I stayed 1 night. The staff was friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. A Beautiful Pool and Riverside sites. Beautiful ride between Marble, NC and Maggie, NC. Definitely a bucket list. Be sure to allow time for rafting. It is mountain driving so you will need extra time. Helen DeVries. Helen DeVries Travel.

Awesome. Great sites on the river. Trees for shade. Nice breeze. Clean bathrooms, laundry, sites are level, the personnel, the owner, the workers, treated like royalty. They are friendly, come by each day to see if you need anything, come by and pick up the trash. I have never been this well treated in any campground like this one. We ran out of chilli and they gave us a can. Loved our stay

Absolutely everything was awesome! We loved it here and would definitely stay again. Everyone was very friendly. The dog park was huge and our dogs loved it.

We stay at Murphy/Peace Valley KOA in a 42ft Motorhome. The road into the campground is a narrow one lane with pull offs if needed. Navigating to our spot was easy. Sites are level. Tree limbs were trimmed off very high and were no problem. Though due to this quite a bit of tree sap dripped on the rig and tow vehicle. The property is well kept. The staff was great!

Nice stay. Very quiet and beautiful campground. Very peaceful site next to river. Only down fall is all sites are gravel pads. After a couple days rain, it's a bit sloppy until things dry out. We will return.

'This campground is the best!! From the hosts to the sites, it can't be beat. We are lucky that it is only a couple of hours from our home so we can plan a quick getaway when we feel like it. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and to make you feel welcome. Everything is clean and immaculate!!

As usual, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at our favorite campground! Matt maintains the grounds perfectly and the restrooms/showers are always clean and well stocked with paper products.

Needed a place to set our motorhome up for the night & found this place on google maps search that i use a lot. Attendant tending the grounds met us once we entered, spoke with us, then led us to a nice roomy spot for the night. Had a pleasant & peaceful stay, facility is very well kept and beautifully nestled in the trees and near a creek, will definitely keep them on our map for future travels.

Beautiful setting, easy accessibility from highway, rambling creek on property. This was by far the quietest campground we’ve ever experienced.

Amazing customer service! First when I arrived I was offered a back in at the rivers edge. Then needed to extend my stay taken care no problem! Thanks for making my stay stress free!

We love going to Murphy/peace. Dee is the best. She is definitely part of our family now. If you want a peaceful and relaxing trip, this is it. We love coming up and going downtown to check out the shops and antique stores. Float down the river or just lay by the pool.

Nice cabin on the water with plenty of room for me, my brother and dog. Pet friendly and easy to find. Nice kitchen with everything you need for a couple of days or longer. Unfortunately the cabin is crammed in between another cabin and an RV site so zero privacy. RV campers next to us leaned their bicycles up against our cabin, ran their motorcycles in the evening and morning in front of the cabin. Total disregard for people next to them. Campfire right next to our window and talking throughout the night loud enough to be heard in the bedroom. It's a shame you can't fix discourteous. KOA staff was amazing and friendly though and the laundry area was clean and the washer and dryer worked well.
