We will definitely start making it a yearly trip... My boys 13&10 both had an amazing time even without the swimming pond... First time my kids ever went camping and they can't wait to go again.... The staff was absolutely amazing.. my kids def loved the pancake hours too....

Booked 2 cabins for 3 days and 2 nights for my grandson's birthday. closed early.There was not much to do with no swimming lake .My grandson got hurt on the slide and the girl working just sat there. My granddaughter got yelled at for using the water by our cabin,which we was for our use. Been coming here every year ,but never again.Was charged resort fee,but had to pay for recreation.

It was ok for the most part. I wish you guys would of had the inflatables up, since the swimming pond isn’t available. Very hot to stay without swimming.

The lake was drained, but we decided to keep our reservation because we thought there would still be enough for the kids to do. Sadly all there was to do was the waterslide, the park, and fishing. The website advertises all these activities like inflatables, a giant movie screen, and crafts, yet fail to mention that they only do these things on the weekends. The 25% off was not worth the stay.

Kids had a blast with the bikes and paddle boats and the water slide unfortunately everything cost so had to watch what we did but staff was very friendly and very helpful ..... Just feel like they could use a little more staff

Ridiculous ! Of course you waited to close the pond after the 4th!! We would of gone somewhere else but that was your plan! Didn't want to miss out on the MONEY!!! BULLSHIT! We got a text message on the morning of our second night stay (July 5th they are closing the pond permantely) hmmmmm

We still did have a great time this past weekend but things felt very different that we were disappointed in. The fireworks were not the same. The music selection was horrible. They shot one of the fireworks behind a huge tree. The workers Trevor and Shawn were horrible to our group and were very rude and ruined our kids experience. Some of the workers were great. Disappointed in the activities.

Managers and staff were very rude and overly strict on matters that were much less serious than they seemed. Also felt very targeted by management being blamed for every little thing done by any person near the age of my family and group. Wouldn't recommend going again solely based on the attitudes and actions of management and employees

This was our 5th year there for the 4th of July weekend and will be our last. I was first deceived by the picture of our cabin. Our "full size" bed was part of a bunk bed. Secondly, we were deceived with our reservation made in January. How it only pays up to 2 people even though I entered 6 people as it says on the website. That never happened before, it was deceiving and unfair. We won't return.

This KOA has the worst and rude staff i have ever encountered. Everyone acts as if you are bothering them. The bathrooms are disgusting and no ventilation in the showers. The maintenace man is a pervert and did not get the hint when he was brushed off. Then once he finally got the hint, he was very rude. I Will never ever be back, and we used to come multiple times a year.

We’ve been coming for 9 years. This year, I was highly disappointed! The first issue was that my AC in my lodge was faulty, blowing hot air. It was eventually replaced. I couldn’t use the tv for my kids. The remote didn’t work. I asked for it to be fixed, & was told they’re too busy to come out. The firework placement was terrible. The staff working are absolutly terrible at customer service. When I walked in Shaun was loudly talking on the phone in an unprofessional manner at the front desk as I was checking in. I understand he may have been frustrated with the customer on the phone, but that shouldn't happen in front of other customers. Staff in general except the teenagers acted ridiculous, like they were on a power trip

We stayed at this exact campground 10 years ago, and loved it. This stay was anything but! Our smoke detector went off at 1:30 am for no reason! We had the air on! Then the bike rental was closed because someone called in, the putt putt is super outdated and covered in tree debris, and ripped up outdoor carpet! We will not be back nor to any other KOA because we aren’t going to take that chance!

There were plenty of activities for the kids and they had a blast. I feel they need more information on the cabins on the website. I reserved a cabin and the picture I saw wasn't exactly what I got. Next time I'll call and talk to a reservation person. The picture was misleading. The cabin was much smaller.

check in was great, all employees were fantastic, everyone was so kind and accommodating. The cabin was nice, had everything we needed. (Bring your own linens). The entire KOA could have been cleaner, they do not maintain the sites very well. (yes, people shoudl clean up after themselves), but if they don't, the employees should. Could use some major updates throughout the park.

I think it's a lot to charge a visitor, 5 for car pass PLUS 10 for them. Your check out time is pretty early, u have your family there trying to get kids up packed and ready, feed them, be gone by 11. The staff wasn't very friendly. I don't need staff yelling at my grandkids for walking in the sand by the water telling them they need a parent, when I'm sitting right there at my cabin watching

WE'VE STAYED 11x's AT KOA WE'VE RENTED THE SMALLEST CABIN-RV'S-BIG DELUXE CABINS & WE'VE LOVED THEM ALL! HOSPITALITY IS THE BEST KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME. NEVER FELT WE WERE BOTHERING STAFF OR STAFF WAS GRUMPY. SMILES & FEELING WELCOMED IS WHAT WE RECIEVED. THAT'S WHAT KEEPS US & OUR EXTENDED FAMILY COMING BACK FOR 30+ YRS NOW. RAINED 90% OF OUR STAY BUT WE'LL BE BACK SOON. THANK YOU KOA!

First said 2 night min when I check in on a Sat a man came in booked a 1 night stay! Also listed as an amenities on the website and brochure is a WAGON RIDE!!!!! I called and asked when was the wagon ride they didn’t know then said NO wagon ride.Spoke with the manger about this he says it’s a special thing I said can we do a wagon ride today he laughs says NO then goes in office HORRIBLE PLAC
