Nice clean and quiet place all staff was very helpful.�� When looking for a place close to Yellowstone this is about 15 minutes to entrance and also close to downtown town great tourist location all shop were great restaurants were very busy food looked good. Lot of great hiking trails close to koa was horses to go on trail hikes. Clean bathrooms, great showers and clean laundry room.... ho

The campground was nice. I wish there were trees and shade on the sites. I was amazed at how many staff there were and they worked all hours. It made us feel safe.

Nicely located to West Yellowstone, the park and staff were awesome. Wifi was sporadic (we were pre-warned) but did work for us. The shower facilities were great as well.

Good location in proximity to West Yellowstone. Beautiful stream and ponds at location. Friendly staff and nice gift shop including a pizza restaurant, which was nice after a long day's drive. Lots of bathrooms and shower rooms, probably the most of any KOA I've stayed at. Not much shade for tent camping. KOA made us leave suddenly because of grizzly attack on trail across the road. So sad!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice campground. However, they advertise a fishing pond. There are no fish in the pond, and it is in need of service.

We had a good stay at this campground. The campstore was nice and had great options for food/necessities/gifts. Laundry and bathrooms were nice, not super clean, but well maintained. The sites were decently spaced, good play area - though a little too close to hwy. Great views of mountains if you’re lucky to have one of the few sites that face that direction, but most are blocked from sight.

We only stayed for one night on our way back home, but the people were great and the site was perfect. Loved the bathrooms compared to other places I've tent camped.

The tent site was ok, neighbours came back at 11 pm & partied to to 1:30 am so we didn’t get a lot of sleep. The next day was a disaster our reservation was cancelled do to a bear in the area. I get the wildlife issue but when I asked about another accommodation ( cabin) there was one available at full cost. As a business owner I thought that was poorly handled as they should have offered a dis

We had a great time at the Mountainside KOA! Everyone was super friendly and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us located everything we needed! The kids loved the gem mining and the playground!

We had paid extra on reservation to be next to bathroom. We did not get the paid for site. The clerk tried to get us closer to the restroom but still far and No discount. The sites were not well marked causing some issues with future neighboors. Then a bear scare (not koa's fault)we had to evacuate our site one day early.

Wonderful park and exceptional location. 15 min to town & 20 to W. Yellowstone entrance. On site pizza, quite good. Staff & grounds tremendous. No pool & prep for intense wind most afternoons. Only recommendation is a sign on dumpsters telling folks animal safe door is in rear. Watched nearly all newbies try to lift massively heavy lid.

Large, personal bathrooms with showers. Large, wide campsites. Beautiful scenery with flowing river on-site. Quiet evenings. Well groomed, grassy areas. Needs a mat outside shower for traction. Also needs better cleaning. Need to resurface or regrade entryway and interior roads. Need to provide optional cafe food for purchase. Overall, a great camping experience. Would stay again.

Stayed two nights. Our spot #47 was next to the shower house. Showers were great and the one I used had it’s own private toilet area. Amazing spot and highly recommended. Gravel pull through site was perfectly level for my 29’ trailer. Quiet park, great staff. Pizza was delivered to our camper too!

The campground is fine, but we stayed in a deluxe cabin with room for 6. We have a family of 5, and there wasn’t enough hot water to get through 1 shower. Sounds like all their cabins are like this, had we known it I’d have been happy to reserve a basic cabin. Paying twice as much for a cold shower is ridiculous, and their management hasn’t bothered to return my email about it.

- the bathrooms were dirty. There was no cleaning schedule, just said as needed. Our tent site was surrounded by uncut grass and the mosquitoes were horrendous. When we went to pitch our trash the dumpsters were overflowing. All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful, 5 stars for them. This is a corporate owned Kamp, and they need to take more care.

The laundry room and showers bathrooms were very dirty. The large rocks are just in the way when trying to park an RV. The maintenance people were always speeding through the park creating lots of dust.

The place is not worth half what they charge freeway noise and drainage ditch causing mosquitos - the the camp next door with a worn out van that was shady with the two smoking pot and cussing like truck drivers while my kids sat and watched trying to have time around the camp fire —- they turned out to both be staff at this KOA GO ANY WHERE ELSE FIRST!!! Only thing this place has is hookups

Internet access was very poor. Assigned a shared site . Staff turned off power while hooking up new arrival. With the power off our air conditioner was off during the day while our pet was in the unit. Not happy!

Totally agree with putting tent campers to the back of the campground, away from the road. Would recommend spraying the camp road to keep the dirt down.

The campsites did not have much shelter from the wind. The road was dusty. The individual shower rooms were nice but needed a mat or something outside of the shower to prevent the floors from being wet and dirty. We weren't told on arrival that we could use the pool at the other KOA, and didn't find out until our 3rd day.

KOA Yellowstone Park was absolutely the best cabin we've ever stayed in! It had a bathroom and linens provided! Super clean and the staff was very friendly. If we're ever at Yellowstone again, this will be where we stay.

The office staff was excellent - cheerful, informative and accommodating. The cleaning staff is out to lunch. I witnessed them mopping the bath house using the same dirty mop from one end to the other without rinsing once- gross!!!! They sweep everything out the door including trash. The bathrooms were not kept clean and are in extreme need of a deep clean. The dishwashing sink is disgusting.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff, the beautiful view, and the wildlife in the area. Definitely a great park to stay at the park...
