We stayed there for 6 nights and the bathrooms look like they were only cleaned once. No local beer or wine in store which was listed on website, pizza place was only open 3 nights. The mining wheel wasn’t running, and the WiFi and cable that you pay extra for never worked. The trails basically only existed if you had an ATV. Only positive is close to Yellowstone West entrance.

People are friendly prices are outrageous 170usd for a spot. They would not work with groups to put us together. I would recommend staying at Grant Village campground

We loved our tent site next to the creek! The creek sounds were so peaceful & drowned out the sounds of the campground. However, there were several tent sites that were very uneven and slanted. I’m glad we didn’t get one of those, otherwise it would’ve been very difficult to make camp. The store was a great place to find some souvenirs! Very well supplied! We’re hoping to stay again in the

Thanks for helping us out with getting a last minutes site for one day and for allowing us to keep the camper on site I til we returned from Yellowstone and went to your sister KOA. Nice store, friendly staff and clean bathrooms as I would expect. Great visit.

Wonderful campground, wonderful hosts. Nice views. Enforce that yappy dogs rule though. Owners left 3 dogs in camper next to us every day when they went out for the day. All they did was bark at everything that moved.

Convenient, quiet, gorgeous location, friendly staff. We were a little disappointed that trash was overflowing and that bear aware practices weren't more emphasized. That said, the campground was still quite clean considering the large volume of visitors.

Very over priced for this park. Not a $160 night stay. I know this is Yellowstone and demand is high but it does not justify this high of a price. I have stayed at nicer parks for much less and with more amenities. My site was not level. Jacks sank into the ground making it impossible to level.

The bathtub was filthy, the front door window had no curtain which allowed full view into the cabin at all times, the door was not hung properly and there was a large gap under one side of the door, a mouse ran out from under the refrigerator and the Wi-Fi never worked. I was extremely disappointed with the accommodations. I’ve stayed at many other KOAs, even a journey, but this was awful!

Not a great experience for us. Site was broken pavement and gravel so it was difficult to get level. Unless you have full hookups there is no where to dump. Friendly staff but they would drive their carts so fast it became a dust bowl. We left a day early.

The prices of everything were incredibly high, from the site itself to the products in the store. The bathrooms were unacceptably nasty. I don’t expect to return. However, I will say that the employees were quite friendly.

It was a quiet, low-key place to stay after a previous stay at our originally planned site at another place fell through suddenly. The fact that there was a place for us last minute was a huge relief after cross country road travel.

Lumpy grounds, muddy roads, tall grass(6-10") in campsite. Too few bathrooms for the tenters and cabin people. 6-8 men and women waiting for a toilet after my shower - not good.

Outstanding views,just enough out of town,spacious sites and clean shower and bath rooms. There updating and expanding would go back again. Had a problem with a slide out and just so happened a Mobil mechanic was.on site. Mike asked if I needed him and went to tell him yes. He came and repaired it and we were on our way. A big thank you to Mike for helping out.

Nice park and great camp store and staff. The only complaints are the weak Wi-Fi and the internal roads are very rough. Some additional grade work and gravel would help emensely!

Great camping close to Yellowstone National Parks West entrance (10 kilometers) the staff was Great (The mustached gentleman and Quincy topped up our propane bottles at a moments notice) and all else was as advertised! Perfect for a pit stop or a few days visiting Yellowstone!

Shout out to the outstanding staff! We had issues with the heat in our cabin and the maintenance men were so helpful and kind. The people in the office and store were so helpful and nice. Scenery and the creek were AMAZING and we loved the deluxe cabin. Great vacation!

Absolutely fantastic campground! I think my favorite part was the friendly staff. We love staying at KOAs for that very reason! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I can’t recommend this campground enough. Both of my boys (ages 10&8) loved it as well and didn’t want to leave!

the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because we came back after a day in yellowstone to find they weedeted our site and our water hose and septic hose and power cord were covered in grass funny part is they didn't weedeat any other site near us

This was our second stay here and won’t be our last. The staff is friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. Very nice amenities and a well kept campground.

The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There were minor issues with the cabin. We told the KOA employees, they wrote them down as we left and believe they will address and fix them.

My stay was brief, but the experience I encountered at Journey was very good : my online reservation went smoothly (this was my first one), check in went well. Especially important to me was the overall kept and cleanliness of your KOA, things worked as they should. Thank you to the great people at KOA Journey !

It was an absolutely beautiful campground! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this campsite. Facilities were very clean. Will definitely return. I do wish the pull through was more level but that is the only complaint; for the money it would be nice to just be able to pull in without having to level the trailer. But totally recommend this campsite.

Nice place nice people cabin was clean cozy and nice only complaint was for the price a night it could have had a tv after a long day at Yellowstone was too cold to sit outside would have been nice to layback relax and watch tv ! Even the 1 room no bathroom cabins at all KOA’s have tv’s

We were very impressed with the campground. We really liked how the bathrooms and showers were in a building and were individual stalls. I was in a beautiful location too.

I was disappointed I was set in the group tent site area versus a tent site on the stream. There were plenty available and I was only staying one night, so not sure why I didn't get reserved into one of those. The tent site I was in was muddy and didn't have the best area for a tent. The table was rickety. However, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the bathrooms were clean and the water hot.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
