Host was polite and helpful. Bathroom facilities outstanding, very clean. Hookups for easy access, functioned perfectly. Overall, outstanding experience. Our first time using KOA with our travel trailer.

Amazing service! Cleanest bathrooms and showers ever! Store was not fully stocked but understandable as it is getting near season. Easy access to the Park! Thank you Mike and staff for squeezing us in. Lethbridge College.

Personnelle attentionné Pression d'eau a 40 psi ( ce n'est pas beaucoup) Tronc d'arbre a tout les terrains qui empêche de bien placer le tuyaux d'égout. Terrain très venteux Propre Branches d'arbre très basse , mon RV classe A frotte.

Very nice campground. Easy Access. Large roomy campsites. Very clean facilities. Fantastic helpful staff. Great base camp to explore the Yellowstone area.

An Excellent Clean Site. Toilets were exceptional with Individual Cubicles. Site was a little expensive, but had great easy access to Yellowstone Town and Park. Shop onsite was very useful and well stocked. Wifi was very slow.

We made reservations a year in advance for 3 rvs all together side by side, paid the deposit in full, upon arrival the office staff told us we had two TVs together, one across the road. We were not happy! The park itself was ok as far as landscape, not very well kept up. Used the laundry one evening while we were there and there was a bad argument going on in the staff trailer. We were shocked !

Stayed a week. The place was clean. The sites were level and it was quiet. Close enough to everything in the Yellowstone area yet far enough out to get a nice country feel. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

The folks here were super friendly. They let us park our rig out of the way so we could head to Yellowstone for a few last minute adventures.

Great location to West Yellowstone. Dog run pretty small but a big field next to it to walk dogs. Showers and toilet clean but the floors were pretty dirty. Not just from 1 day of foot traffic,

EVERY EMPLOYEE HERE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE FRIENDLY, WILL CERTAINLY STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE, THE WORKERS ON GOLF CARTS WERE SUPER NICE AND ALWAYS ASKING TO HELP......GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Nice long sites(5th wheel pulling 8ft trlr and still had more than enough room for pickup).Bathrooms and Laundry very clean. Very helpful staff.

Check in quick and efficient, spacious clean site with a fire ring, picnic table and swing. Laundry and shower building super clean. Great KOA!

Very impressed with the amenities. The restrooms and showers were amazingly clean. The fire pit came w a grate to cook on. Wasn't there much. Only in the evenings but the stay was great. Great location to everything.

Nice place to stay, but wasn't worth the money. Fenced dog area is too small, doesn't give room for dogs to run. Over priced for the amenities. Coin-op washer and dryer was also over priced. Did include a fire pit and swinging bench at each camp site that was nice. Will not revisit based on pricing. There are other camps closer to the park.

The Mountainside KOA was clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful that I've come across. I would go out of my way to stay there again.

Washrooms were always clean. Campsites were well maintained. But the biggest compliments go to the staff. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

We were to stay three weeks but a motorcoach problem postponed our arrival by one week. Called Mountainside KOA, explained, and they worked with us to perfection - "No problem. Thanks for calling. Let us know when your new arrival date is known." The campground access/exit was easy, campsite was level, utilities reachable and dependable. Restrooms clean. WiFi good. 41' coach w/Jeep in tow.

The restrooms and shower were right by our site so that was very convenient for us as we couldn’t use the fresh water hook up due to a leak in our lines. General store was good too

Amazing KOA! Super friendly & accommodating. Help us make a VERY last minute reservation on Labor Day Weekend and helped our family with a 3 and 4 year old create awesome memories to get to Yellowstone National Park. Thanks so much! Will visit again!

Nice level lots. Laundry room was very nice. Washers and dryers were clean machines. Showers and restrooms were very clean.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
