We had a wonderful 3 days. Loved the scenery and the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Next stay we hope not to stay in site 21 next to the annoying dryer vent going 20 hours a day. No fault of the park just noisy. We will be back.

Located very close to the entrance of Yellowstone West. An exceptional experience with a backyard trail. Wi-Fi is limited as you go further away from the main entrance but that's not an issue if you are using your mobile phone. Restrooms are clean and spacious. Will certainly book again.

We had a lovely stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the shower rooms were the best we’ve seen this trip.

The only reason we did not give 5 stars was because of the price. There is no pool and the internet is very spotty. The prices in the store were rediculous. The staff was very friendly and did tell us ahead of time about the internet service. There isn't much shade, the spots are out in the open. The restrooms and laundry are very clean and the pizza was very good. Overall it was a nice park.

We spent 2 nights. Nothing was bad, it just seemed expensive for no sewer hookup at our site and gravel dust all over. Bathrooms were nice and clean. People in the office were nice and the gentleman that let us to our camp site on golf cart was extremely nice and helpful.

It was so muddy and gross. They definitely need more gravel on the sites. We had one site that was so bad you walk in nothing but nasty mud. I had to spend $20 washing towels from all the mud. Koa Down the road was 100X better. Only thing at this place is the amenities.

Friendly staff and patrons. Campground very muddy after rains; could use more rocks/gravel. Unisex shower rooms were very good and clean and the grab bar in shower was appreciated! Good safety feature…

the place was ok, staff not so friendly. when I checked in with them. I had to say Good morning so the staff could noticed me while I was standing waiting for service, Don't even a fake smile.. Won't stay here again.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a small dinner that delivers on site. The location is perfect for Yellowstone Park. The pond and stream out back is beautiful.

We spent 4 nights and had plenty of time to explore Yellowstone National Park which was only a few miles from the campground. It was clean, both bathrooms and laundry, and offered a good variety in the gift shop.

At check in we were given cabin 6 to our surprise when we open the door a young gentleman was just as surprised but very understanding/ kind. We all walked down and the office and the staff quickly apologized and checked us into cabin 5 also giving cabin 6 new key cards. The rest of the stay was amazing !! The staff are all very nice. Place was clean and very quite. We would stay here again.

Clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, many of the camp spots are in full sun all day and evening. It was very hot! Only relief would require you to sit next to your dump station.

The rv sites needed maintenance. WiFi was extremely weak. The rv sites were way overpriced for the park. The value was not there. Other KOA parks we stayed at on our trip were much better and worth the money. We will stay at another park on our next trip to West Yellowstone.

WiFi doesn’t work, cable tv doesn’t work. Restaurant only open 3 days during our stay. Manager is not willing to fix anything, just give you a refund and send you on your way. Would never stay here again. Yellowstone Grizley RV in town is a must better park. KOA should be ashamed that there name is on this place.

Very expensive, no pool, just weeds instead of grass, holes in site, some kind of critter was living there with us. Some sites better than others, we got the bad ones. Sewer hook ups run up hill. I expect a premium site for $129.00 a night.

Park is not as nice as the West Yellowstone KOA 1.8 miles down the road - recommend upgrading the grounds with trees and other amenities to make the two campgrounds comparable. Of note, staff in front office were helpful.

We stayed 4 days while visiting Yellowstone park. Location was good. Views were wonderful. Spot was not clean when we arrived so I needed to do so while setting up the trailer (clean dog poo, plastic waste and several tooth floss picks ), however we’re of nice size. We’d stay again

The cabin was great and the staff was amazing! It had all the amenities that we could possibly need. The cabin was clean, equipped with all the necessary items and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The campground was very convenient to accessing Yellowstone Park. The employees were very nice. The restroom/shower facilities were ok. There was not much wait time to use a shower but could have been a little cleaner.

I don’t know what park some of the reviewers were at, but the restrooms were immaculate and the staff was awesome. A good wind could pick up some dust but hey, you’re camping. I liked being close to the highway as it made it easy to get around to see the sights!

We were looking at the reviews and honestly a bit scared of what we would find. We were pleasantly surprised. There is a creek meandering at the back end of the campground which is lovely. The pizza was some of the best we've had and they are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Staff were friendly & had great recommendations for hikes. Bathrooms were clean and the scenery was phenomena!

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff, the beautiful view, and the wildlife in the area. Definitely a great park to stay at the park...
