Beautiful setting for an RV park. Next to a quiet road with no noisy big rigs going by. Spots were level with good hookups.

This campground is clean, our space was level. We reserved the largest spaces they offered and it was a tight fit for our equipment. We were able to work with it with a bit of creativity.

The campground itself was in an excellent location and was very clean. Although the bathroom was very clean itself, the showers did not have hot water so they were unusable. Some of the washing machines didn't work but the campsite attendant let us use the ones in the office so that was great.

We were greeted by a very unwelcoming front desk girl. She was rude when we had to change sites because of no power at site. Also no hot water showers.

This was a very disappointed one night stay at your KOA. Near the end of October and rate was high taking advantage of being in Monument Valley however the service reception was rude and unpleasant. There was no hot water in the showers that evening or even next morning and the laundry had no machines working. The couple I was travelling with were also very disappointed.

This is a great place to tent or rent a cabin. Both provide very nice spaces, hence the ratings. Our RV space, however, was very basic and yet the most expensive of any space we have rented at a KOA. Your neighbors are very close. It felt cramped. At over $100 per night and a 3 night minimum, I would have hoped for something much better. I won’t stay again unless I rent a cabin.

Pleasant, quiet park. Clean facilities but no hot water in bathrooms/showers. (Late in season.) Good views. Would stay again.

Lovely location, rock formations visible from the site. The store had minimal supplies and the staff while cordial, were not friendly. A bad dust storm hit the first night of our stay, pummeling our camper and truck with gusts of 50-60 mph force all night, knocking out electricity and Wi-Fi to the campground and entire town. We made the decision to vacate to another campground; awaiting refund.

the scenery was beautiful and so peaceful. Nice clean facilities. Great place to stay with easy access to the park and other locations. My only complaint is that the gate on the K9 park is too high off the ground. My 3 dogs are very small and could walk right under the gate Please lower it, or add something to the bottom.

The staff was friendly but not was either not knowledgeable or unwilling to tell us much about the area. The actual sites are small, and the sewer location needs rethought. The expected picnic area for your site is right on top of neighbor's sewer connection.

It was a wonderful stay. Friendly, accommodating staff and owners. The middle row is sort of tight for bigger rigs. If they could somehow make the middle row not so tight and wider that would be great. Other then that. The campground is clean, level site and very close to MV.

Poor customer service and NO internet. The gal in the office was RUDE. We received one word answers and glares to our questions. We were provided a password for the internet but it didn’t work anytime or the day. Other than the horrible customer service, this is a typical KOA with reliable hook-ups and very tight spots. The location is fantastic but there are other places to dry camp in the area

Great location for exploring Monument Valley and area. I arrived early but they were able to check me in so I could get set up and start exploring.

It was a good stay. Only possible negative was that the secondary laundry room was not working. However, we got in early, didn’t have to wait for machines, and got everything we needed done, done. Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

The campground itself is fine. You should not advertise having WiFi. While the link was strong, no internet was available. I work from the road and could not even connect to download email. Tried connecting at 4AM thinking it would be better; not so much. Please improve your service.

Very bare bones KOA, priced too high for what you get, friendly staff, site just long enough for my fifth wheel but able to park next to it.

The stay was fine. The sites are extremely close and gravel only everywhere. I guess we are paying for the location as it is across the highway from Monument Valley, but other than location it is not impressive. It is fine for an overnight (thus the name Journey) but I still expected better for the price and it being a KOA.

Location and services are superb, thank you. The views are awesome! Please remember to give a warm and friendly welcome to your guests as they may arrive full of anxiety (and tired from the day trip) and love to see a warm KOA smile :-)

Great views in every direction and easy access to Monument Valley Tribal Park, and less than an hour drive to Valley of the Gods and Moki Dugway overlook. All utilities worked fine and the campground was very quiet and peaceful at night. We've already made a reservation to come back.

The campground and the amenities were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. My only complaint were the loose dogs that roam throughout the campground and into campers sites. One even bit the back of my dogs leg while we were walking to the camp office. No one seems to take ownership of them, but they must belong to the horse rental staff.

The location and bathrooms where nice. I find it a bit to pricey for such small places on gravel. Not much coziness since your sitting and having a campfire in between big rigs.

APRIL2024: Staying here was an smooth and pleasant experience. The KOA is kept clean. It features clean bathrooms, gated dog park w/ doggy bags, laundry, RV sites (power, water,dump,trash), tent sites, children playground. They offer horse rides through the valley at a very fair price. Ask about it when you book your stay. My family discovered that they offer jeep rentals as well. Not sure what the price is, but you can use them to drive yourself through the dirt roads in the valley. This KOA is right off the highway. The only downside is that they don't offer many items in the KOA store. So before you arrive to the koa, make sure to go to the store down the road first if you're in need of items. Thanks for such a great stay.

Fantastic views right out the front door. Very clean and super helpful friendly staff. Great playground and enclosed dog park. Will definitely be back!!
