Very nice campground with nice staff good wifi and well maintained facilities. Only downside is the price $85/night is expensive

Mt. Lassen KOA is our annual family destination. It's a beautiful campground with many family friendly activities. A wonderful place to allow our children the freedom to play and explore. We look forward to coming back next summer.

Nice camping experience with all the amenities. Beautiful setting, beautiful park. Doug and housekeeping staff are very friendly and do a great job

I’m a KOA member. We chose this KOA & expensive site cuz it was/still is advertised as cable with 20 channels so we could watch NBA playoff game. Cable didn’t work and we were told the previous owners turned it off several years ago. I want my money back. False advertising. I’m extremely upset. That game meant a lot to us to watch.

Not a large campground, tons of kids, very friendly staff. Immaculate laundry ($2.50 washer $2.00 dryer). tight sites, gravel, took some work to level, Friday night movie was loud, Firepit, picnic table and dog park. They cooked breakfast on Saturday morning! Excellent Wi-Fi and security at night.

We were blown away at the customer service and fun extras that they provide. They are like the Hilton of Campgrounds! Can’t wait to go back!

This may have been the worst KOA camping experience ever! Despite being a beautiful location in the woods this campground utilized opposite facing pull-thru site so you are close to your neighbor facing the other way. They then surround you RV with tent campers, literally 10' from your front door. And despite being a large park, they concentrated most campers in one corner area. And no cable tv!!

Very refreshing, very clean, well-planned layout for each site. We will be using your place many times. We travel from Oregon to California and always need a 1-2-night stay on our way, but now we have found a great place for a family camp week in our future. Can't beat the one RV site that has the tent and cabin sites in a row!! Thank you.

we booked our stay in Oct 2021 and at that time the only space open was water and electric only with the agreement that if there was a full hook up available we would be moved to it. However, others booked their site on Wednesday and got the full hook up site that we were promised. We are scheduled for the KOA another 4 times for full hook up site.

Nicest KOA ever!! Love the way the sites are super randomly spaced with plenty of room and lots of gorgeous trees and shrubbery. Super friendly staff this is our second visit and would definitely recommend a stop here

The campground was crowded which felt squished and the wifi was inconsistent otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The campgrounds, dump station and bathrooms/showers were clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

We had a great time! This was our second time staying at Shingletown KOA. The staff was friendly and the grounds were very clean. We also went into Lassen National Park and did the hike around Manzanita Lake. We also appreciated that since it rained on Friday night, which was the outdoor movie night, they went ahead and did movie night on Sunday evening to make up for it. Great place to stay!

We’re been staying at this KOA for decades, great personal, always Friendly and helpful employees. We get out of town a couple times and we enjoy our trips up to Shingletown.

I think it was nice there, but it would be better if each spot had shade or trees. Spaces are ok but a bit close together. Breakfast was good and a movie was planned but it rained. I wished the store was open later to buy snacks. Staff at the check in are nice

The staff was very friendly, the grounds were very well kept up with a play area for children and even a walking trail for everyone. Very clean bathrooms too. Only a short drive from Loomis Museum and Manzanita Lake (which was absolutely gorgeous). The SW entrance was closed due to snow. Short drive to Redding to Turtle Bay Exploration Pak and the Sundial Bridge. Lovely place to stay at!

Several sites have patio areas facing one another. The only privacy is a wood fence separating you from your neighbors. We recommend avoiding these sites. Other sites to avoid are those adjacent to the office and entry road. That results in golf cart and pedestrian traffic noise.

Great staff. One of the nicest KOA's we have stayed in. Enjoyed the nature walk area and nice dog park. Wish more of Lasen National Park had been open!

A beautiful campground among mature trees. Well kept and clean. Very friendly and professional staff. Many unique features throughout the campground for the camper, rv’er and family.

Campground was very nice. Trees for shade, not loud, new cell tower in the camp made for excellent internet service. Good to have since we only had one bar on our Verizon phones. Camp hosts were very nice and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone going to Mt Lassen for a camping trip.

One of the BEST KOAs we have stayed at in recent years. Extremely friendly staff. A well laid out and well maintained KOA. We will definitely be back.

Nice and clean. Did not like being right next to WiFi tower. It should be covered with something to make it look a little natural. Enjoyed the bird area.

Under new ownership since our last visit. Grounds were pristine as usual and staff friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was, no campsites. We’ve have this reservation for a year and I would have appreciated an email notifying of this change. We wouldn’t have hauled three buckets of wood! (It doesn’t help fuel economy one bit). Fantastic KOA! Stacy and Doug went over and above, and helped make our stay simply perfect. BEST Camp K9 my dog has visited (we humans loved it, too)! We can't wait to visit again, already looking at dates on our calendar.

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
