We had a premium pull through site with a patio, table and chairs, grill and a fire pit with very nice seating. The view out the front window of our motor home was a very nice pond/lake with a good variety of birds (including a bald eagle), turtles and at least one gator. There is a great dog park with optional area in case your dogs want to go for a swim (fenced of from the gator!).

Friendly very helpful staff. Communication was excellent throughout our 4 nites there. Great showers and clean facilities. Clean level sites with beautiful grounds, the plantation tour was a bonus- be sure to take it. Will stay here again.

Had a great stay but the morning we left I had a flat tire and found screws in front of my motorhome. It was early in morning and office wasn’t open to talk. I was able to find the hole and screw that was in my tire and plugged it to make it home. Check the sites for screws.

The campground was great and the dog park was awesome. They had 2 fenced areas with one area extending into the pond so the dogs can take a dip. The disc golf was also a great surprise - I didn't see that in the amenities. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Sites B12/13 were in our opinion some of the best there. We will definitely be back in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay, was close to places to eat out short drive to beach. Good fishing in their pond! Had really nice neighbors. Everyone was friendly.

Beautiful KOA! Thoroughly enjoyed both our perfectly designed and manicured pull-through with patio site and the equally well-designed and attended resort. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice amenities. Highly recommend and will look forward to a return stay.

We had a wonderful stay at mt. pleasant. It was neat ,clean , beautiful , and the views of the lake were just great! the office staff was great, the bathrooms were especially nice and the workers were pleasant and helpful. the sites were just fine. All around a pleasant time.

The only issue I had is that the gas grill had seen better days. It needs a good cleaning, the door on the bottom was not attached and both control knobs need replacement. That said we are already booked for our 5th visit.

Staff collected trash and delivered fire wood through out the day. Location is perfect for surrounding area. Seating at the water was a perfect spot on a beautiful day. Safe and friendly environment for all.

Have stayed there a few times in the past 7 months and each time we find something new that we enjoy about the campground. The personnel are always pleasant to deal with and do not make us feel like we have bothered them

Site 55 has a drainage problem. A foot of water filled the driveway for 24 hrs after Thursdays rain

This is a wonderful campground. It is so well maintained and updated. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would certainly go back!

Had a great stay even with one day of rain. The only negative was the worker who took us to our site and brought us a portable modem. He seemed to be in a big hurry and not have time to help both times.

we stay at many KOA's, and I have to say this is our favorite. Had a great site, it is close to about everything, but still very quiet. Has great wifi, fiber optic to our site, we used our modem for wifi better than home. Charleston is a great place to visit.

We had the most wonderful stay here, we stayed in site 71 which is an end unit with a lake view. It is improved with a patio, wonderful seating including glider chairs and a swing right on the water. They gave us a complimentary bundle of firewood with this site. It's very quiet here and is dark with not a lot of light pollution coming in through the shades. The pool was open but it was cool so we didn't use it. the walking path along the lake was pleasant and we saw lots of turtles and water birds. It is a gated park and felt very safe. We previously stayed at a different KOA on the other side of town and we're so glad we found this place. There is a fantastic dog park with two separate areas, one has access to the water, the fencing actually extends into the water for safe playing.

We really liked this KOA. Great location to check out Patriot Point, and they have a lot of things to do. They have a great trail to walk your BFF on and a beautiful lake. I wish the dog park had 2 separate doors to it so you don't have to let your dog in with other dogs. Many good things to do at this park! Enjoy!!

The staff at KOA Mount Pleasant truly enjoy what they do! It shows in how you are treated and the thoughtful things they do to ensure you enjoy your stay. We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. The sites are spacious, clean and beautiful. The facilities are clean and well kept and fully stocked. Thanks for another enjoyable stay
