We are big fans of this KOA. The hosts could not be more kind and everything stays clean and quiet. It’s a perfect place to stay and then explore to Monterey/Big Sur/Santa Cruz… lots of possibilities. It is small and not an RV Resort if that is what you’re looking for but it fits our needs each time.

Managers are friendly and excellent caretakers off the property. Property is so neat and clean. Close to MANY good eateries that the managers showed to us.

The folks running this KOA are doing a fantastic job! The campground is always clean and the landscaping is always well groomed.

Immaculate, intimate, beautiful! We love this tiny KOA and the managers that run it. They treat it and us like we're at their home.

Moss Landing KOA was extremely clean, the staff was excellent. This was my second time staying at this KOA and it didn’t disappoint. Both times, have been super. Moss Landing KOA is by far the KOA I have stayed out and I have stayed at quite a few!

This place is great and we love everything about it. This is the cleanest KOA and the property is very well maintained. We had full hook ups. And, so close to Monterey, Bay Aquarium, beaches, etc. Always glad we stayed and will definitely stay here again and again!

Spent a wonderful three days in a Moss Landing. The park is impeccably clean. The managers are so friendly and the check-in process is great. One of the managers even goes to your site to help you locate and then back yourself in. Love to wake up to the sound of the seagulls and the seals! Can’t wait to go back. The cookies at check in are a lovely bonus!

I was on spot 46, was perfect for my 2 young dogs that one suffers anxiety issues. I set up their kennel along the fence. Was a perfect spot without another RV between us. I hope I can get this spot again next time.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon & followed the directions on the website. Very clean & well-kept campground. Like that the location is walking distances to restaurants and the harbor and a little driving distance to the pet beach. We did not use the showers or bathrooms, so I cannot rate that. They provide recommendations for places to eat and had a cute general store with all types of items.

Stayed Two nights staff was excellent and welcoming and help me with Mechanical emergency with my Motorhome. Space was a little narrow so I couldn’t extend my awning. Great location short walk to marina, beach and restaurants.

Stay was great. Only issue we saw was at least 3 people came from the harbor side to use showers. We had to wait for one to finish before we could use. There should be a security gate locked at all times.

This is one of our favorite coastal RV parks between SF and Santa Barbara. It's small but close to great food and the ocean. It's close to enough for day trips to Santa Cruz or Monterey. And it's pet friendly (even on the beach)!

Clean paved sites. Everything works. Some green grass. Close to coffee and the beach. I just wish Moss Landing were a tiny bit bigger, as I was here for two weeks and it's nice for a long weekend ...
