Nice location, quiet even though close to downtown. Good location to Ouray and Black Canyon National Park. Staff kindly refunded our second night when our plans changed. Struggled with adjusting water pressure.

Sketchy people coming through the park. Was asked to move vehicles from spot next to us even though we were the only ones in the park. The hot tub was not open. Was not happy with our stay.

Cabin was very dirty and generally in a state of disrepair. Unfortunately the worst cabin we had on a 2 week trip of multiple KOA's.

The cabin we stayed in was just what we needed. It was clean and well-kept, and checking in/out was a breeze. Glad we found this KOA!

Easy check-in, great campsite location, friendly folks. Thankful that this KOA is open year-round which is very helpful.

Felt unsafe, lots of sketchy characters, store was NEVER open, grounds are unkept. I cannot believe this is a KOA. This should not be a KOA.

We paid for a site that would fit our needs but arrived to find they had assigned a tent site that was inaccessible in our camper. Since the office was closed, we had to leave and find other arrangements. After ignoring multiple emails about a refund due to their error, we finally received a one line response saying a refund had been issued. Two months later - no refund or response to email.

Women’s bathroom had pads out. The person at the front desk was not that friendly. Last night there was a very sketchy gravel truck parked right outside the campground. They were not in an assigned parking spot.

The restrooms were nice and clean (although the drain in the end shower was plugged up in the men’s room). The staff were congenial. The park is beautiful this time of year. We had a good stay.

The cabin was very worn down compared to all the other cabins I stayed at. The floors need to be sanded down to get the blackish worn off. Air conditioner was old and and very dirty. The bathrooms were clean.

The campground is clean and well kept. However, the hookups are hard to use and not convenient. Also, the staff was non-existent during our stay. We arrived 30 minutes before the office was supposed to close, and it was already locked. I requested to use my $10.00 rewards certificate, but wasn't able to since the office staff wasn't there to check me in. Very disappointed.

A lovely, clean campground right off the freeway. The bathrooms were clean and the spots were level.

We stayed in the bunkhouse. Overall it was a great little cabin. But I have to say the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Shower house was clean but water pressure was very low.

We were told to check in after 4, but their office/store closes at 4:00. They also did not open until 10…after we were on the road. No personal touch here. Not sure if these were out of season hours.

Nice, quiet location. The mattresses were very noisy. Windows did not block out lights outside the cabin. The wifi was very very slow. Otherwise, it was beautiful and safe.

Disappointed that check-in time is the same time the office closes, Unable to buy ice or firewood on arrival which was 4:10PM.

It was an ok park. I've stayed in much nicer KOA's. The bathrooms were messy over the weekend and the water pressure for the showers was very low. The entire park seemed a bit cramped, Our site was unlevel however a good size. It was convenient to Black Canyon National Park and that's why we chose this KOA.

We checked in, then was gave a map of the park with a line drawn to witch number to go to. No one in a cart led us there. When we got there someone was already there. It looked like they had been there a long time, as tires had covers on then, but front desk didn’t know anyone was there. It took awhile to figure out where I could park. Finally I walked around and told them what I could fit in,

Our stay was fine. However, it was disappointing not to have the office open when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We missed not getting the normal “welcome” that we typically get at a KOA.

Services were as advertised. Quiet site despite location. A privacy fence to conceal the dump next door would be desrable.

I have never stayed at a KOA with as rude of people as this! Charged for a service dog ( which I have made a report to ADA) stood and argued with me about my daughter’s service dog being in a non pet friendly cabin then when I went in the cabin I was shocked at how disgusting the carpet was and the bathroom did not look cleaned either. Bed was so uncomfortable. The list goes on!

Cabin smelled and not sure if it was cleaned since we found a sweatshirt still in the bunk beds. It was very ghost like, not the typical KOA atmosphere we've stayed at. Bathroom was very clean though. We won't be back unfortunately.

It was great. The manager was nice and helpful. The night we stayed, the outside light of the women's bathroom was out so it was a bit dark but I saw lights the next morning. Site was quiet, could be better if it has more space. Bathroom is clean. Thank you.
