Where do begin? This campground is beautiful, nestled in the beautiful Lassen forest. The smells of the trees are amazing! Clean, quiet, and have an amazing staff� I love that they have special firewood that if you want to have a fire you use. No bad smoke issue no smell, but still warm beautiful flames that smores can be enjoyed. We can't wait to return!!

Of all the KOA's we have stayed at over the past few years, Shingletown is by far the best! Very friendly and helpful staff, RV spaces are spread out so you don't feel like you are on top of your neighbor, bathrooms were spotless, and the grounds are well maintained. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful place and well maintained. Super friendly staff. We happened to be staying during some construction so there was a lot of noise starting early in the morning. Bears got into the trash cans so there was trash strewn all over every morning.

Stayed over an extended weekend to visit the Burney Falls. The staff was very pleasant and approachable. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Plan to return in late summer.

Our two days at your facility was very pleasant. The weather was great , campsites were clean and large. We were on a shakedown trip with a new class C rv. Friendly people at sites and at reception.

Site was terribly unlevel, a tree was in the way when trying to turn in. The pool was empty and filthy. Saw other sites that were much better suited for our size rig that remained empty the entire time we were there.

Beautiful park and i call it that because it’s more like a national park campground where sites have some distance between them and are not all in a row like little soldiers. The facilities are immaculate and quite large with areas to roam through. It’s a smaller KOA which is also a luxury. Tall pines and serene atmosphere. Loved it!

Beautiful grounds. Office staff very friendly. Clean bathrooms and sites kept clean continuously. We have already booked another stay in September!

Super clean facilities. Nice staff. Sites are in good repair and they have a nice area to walk in and play in. If you have kids there is a nice playground (pool is not open).

Awesome as always! I heard they are going to "upgrade " the pool. My daughter and I love the pool, hopefully they don't change it too much.

Super friendly staff welcomed us upon our arrival. Beautiful setting. A little dismayed at the fact that they only had regular big garbage cans instead of dumpsters or bear proof garbage cans. Every day there were several cans that had been disrupted over the night with trash strewn around. It was always cleaned up quickly in the morning.

The office staff are very welcoming. The Wi-Fi is fantastic! Bathrooms are kept very clean. We also enjoyed the free coffee.

The park was well kept and complimentary coffee in the office was incredible. The staff was super nice and made some great recommendations about local places.

Best RV park we’ve stayed at and we’ve been traveling full time for almost a year. Nice, spacious, private spots in the woods. Tons of activities for adults and kids. Super friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

This campground is tucked in the woods, just up the road from Lassen Volcanic NP. Very quiet and comfortable with friendly people. Would definitely come back.

Nice Park! Sites were not overly close together. Nice treed setting. They had free campground activities like corn hole which was a nice touch. Good location to Lassen NP. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this KOA. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was kind and welcoming. The grounds were clean and functional. And the kids really loved the playground and the swings out in the trees. We will definitely be back!

This is a great little KOA! The park is clean, well maintained and beautiful! Excellent facilities and amenities. Just 18 miles from the entrance to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Plenty of family oriented things to do at the KOA and in the area. Our reception was truly enjoyable! Friendly and helpful staff at the office. This is one of the best KOA's we've stayed at. We highly recommend this KOA!

WE STAYED OVER THE FALL FESTIVAL WEEKEND AND IT WAS A BLAST! THEY HAD SO MANY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS AND THE ADULTS TOO. IT'S SUPER CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME! WE WILL BE DEFINITLY STAYING THERE MORE OFTEN
