The cabin was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The prompt replacement of the microwave and toaster was appreciated..The grounds were well keep and the employees very helpful.

It is a very well managed campsite, sometimes a little too well managed. It made it a challenge to find sticks and branches to help with fire starting. Overall a very good experience. Too bad the weather was so hot…

This was our third stay at MP KOA & each time we have seen very pleasing improvements to the campground! This time we were fortunate enough to stay on one of the new patio sites on the lake & it was wonderful! Also every staff member went out of their way to be kind & helpful! We will be back!

It was great just wish there were some activities and the splash pad would get done. Kind of an eye sore right now and we have been waiting for years. There also used to be singers and guitar players

Loved the grounds beautiful � but some of the office stuff wasn’t very friendly and very rude. Lady that worked Friday was amazing �

Overall the campground is very nice with very helpful staff. The lake and general store are very nice. They have some really nice sites - too bad they were not available for our stay. Our site was just OK - mostly dirt surface and very close to neighbors.

Best vacation ever!! The cabin was spotless. We loved the children's activities and enjoyed the pool. All of the staff from the front desk to the nice men picking up our trash daily were so nice!! We even got an escort to our Cabin! Thanks, for a great stay!

We had a great stay! We love the location of thus KOA. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Its a little expensive for a campground but i can see where the money goes. There were lots of activities for young and old alike.

Beautiful KOA! Our cabin was so nice and comfortable. We especially enjoyed going to the store after dinner for ice cream and snacks. Entire staff were so nice and helpful, we look forward to coming back!

Facility is very nice. The deluxe cabin was spacious for a family of 4. The room could have been a little cleaner, but I brought my own supplies. The staff was very nice, but when the kids were in their own playing basketball or riding bikes they were confronted rudely by staff members. At one point my son was asked if he knew how to read because he was playing basketball after dusk.

it was wonderful. The place is clean and the staff are responsive. Cabin and motorhome lot was excellent. Rest rooms were clean. Showers clean. Could not ask for more.

Beautiful area. Loved the lake. Loved that they had lots of activities planned for the kids and teens. The pool was nice. We stayed in the camping cabin deluxe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only con was the cleanliness and upkeep of the bathrooms. I don't think they were cleaned each day as they should be but other than that we loved our stay here and hope to be back for a future visit.

Everything was really good, I would only suggest keeping the bathroom floors mopped more frequently, as the water gets out of the shower and makes a small lake by the sink and/or toilet. Also, the lock from one of the bathrooms facing the lake is not working properly. The AC in the little "camping cabins" is amazing, super cool and quiet. Would be nice to have a chair instead of a high stool.

It was fantastic. The KOA itself was a great spot. Easy in and easy out. e just can ot say enough about the stay. The facilities were clean, always an activity going on, the staff was johnny on the spot for any issue. They went above and beyond for anything we needed. Nothing but accolades.

2nd year in a row I booked lake view not lake row and did not get it this year I booked very early by phone told the manager what happened last year and he guarantee us a lake view orbetter well we didn't get it we got a site that over looked cabins our lot had tree roots everywhere couldn't even walk the lot front dest wouldn't move us they said other were guest coming we didn't feel likea guest

Everyone who worked there were so nice,helpful and friendly. Our site sucked. We had a slight grade toward the camper. When it rained the mud and stones ran all over our outdoor rug. Which we needed to put down to maintain the grit. Our neighbors slide out was so close to the fire pit we couldn’t have a fire. No a fan of neighbor of sewer hose that go under your picnic table. Pool nice.

We had a wonderful time visiting Charleston and staying at the MTP KOA. Nice grounds, shaded sites most of the day, great pool, and very friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful, quiet campground with lake and amazing trail to bike or walk. FANTASTIC, helpful, friendly staff!! GREAT activities and activity directors for kids allowing the kids to have a blast and parents to relax!!

We stayed on site 71 and it was perfect and beautiful. A suggestion would be to level the lots as we noticed on several that there was about a 6” difference between the front and back of the lot. I’m addition it seemed to be quite congested at the office area. It would seem you could make the area in front of the office a o e way and exit guests around the area in front of the office.

Bathroom and showers weren’t great. Showers were tiny compared to comparable campgrounds. I had more room in my camper shower.

We had the most wonderful stay here, we stayed in site 71 which is an end unit with a lake view. It is improved with a patio, wonderful seating including glider chairs and a swing right on the water. They gave us a complimentary bundle of firewood with this site. It's very quiet here and is dark with not a lot of light pollution coming in through the shades. The pool was open but it was cool so we didn't use it. the walking path along the lake was pleasant and we saw lots of turtles and water birds. It is a gated park and felt very safe. We previously stayed at a different KOA on the other side of town and we're so glad we found this place. There is a fantastic dog park with two separate areas, one has access to the water, the fencing actually extends into the water for safe playing.

We really liked this KOA. Great location to check out Patriot Point, and they have a lot of things to do. They have a great trail to walk your BFF on and a beautiful lake. I wish the dog park had 2 separate doors to it so you don't have to let your dog in with other dogs. Many good things to do at this park! Enjoy!!
