Bathrooms very clean. Nice having gas grills available to use but there should be brushes so they could be cleaned after use.

We stayed 4 nights while doing some sightseeing, fishing, and a wedding in Telluride. Very pleasant, well equipped, quiet location, and we enjoyed being close to town.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stayed and it’s cleanliness of the log cabin and bathroom. Keep up with the good job.

Camp ground is nice but a 1:00 check in time is outrageous, should be around 11:00 especially if you are trying to plan an afternoon activity!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay. We didn't like the dog park as we have in previous years. It was further out and very muddy and too busy with all the agility additions.

Perfect location for visiting Black Canyon. Quiet campground, deluxe cabin met all of our needs. Only downfall was that majority of the washers/dryers & change machine were out of order. One of the reasons I book KOA is the ability to wash clothing while on the road.

The Vast majority of KOA's I have stayed in the tent sites have shade. these had no shade until sunset. The women at check in was very nice and helpful

We chose this location due to its proximity to the national park as well as the familiarity we have with KOA campgrounds. This campground did not disappoint. Our site was exactly as advertised, cost was pretty standard and the amenities were all as promised. We were only in the campground less than 24 hours due to our travel plans, but found everything perfectly pleasant and staff professional.

Awesome amenities (pool, hot tub, showers, bathroom stalls, dish washing station, tent with grills). Very clean womens bathroom. Would like more privacy between tent campsites. Only complaint (not a big deal at all) is that the grounds looked like the could’ve been kept better at the campsites. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

First I had to wait about 30 minutes while the person (not her fault, her boss should realize a customer should come first) talked to her boss on the phone, then when i got there at the time i was supposed to get there the cabin wasn't ready. Lastly the air conditional in the cabin needs to be replaced or cleaned, it didn't cool at all. Will never stay at this KOA ever again.

We arrived very late, but this seemed like a really well kept nice campground. If our journey's ever take us this way again, we will check it our for more than an overnight.

It's a very pretty park but the workers were not very friendly like some of the KOA's I have been to. It's location is perfect.

Very nice stay. Campground quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Weather was good the entire week. Recommend visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

The location was good for sightseeing, the site was okay but it said grassy pull through, we had mostly dirt and the site needs leveled out. Bathrooms were clean, pool was good but could use a few more chairs. Area for dogs (K9 camp and walking path) needs mowed, cleaned and fixed up.

Showers were new and excellent. Grounds were clean and tidy. Stayed in a cabin, the queen mattress was compressed like a pancake. No cushion at all.

Clean quiet friendly campground! The only thing that needs to be done is the washers and dryer need to be repaired. Half of them were out of order.

Great stay, clean restrooms and RV area. The dog park and area in the back toward of the park could use some attention, but we appreciated not having a pet fee charge.

Although the Montrose/Black Canyon KOA is 1 1/2 blocks off US 50 in Montrose, it is extremely quiet, clean, and efficient. Their “pull-thru, full service can easily accommodate RVs pulling cars or trailers up to 70 feet. We highly recommend the Montrose/Black Canyon KOA.

The location was perfect for visiting BCGNP. Our cabin was comfortable with much appreciated AC on a hot day. The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. Mixed feelings about having lock codes on the bathroom doors, but it does lend to a feeling of security when the campground is in town. Felt a little crowded with the proximity of other cabins and RVs, but a pleasant stay overall.

Just one suggestion on the cabins. It would have been handy to have the mirror located near a plug in for drying hair. The mirror was in one place and the plug in was 5 feet away with a door in between.

Nice clean campground, pool and facilities. The KOA store was stocked a little scarce but that was okay because we were in a big city. Staff was nice. National park and museum access was nearby and easy to get to. Very shady campsite made for relaxing evenings outside.

Reserved full-kitchen cabin + cabin w/toilet. Toilet only cabin, air cond. didn't work. Full-kitch. cabin: mouse turds in silverware drawer, grill very dirty, reserved for 6 but only 2 chairs and small table to have meals, not enough dishes, bowls, and coffee cups (1 in cabinet) for 4 people. Beds were comfy. Nice pull-out couch and chair in sitting area. Nice pool. Free parking by cabins.

Great location when visiting Black Canyon National Park. Stayed in "The Lodge" cabin. Our A/C wasn't working but maintenance came out and installed a window unit that cooled the place off great. We were glad we only had one hot night sleep. It was 98 degrees while we were there. The pool was a great way to cool off. Saw a movie at the local drive in theater. Great stay. Def will come again

The facilities were good and clean. Our site (18) flooded daily due to the sprinklers. It made for a mess when it was time to leave. Need to look into that. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly and attentive. All other facilities were nice and clean and well cared for.

Easy access to site. Site fairly level. Utilities placed for easy setup. Best Wi-Fi signal i have found in a campground. Would stay again. Was hard to spot turnoff because sign on Main Street is small.

I would have given 5 stars, but....... No fire ring upon several requests. Needed to go carry one away from an empty site. Couldn't open awning due to low hanging branches. Requested branches to be trimmed. No response. Trimmed myself. Irrigation came on three nights consecutively at 9:45pm eliminating use of outdoor patio and extinguishing fire. Management was notified after 2nd time. No care.

They advertise WiFi but it doesn't work. Couldn't pull up Peacock, Netfilx, my bank, etc and couldn't access my website or email. If it doesn't work for everyone in the park they shouldn't advertise it. I'm likey doing business when I travel so having good WiFi is important. VERY DISAPPONTED.
