The bathrooms / showers were very nice and clean. The tent sites were spacious, though not level. I rated it a 4 only because there were no amenities such as a pool or rentals for recreational activities. No military discount.

This KOA has the most helpful and friendly staff I have even encountered at any campground and Ed stay at a lot of them especially KOA. Thank you all for the wonderful stay

It was such a great stay. While it was rainy, the campground offered a great pizza restaurant to eat at, warm showers, washer and dryers, etc. Perfect stay. Only thing I can complain about is that I wish it was cheaper, but other than that the campground site was stunning, beautiful, and amazing.

Cabin was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time, wish there was some info for checking out of cabins- went to turn keys in only to find the store closed- should have a key drop or something.

We booked here since it was within close to West Yellowstone. Our site was spacious & level. There are not many dinning options close by & if you go into the town of West Yellowstone be ready to wait & pay premium prices for food.

Beautiful campground. Very close to the entrance of Yellowstone Park. It would be nice if there sites were concrete pads. Overall very nice place to stay. Thank you!

We did a three full days stay. Staff of the KOA was super open and friendly. Excellent day trips recommendations to the Yellowstone Park, for newcomers like us, have been given. All what we have expected was fulfilled.

My husband has a service dog forPTSD disabilitand the man who said he was the general manager, treated him like garbage!! My husband said he would tell him the services she provides but he wanted to do it privately since there were many people in the store. This manager threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave! We will never be back because apparently you know nothing about Federal laws

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Our cabin was very clean. Enjoyed it very much. Limited wifi as mentioned in other reviews, and not the amenities of the Holiday up the road. But for us, exactly what we wanted.

Very friendly staff greeted us as we were a bit early to our check-in time. Laundry room was very clean, and showers had a toilet in each room. Store had a little of everything and plenty of memorabilia items. The restaurant served dinner, pizza and sandwiches which is helpful when you travel late in the evening.

We stayed at a tent site with water and electricity. Since my wife and I use a CPAP machine, having the electric hook up was very nice.

Loved the area and it was a beautiful campground, but the water is a problem. No water pressure. When we unhooked the hose from the water spigot, there was all sorts of black debris clogging our pressure regulator. Once we turned the water on again, it spewed out more black debris. Maybe bad pipes underground? Otherwise, loved it.

Overall the site is well maintained, Laundry facility very nice although the water pressure is a little low. Should not be advertising internet as we could not get any internet at our site nor could anyone around us. The only location we could get internet was by the General Store.

We had a great stay! Very clean and spacious bathrooms/showers. Staff was kind. Great location and the people around us were all very nice! The only bummer was our tent site itself, there was no privacy as we were situated between two roads and felt like we were very close to the people next to us. Overall, good stay!

2 day park visit. Clean, quiet, easy access. Pretty expensive compared to the average RV park pricing by almost double.

Great except 2 things. Hot water is gone very quickly in the cabin. we had 4 people needing showers. The Wi-Fi could be better since it apparently doesn’t work with Apple. Oddest thing I ever heard. Cabin was clean and spacious. People were very friendly. Pizza was great

Five adults in a cabin. Much better than a hotel. Showers were great. We cooked most of our meals in the cabin and made s'mores over the bonfire.

Great shower houses and restrooms. The back in sites had a gravel patio box and fire pit concrete slab was poorly placed next to each other and where the camper parks. Constantly tripping over and getting hurt ankles on the patio wood edge because it hits the stairs of the camper and the fire pit was next to it making it under the awning and unusable.

We came over on our way to Idaho falls and stayed two nights and had a great time. Always so friendly and clean.

Great place to camp and we also hit the pool and enjoyed having showers to use. Great for all the hiking and walking after Grand Tetons or Yellowstone.
