Nice clean desert park. Good water pressure, good a/c, level sites. Sites are average size- not huge but not narrow, about 40’ long. Had our slides out no problem. One thing that could use improvement is the dog park but it wasn’t terrible. Some highway noise but the trade off is easy access. Really nice sunset views.

Laundry room sucks and pull through site was hardly big enough for the MH and had to unhook.

Clean and pretty quiet. A bit tight.. The flys were annoying but tolerable. Three local dogs have the run of the place, not sure if they are the owners or not. They seem to be nice dogs except for the large one that tended to be a bit aggressive towards other visiting dogs. They were a bit annoying and it is probably a turn off for others. I like dogs but not while camping..

Very clean bathrooms. Professional & courteous check-in staff. Owner/manager was extraordinarily helpful for folks next to us, who had locked themselves out of their trailer. WiFi was useless, but we were there for nature & we were *more* than happy that we were off-grid! Most campers were extremely courteous & kept all lights off at night. The stars & the Milky Way were glorious! We will return.

Wonderful place to stay even when full. Nice pull throughs, clean restrooms and very quiet at night. Fantastic views. One negative was no hot water for mens shower. First time in my life taking a cold shower!!!! Still had a stinking good time.

Great location with views of Monument Valley. The sites were nearly perfectly level, all hook ups worked well. Fast, efficient check-in and very accommodating with late check-out when we took the Tribal Tours Monument Valley tour. The only issue we had was with their WiFi. Most times we were unable to connect. On those few instances when we could, it would only last a moment or two.

Very clean facilities, but back in site layout did not accommodate 25 ft RV and could not hookup dump. Picnic table practically on top of neighbours dump. Site spacing very tight and about 150 ft from highway.

Nice pull through sites, gravel and small trees that provided no shade. Sites are angled so that awnings give good shade

Stay was great! Very thankful for the showers! What an amazing place to wake up to! The only negatives were the washing machines were out of order, and the stray dogs that wander the camp all night.

Nice campground with spectacular views. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the highway. Sites are relatively large and level. Very nice dog park! Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location to the entrance of Monument Valley was great and being literally across the road from the rock formations was awesome. Sunsets there are picturesque. We arrived an hour and a half early before check in (1pm). The young lady at the desk just told me we could not check in and we would have to wait. When we did check in our paperwork says for $10.00 we could have checked in early.

Loved the campground and the location. Very clean. The only negative point would be that there were three roaming dogs wandering around all the time. Very nice socialized dogs; but one of the puppies tried to reach the food on our table and went through our garbage.

I had called to tell I was running late and when we got there someone was already in our spot so we had to go find the spot they were signed to and stay in that because there was too many people to move. Was tired and just wanted to get set up.

Great spot overall!!! The view is breathtaking. There is a playground for the kids. This KOA spot is quaint and located central to where we wanted to be. We'll definitely be back!!!

It was bad! Sand in the city water connection. We had to disconnect the water because all filters were clogged. Laundry room was out of order. Dogs walking around everywhere trying to steel food

The least pleasant/friendly KOA desk person I have yet encountered. A beautiful area in all directions. But the park is nothing to rave about. Stayed two nights. Valley of the Gods is an awesome drive on 17 miles of dirt road, but not really suited for an SUV.

Hope folks know this is an out of the way spot and farther out than most KOA’s. Bathrooms ran out paper towels for a couple on day one when I was there. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. The facility looked new, but definitely needed Cleaning. This KOA is small and right next to one of the only highways through the valley, with no barrier so the traffic noise is loud into the night.

The staff at the front office were not friendly at all and didn't seem to have time for us. They would not greet us or ask us how we are. Just basic customer service was missing. Also, the shower didn't have consistent hot water. We booked this KOA to clean up and get showers. We didn't feel like we got our moneys worth from our experience.

We stayed 5 nights. Could have done fine with 3. Saw the beautiful sights. Laundry was clean and open 24 hrs. Also nice to have 24 hr access in/out of park. Spaces were a bit close with sewer hookup next to picnic table. Also fire rings close to RV. There was a dog wandering around that we heard was dropped off. Sad.

The check in process took less than 10 seconds. The park had trash blowing around. Dog waste can was full. Store had minimal snacks or food, Below expectations for a KOA.

Everything was good except for the junk around the host’s site. There was a burned out trailer behind their site close to the road. It was directly in our evening view of the valley.

By KOA standards, this campground is on the low end. It is just a gravel parking lot. I expected much more from KOA. Given the remote area of the country this is in, it was adequate but overpriced for a gravel lot.

At check in, the clerk made no eye contact, ran through the presentation way too fast, and she did not smile. Sites are very small and tight. Your bathroom and laundry building was built with disregard for basic building codes. Soffit is installed with staples, and currently falling down. The deck boards are popping up creating tripping hazards. It needs some work. Probably won't come back.

Quick, easy registration. Friendly and accommodating lady at the front desk. Clean, quiet, well organized park, and perfectly located for seeing Monument Valley. It is located so that sunset and sunrise photos of the "monuments" will be special. Clean, modern restrooms with nice showers. Modern laundry room. Very easy to find when you are first arriving. Excellent place to stay!

APRIL2024: Staying here was an smooth and pleasant experience. The KOA is kept clean. It features clean bathrooms, gated dog park w/ doggy bags, laundry, RV sites (power, water,dump,trash), tent sites, children playground. They offer horse rides through the valley at a very fair price. Ask about it when you book your stay. My family discovered that they offer jeep rentals as well. Not sure what the price is, but you can use them to drive yourself through the dirt roads in the valley. This KOA is right off the highway. The only downside is that they don't offer many items in the KOA store. So before you arrive to the koa, make sure to go to the store down the road first if you're in need of items. Thanks for such a great stay.

Fantastic views right out the front door. Very clean and super helpful friendly staff. Great playground and enclosed dog park. Will definitely be back!!
