Everything about this KOA is spectacular. The Shingletown KOA offers an abundance of activities for adults and kids. From its pristine camp sites to its amazing staff this is by far the best KOA I have ever stayed at.

It was great! It’s just, the tent sites are SO dusty. It’s very powdery dirt. It’s almost like Oak Bottom campground. If there was more mulch or hay around the tent sites it would of been a perfect trip!

The fresh pancake breakfast was very convenient and delicious. Enjoyed using the pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean and well cared for campground. Great staff, amenities and experience. Would recommend this stay for anyone. Great that it is so close to the beautiful Mt Lassen!

This place is awesome! The showers and bathrooms were very clean and there are nice laundry facilities and a general store for basic supplies. We enjoyed playing cornhole and using the pool. I especially liked how quiet it was at night. A few people did play music a bit loud (in my opinion) before quiet hours at 10 pm, but overall it was quiet for a group campground.

Great stay as always! Best place for kids. Staff is always great and makes you feel welcome. Many things to do around area. We have made it a 4th of July Tradition!

We had a great visit with a relaxed atmosphere and quiet times nestled in the pine trees. The staff was outstanding in customer service. The facilities were 5 star as they claimed. We would definitely return

it was good. However, on June 25th when my mom went to take the shower in the restroom in the big building (lobby), a man was apparently showering in the ladies room. She didn't realized until the man out of the restroom and my dad who was waiting outside saw a man went out of the restroom.

We had never stayed at a KOA camp and we couldn’t be more pleased. Campgrounds were clean, our campsite was great and the staff was so kind. When we travel our first choice will be KOA if there is one in the area.

All the tent sites are on the bottom of the hill. When it rains, they either get the streams going through the site, or it floods out. That is what happened with, we got flooded out and left a day early. Also, gravel on the ground instead of wood chips pooled the water. This made the situation worse. Great hosts, wonderful restrooms, lots to do, just don’t go with tents.

We had to leave early due to the flooding of our campsite. We were in tent site 13 and the rain just flows down hill and the entire site was under 1 foot of water. Maybe some sort of water deterrent would be a good idea for the future Other than that, the campground was great the staff is great and we enjoyed the stay when we were there

We camped here for 2 nights and Loved it here! The forest is so beautiful and tent site was spacious, with all of the electricity accommodations fully working. Very friendly staff also! I will definitely be coming back!!

I have staid at several KOAs over the years and the Mt Lassen one is by far the absolute best one. The staff is awesome, the grounds are spotless and the park is in the pine trees where you actually feel like you’re camping. I have staid at some that were right outside city limits that felt like we were camping on a parking lot. The Lassen KOA also has the end of summer fall festival. Aweso

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
