Very clean, the restrooms were always in great shape. The desk staff was happy and helpful. I was tent camping, being that close to Hwy 50 was loud but expected.

Need stools in shower stalls or curtain dividing shower stalls from other restroom area to protect privacy.

Far enough off highway to hear traffic. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Grass area at every site. Clean facility. Quite a few cats roaming the park. I would stay again.

The WiFi really was almost non-existent especially in the tent area. Tent area was unkept and dusty. The shower area flooded one day while I was there.

We stayed in a "Deluxe Bungalow" This cabin is very dated & unclean, there was animal feces under the bed, sheets had hair on them, windows very dirty, the dishwasher came out when i pulled the handle to put dishes in it... there was no fire extinguishers in the cabin, the list goes on. We asked to have the 2nd night refunded to us which was refused by the owner.

tHE PLACE WAS CLEAN, AND SEAMED TO BE RAN WELL. THE ONE THING THAT i THOUGHT WAS THE MENS BATHROOM AND SHOUWER COULD HAVE HAD A LITTLE MORE ATTENSION. OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS GOOD

The handles in the showers need replaced! The drains in the showers need cleaned because I had to stand in water nearly to my ankles to finish showering. Not enough lighting in the tent area, walking to the bathroom is very difficult because you can't see the rough ground. There should be at least one garbage can out in the tent camping area. This place needs improvement!!

Reserved the bunkhouse cabin. Requested linens. The queen bed was terrible ( big valley in the center) and the linens were not on the bed. They did change out the mattress after I complained, but it was only a little better. One of us slept on the twin. The standing light did not work. Had a coffee pot, and a microwave, but no cups or utensils. Wasn’t terrible but not great

The cabin smelled funny the whole time we were there and it was not clean. We have stayed at alot of KOA cabins and this one was filthy. There wad dog hair and dust balls all over under the beds. The windows were filthy. The door handle was black. Just clean the cabin and everything else was fine.

Great campground with huge level pull-through spots, satellite friendly and convenient location, just minutes from I-70. And a nice restaurant located next door (walking distance)!!

Very clean, well cared for. The people who ran it were great. Just wish the spaces had more privacy, maybe a fire pit. Was very tight.

All was good until i went to shower room and discovered sinks backing up with gray-water, eventually flooding the countertops and floor. I was able to shower, but residue in sinks left me unable to brush my teeth or shave. I reported issue to office and they said it was due to someone doing laundry!

We all ways enjoy our stay, the hot tub and pool were nice, conveniently, close to food and fuel. The mattress seen better days , there was no TV and only 1 outlet, the lamp didn't work above the bed.Thanks for being KOA

Quiet, laid-back, BIG pull-through spaces with NICE lawns & trees, handy to town and to various parks, staff very helpful and friendly (Thanks Brooke), ample, clean restrooms/showers, management right on top of any issues, rates reasonable for the time we are currently living in. plenty of trash receptacles and doggy bag dispensers. Really a pleasant stay.

I arrived after office hours and found my reservation was a tent site. After getting settled in it was a nice spot. Not sure they understood I had a 20ft trailer. I had a safe and good night.

We enjoyed our stay at the Montrose KOA. It was warm while we were there so the pool was quite refreshing. The staff was very friendly and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP was just a short drive from the campground. The only downside is that the internet isn't very good, at times it was unusable.

Dogs barking, not on leashes. Didn’t deliver wood/fire pit as scheduled. Removed it a day early and never returned it when we asked. Nice park just not managed worth a darn.

This is the first KOA experience, which will be the first to many more to come. This was an excellent experience! Nasipa was our favorite employee that we interacted with! She was always cheerful & always had a sincere desire to help in any way.

We enjoyed our stay - there are a few things that we noted that could improve the overall quality of the stay (which is why we did not rate it a 5star). The foam mattresses were clearly worn leaving little to no cushion. The glider on the porch was also in need of replacement - while the site itself did not offer very much privacy. Thanks, I hope that this feedback will prove useful.

This campground is in a good location and provides good hookups a pool and extremely clean bathrooms. . The managers and people who work there are helpful in providing information about the area. We definitely will visit again
