Our stay was excellent. Cat the on-site host went above and beyond. She helped find a shuttle for our float down the river that day. Facilities were very clean. Will stay again!

Nice campsite and nice campground overall. Bathrooms need attention; they’re clean enough but the commode in the mens room rocks and rolls. It needs to be secured to the floor. Also the countertop is worn and the sinks need caulking. The shower is so-so. My wife reported that the ladies room is also in need of upgrade. We thought for $90 a night the bathroom facilities were sub par.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for noticing and for the heads up. Normal mid-summer maintenance completed on daily use campground bath house. At $90/nt not only would our bath house be renovated, wed retire. (at least take a day off). But at only $45/nt it takes a little longer

This was our first visit to the Peace Valley KOA. The campground is clean and beautiful. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Nice surprise in a time when customer service seems to have disappeared. There is a lot to do in the area and we will definitely be back. An added bonus is how nice it is for campers with pets.

As soon as we pulled in, a young lady came out to greet us. She could tell I was confused as to which door to enter to register. She was attentive, friendly, very personable, and made sure our stay was good and we had everything we needed. The campground is great with the river flowing behind and well maintained. We would recommend this campground to our friends.

Both girls were fabulous and willing to get whatever we needed. The campground and areas were super clean and quiet. One of the best KOAs we have visited. Highly Recommend!

This was our third time visiting this KOA. It is beautiful, peaceful, and run very nicely. Matt the owner puts his heart and soul into this beautiful property. Cat is beyond wonderful and wears all of her hats with a friendly and fun attitude. We will be back for sure.

Kat, Chrissy and Matt- you are the best. Just love coming up to Murphy and your campground. You’re always making sure accommodations are up to par w/ your rvers. Service and grounds are excellent

Great, two short, grand old time, Staff / Owner we’re very friendly, helpful and kind. All KOA Parks should follow their Examples. The only down fall is, if I tell all my friends about this place then they would be fully booked all the time and I would not be able to get back in. Good people, great camp grounds, lots to do around the area. Job well done to MAT & CAT THANKS.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathhouse was taken care of and cleaned regularly. I have no complaints at all about this campground.

Perfect stay from the accommodating, kind service to the beautiful, clean sites! Quaint grounds, clean restrooms. Next to Rivera's edge. So nice, we are returning in October for another week! Tip our cap to Kat who's awesone!

The staff at Murphy KOA is outstanding - probably the best that we've encountered in our 5+ years on the road. The campground is nice - our site was terrific, but some of the sites seemed tight. The only negative was the internet, which was abysmal.

Most beautiful campground we have ever stay at. Matt and Cat are hard working. They keep a beautiful campground. Peaceful, quite and beautiful. My dogs love the dog run.

It was a perfect weekend stay for us; the pool, grounds, facilities, store, play areas were immaculate! The pool was pristine, checked frequently, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay.

Excellent property, friendly people, perfectly maintained. Just one note on the site we were on which was #5, it was all dirt around the service area so with all the rain we had it was quite messy there. All in all one of the nicest campgrounds we have visited.

The staff was amazing, friendly, & beyond just helpful. Our only criticism concerns the game room. We have our grandkids with us & the game room lacks games! And needs serious updating. With KOA being promoted as family camping, there really should be more games to entertain that age group.

If you're looking for a little slice of heaven in the mountains, this is it! Located on a picturesque, flowing creek. Friendly staff, sites with picture perfect views, a great pool area, and a well stocked store!

Really awesome campground in a beautiful area! And the camp manager that checked us in was truly wonderful - she was so accommodating when we had to quickly leave a different campground a few miles away in the middle of the night due to a flash flood. Wild experience! The camp manager was super friendly and helpful in every way. This KOA was also superbly maintained - we will be back!

Great small campground. Cat, Cici and owner Matt were great. Started with reservations for the nights and spent 6 nights. Nice sized lots with well maintained gravel roads and parking spots. River for floating is adjoining the back side. Will definitely be back...

There is a reason we keep coming back here. It is meticulously maintained. It is an older camp ground, but very clean. The owner is on premises and takes a lot of pride in this pace. Staff has been on hand for quite a while now and know us by name. Had grand kids this trip and they had had a blast tubing in the river and fishing. We will be back. Super quiet place. Hence peace valley. Love it

We love going to Murphy/peace. Dee is the best. She is definitely part of our family now. If you want a peaceful and relaxing trip, this is it. We love coming up and going downtown to check out the shops and antique stores. Float down the river or just lay by the pool.

Nice cabin on the water with plenty of room for me, my brother and dog. Pet friendly and easy to find. Nice kitchen with everything you need for a couple of days or longer. Unfortunately the cabin is crammed in between another cabin and an RV site so zero privacy. RV campers next to us leaned their bicycles up against our cabin, ran their motorcycles in the evening and morning in front of the cabin. Total disregard for people next to them. Campfire right next to our window and talking throughout the night loud enough to be heard in the bedroom. It's a shame you can't fix discourteous. KOA staff was amazing and friendly though and the laundry area was clean and the washer and dryer worked well.
