Just perfect. Not much more than just perfect. Would have liked to been by the lake for the 7 days there though. Koa website should let you choose your spot.

You absolutely can choose a site, as long it is available at the time you make your reservation. It's called "select my site" and is a one time charge of $30.

Very upscale KOA the grounds were extremely wrll kept, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly all the holiday decorations were spot on to get you in the mood for fall/Halloween Great job folks a wonderful stay

Wonderful property. Very well kept. We were impressed with the staffs presence on the grounds. Each was kind and extremely helpful. Campstore was the best we’ve seen. Very well stocked with last minute supplies etc. Highly recommend. A+

Everything was good. The restrooms/showers could be cleaned more often. They were always pretty dirty and water all over the floor. I stayed at the back two sites and the cables were cut so unable to get a router and no WIFI back there. Usually a good thing while camping but did need to send a few work emails.

Very nice facility. I liked the trash pickup from the site. Great lake views and friendly staff. The only downfall is the traffic in the area was horrible...nothing against the KOA. There is a publix within 5 minutes and a back way to get there farely easily.

One of the nicest KOAs we’ve stayed at! We’ll definitely be back. The most beautiful lake on any KOA property we’ve visited. Wonderfully helpful staff, well kept grounds. Loved it!

Absolutely a wonderful place. Very well-maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff large pull through sites everything a big fifth wheel or bus would need plus Charleston and all the local amenities. Lots of fun will stay longer next time. Nice job.

We love staying here on our annual trip to Charleston! The activities committee and Jenny are awesome and make everyone feel welcomed!! Keep up the great work! Our only complaint would be that the showers aren’t very clean, in our opinion. But everything else is perfect!

pre check in was super fast. The store had some cool stuff. The property was beautiful and easy in and out. Perfectly located near EVERYTHING. We WILL DEFINITELY be back

The park was decorated for fall, very beautiful lake and the staff were very friendly. We especially enjoyed the $5 lunches and breakfasts. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent experience. Staff is super nice and friendly. Campground maintain superbly. It is so peaceful and relaxing. You’d never know you are so close to all the attractions. Can’t wait to come back.

The staff is amazing, the grounds are well kept, bright and beautiful - the restrooms were ok, not dirty but need updates and the showers - were outright disgusting. Dirty, rusted , broken handles, one had zero hot water, shower curtains had mold - soooo nasty it almost made me cry to have to shower in there ! Love love love your staff though

A top notch campground. Watching the sun set over the lake as the fish jumped and the birds fished was a highlight. Everyone was friendly in this quiet, well run campground. I highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at one of the best KOA's we experienced in-person. Our fault I didn't check my reservation for FULL hook-ups, (including sewer), but we made due with electric and water. Would like to have better WIFI though.

It was fabulous. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and it was another wonderful experience. The campground is clean and well maintained and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We loved the new premiere site overlooking the lake!!

We had the most wonderful stay here, we stayed in site 71 which is an end unit with a lake view. It is improved with a patio, wonderful seating including glider chairs and a swing right on the water. They gave us a complimentary bundle of firewood with this site. It's very quiet here and is dark with not a lot of light pollution coming in through the shades. The pool was open but it was cool so we didn't use it. the walking path along the lake was pleasant and we saw lots of turtles and water birds. It is a gated park and felt very safe. We previously stayed at a different KOA on the other side of town and we're so glad we found this place. There is a fantastic dog park with two separate areas, one has access to the water, the fencing actually extends into the water for safe playing.

We really liked this KOA. Great location to check out Patriot Point, and they have a lot of things to do. They have a great trail to walk your BFF on and a beautiful lake. I wish the dog park had 2 separate doors to it so you don't have to let your dog in with other dogs. Many good things to do at this park! Enjoy!!
