short office hours. We have RVed for over 8 years in many states as well as many park options and this was a disappointment for what you pay.

Wonderful overnight stay, need to return to really enjoy Myrtle Beach. Spring break so busy here in the park. Great check in experience especially for the dinner recommendation. Although busy, she took a good moment to help us with great directions to the restaurant. Beautiful campground with good space between campers. In the middle of outstanding nature surrounded with beautiful trees and this in the middle of the town of Myrtle Beach. All staff very friendly and always ready to help. Outstanding.

Floors were absolutely filthy. I walked on them when I first got there and my feet were black! It was cleaner when I left than it was when we checked in. I loved the location but was definitely the dirtiest cabin I have ever stayed in and we go all over the U.S. to stay in the cabins.

It was a great stay! The cabin was perfect for what we needed, the campsite was very well maintained and the showers/bathroom were very clean. With the price and the convenience of being close to everything we’ll definitely be back! Also, Gina who checked us in was so friendly and informative I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. 100% Recommending.

Beautiful place and great staff. The pines are majestic and the beach is one block away..I would have given 10 and 5 if the repairs of the rest rooms would have been more advertise

Nice site, but amenities weren’t available. We lost water for a day before we got it back. Internet was erratic & was unavailable for a while( almost 12 hrs.) Not the real “resort experience “ but were charged for it. Disappointing.

The Myrtle Beach KOA is close to everything and the beach is within walking distance. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Beth from the cleaning crew. This was our second of many stays to come.

Cabin was awesome. We look forward to coming back. The only problem was weather. If you could possibly help with this issue the next time we would appreciate it. Lol just kidding. The one thing was the pools could not be used.

We orders a deluxe cabin and the Cain was very old.with bugs and they don’t have shampoo and body wash .we have to clean everything before we leave .we would never expect this from Koa we have always stayed with them in there deluxe cabins.

The site was very clean, the staff was so kind and accommodating during our entire stay! This was our very first camping trip and now we plan to have many many more thanks to the experience that we had during our stay.its nice to know there are beautiful areas with great people that can provide not only hospitality but security as well.

Very large park some sites are much nicer than others. Off season so wasn’t very well kept (IMHO) Some sites (the more expensive ones) seem to get a LOT more maintenance and looking after than others. Although I didn’t choose the higher end site, and not by much, I think the park should have done a much better job of cleaning up around me?

First time stay in Myrtle Beach. Great campground, very clean, plenty to do at the campsite. Less than a mile off the strip, but with all the trees, it feels like you’re miles away! Looking forward to our next trip back to Myrtle beach KOA!

Great place to stay. Wife and I love to walk and did everyday around the KOA and to the beach. Awesome staff and well run. Do yourself a favor and stop at this KOA if you get a chance.

Staff was very attentive, prompt with ice and firewood requests. The entire property was well kept, trash removal prompt. Recently installed WiFi booster tower really helped reception.

Very poor internet connection. I will stay again if the internet connection is upgraded to work better, we were camped next to a repeater. We will go elsewhere if the wifi connection is better.

Campground was nice as well as staff but our cabin was not as stated in description. It was deluxe cabin dc07 on the water. It was not at all. It also was supposed to have an oven with we planned meals to cook in and it did not. we paid a premium to be on the water. There were also internet issues but the maintenance guy was able to get one of the 2 tvs working. We didn't get what we paid for.

We stays on a waterfront back in deluxe patio site. Great view and feeling of privacy. The private patio was the highlight. Nice pool (not heated) to quickly cool off in the heat. About 4 blocks from downtown. We rented a golf cart for one day and enjoyed that as well.
