Great long and wide sight for slide outs. Easy check in, friendly staff. Laundry room clean and inexpensive. Good location with Black Canyon nearby. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

The folks here are nice and the site I stayed in was fine overall. It wasn't level, but I was able to use blocks to set up. I could not utilize my surge protector due to the angle of the electrical hook-up. (I did test before plugging in and all was fine).There are definitely "rough edges" throughout the campground (i.e, dog area was polluted with trash, misc.stuff lying around). Town is cute!

Clean. Nice showers. Didn’t use it but pool looked nice. Overall an easy, nicely located experience.

The rest rooms where great but the bunk house we stayed in was out dated terrible furniture and the bed was like a marshmallow!!! Would not recommend the bunk house to anyone.

Our first year in our rv. I thought that KOA's were the luxury cpgrounds. The people were friendly but the camp definitely needs some tlc. Laundry is old and 2 out of 5 don't work . The ones that do don't work properly with adding time and heating. Site was full of sticks and branches and a bag of dog poop someone left. They have a new maintenance guy, hopefully he can help improve things.

I will not refer friends They have new Managers The man is combative had 2 fights with the previous manager 2 with me I had a res until June 24 but it was lost in the system We had a disaster at the Medical supplier a short time ago it surged killing the power to the park burning my suppressor and transfer switch. When I asked the mgr to check the 50 and 20 amp he refused there was more

the cabin was filthy tried to clean it but I was overwhelmed. We left and stayed at a hotel. Microwave had food top and bottom and underneath. Floors, bathroom nothing in there was ever cleaned and we had to wait cause it was being cleaned. Manager partially returned our money. We should have gotten it all back. This cabin needs updating now. Bathroom was a hot mess.

Tent site was in accessible for my camper van. No water at site. Dirty. Trash around area basically nasty. When asked hosts if I could switch to RV site they said all was booked. Not true. Plenty of empty sites the next morning and the evening I stayed.

On the plus side, check-in, WiFi & cable TV were very good. That's where it ended. Our campsite was very littered with tree debris & branches when we arrived from a windstorm 2 days earlier. Unlike almost every other KOA, I didn't see anyone cleaning vacant campsites during the time that we were there. Many sites were occupied long-term, with loud work trucks passing by from there. Disappointed.

Stayed in January and enjoyed the stay. I picked KOA because it is a known place as they are all consistent. Had a good pull though, clean power, Full hookup. Like many areas across the country they were experiencing a shortage of staff. This did not have an adverse impact on my stay. Average street noise based upon location.

We love this KOA but just a few things about the “lodge”. You need extra warm blankets for winter. The blankets there are summer blankets. A rug inside door would help alleviate mud from being tracked in - I spent time every day sweeping up and wiping mud from floors. The deadbolt lock doesn’t work. More gravel in parking area will help with mud. Otherwise a great experience.

We only stayed for one night on our travels back home. One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at. Bathroom was clean and looks like recently redone. Laundry worked great. I did open one of the windows as the heat from the dryers literally fogged up my glasses when walking in the door. Overall a great stay!

We loved our stay in one of the comfortable cabins. All of the staff was wonderful. Hope to go back next year.

They advertise a hot tub which we used one night but the other nights it was locked. Can’t get a hold of anyone after hours. Sites not level.
