Every thing was great. We enjoyed our visit. We’re traveling to Alabama but if we ever get back this way we will definitely visit.

Very beautiful KOA. All sites and equipment are well maintained. Loved the walking paths. Was unfortunate that their little restaurant was never open during our stay and groceries in the store were not well stocked, however, West Yellowstone not too far away for restaurants and groceries. Overall loved the place.

Front desk service was awesome! Provided excellent hiking tips for W. Yellowstone! Bathrooms & Showers are both your own private bathroom/shower. Spotless. We were in a truck camper, and our site was near the back of the campground near the woods and cabins. Much less crowded and perfect with a dog! Many thanks for a great experience!!!

Our cabin we stayed in was very clean The employees were very friendly and helpful on things to do in Yellowstone and in the area We highly recommend staying here

I was told the campground may expand in the future, I really hope the decision is not to expand it was very refreshing to have so much space and open areas to enjoy. Some KOA we have stayed at in the past feel more like a parking lot to camp in, we truly appreciated the larger sites snd open areas , ponds to walk around.

This was our second stay at Mountainside KOA. We really enjoy the cabins with the stream nearby. There was a nice grill in addition to the firepit and we like to walk around the camp at night and take in the stars. KOA cabins are a great economical alternative to RV camping or hotel rooms. We cooked, grilled and had our own space to hang out between trips to the park. The staff is nice, too.

associates were very helpful. Only request is to mow the lawn. The grass was so deep it was hard to find the dog dodo

Great park. Stayed in cabin 5, maybe put up some more hooks in cabin, keep things off floor since there isn’t much room. Shelves above sink for dishes, had trouble reaching upper cabinets. Smaller table would help. Don’t know how 6 people would function in that cabin.

Excellent well Maintained campground. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite and scenic. Easy to get back into Yellowstone each day. Would stay again.

We stayed in this park for 7 days so we could explore Yellowstone. The staff work really hard to keep it immaculate. They are constantly improving and leveling the sites. It is only 7 miles from the town of West Yellowstone and the entrance to the park. I recommend this place.

Clean and neat park. Bathroom & shower combination worked excellent. Very clean bath/shower. There was a problem with my reservation and the personal at the park worked with each other and figured out what had happened in the computer system. Will stay here again when in the area.

Very impressed how clean everything was and such a nice set up for showerings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

It’s not horrible. The lady that checked us in was unfriendly and seemed bothered to be there. The other people who were in the office the other days were happy and friendly. For it being close to a national park we thought it would have better amenities. We had just come from the flathead lake and the glacier Koa which were 5 star outstanding would recommend to everyone campgrounds maybe why

Was as addvertised. You couldn't control the rain so we couldn't sit on the nice deck with lovery chairs and table. Need to do that next time.

Nice campgrounds and clean, well-kept facilities. Friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that the sewer hookup at my site was higher than the discharge points on my small travel trailer. Stuff didn't flow uphill, so I had to open and shut the valves repeatedly while manually raising the drain tube to drain my tanks. A bit frustrating (especially in the rain).

Failed to honor promise to comp our stay. We were unable to stay in cabin that we reserved do to mechanical failure of the lock. Manager said he would comp our room at the Super 8 on site. He did not! No apologies, no discount. Ignored emails. Instead of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, fire pit. We got stuck in one room motel room for the same price of a cabin! Very disappointed with how we were treated.

The park is super convenient to Yellowstone for sure. There is nothing special about this park at all for being a KOA. The price is definitely TOO HIGH!!!

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
