Staff was young and didn't interact much with guests or were not paying attention when guests walked up to them for questions or rentals. Other than that everything was clean and our stay was pleasant.

We reserved and paid for a “pull-thru” site, and paid extra to reserve 187. When we arrived at check in, the young woman at the front desk advised us what way to take to the site. When we arrived at the site, It was almost an impossible turn due to a construction barrel covering a broken drain cover and Due to the amount of cars at the neighboring cabin our site was completely blocked off

The campground was clean and we appreciated that. However, we were overcharged and the manager refused to reimburse us for the improper charges. We were charged for people that did not even camp with us. I will NEVER go back to this KOA again!

Upon departure mentioned that the queen size bed was in terrible condition. We stayed at a KOA in Oscoda 5 years ago, so we know how the bed should have been. We were in 211, I hope that queen mattress gets change. We took the twin matteresses and put them on top of the queen and that helped somewhat.

Overall had a good stay!! Everything is so over priced this year tho!. I had no tv in my room. Had a few very rude employees an then had some that went over the top! I loved the location of our cabins An had good neighbors

Have 2 grandkids. There's something for everyone to do. The announcements over the pa need to be louder, as you can't hear or understand them. Had a nice time.

They have a lot of activities for families but the whole place is run down. There’s nothing but dirt around the campsites and even the cabins. It was okay for overnight but wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry.

Booked a pull through, was assigned to a back in, but was told it would work as a pull through, so it counted as a pull through. The back in sites were on dirt/ grass and pull through sites are on gravel. I did NOT get the site I paid for. The campsites are tight and very poorly maintained. We will not be coming back. I have heard other campers complain about this KOA since we stayed there.

GREAT stay. Very family friendly. Alot for the kids to do. Free pancakes in the morning was a great surprise. Workers were friendly and the shop had anything you needed if you forgot something. Stayed in a cabin, very nice. The lake was nice and clean.Good sand and some grills at the tables. Several pergolas for shade, nice touch.Everyonee agrees in the family, we're coming back every year.

The cabins were nice , I liked the kids activities. What I didn’t like all the people with dogs not cleaning up after them and swimming in the lake with people.

My reservation said I get a cabin with a tub, I didn't. It also said a patio with a bathroom, I didn't. The shower wasn't working and we had to wait to have it fixed. The park is very run down and not well kept!! I won't be back or recommend anyone else to go there!!!

We stayed at one of the newer, full hook-up sites! Our water smelled to the point that our entire camper smelled like sewage! When we went to the office we were told that there was odor to the water. I was disappointed that no-one came to our campsite to address the problem. While I understand the cutting down of so many trees, our camper struggled to stay cool as it was parked in full sun!

Charged me for 2 nights I didn’t even stay there and wouldn’t let me cancel the nights. 30 years of coming to this KOA and they wouldn’t work with me. Last time I will be coming back!

Our stay was as great as all other times we have stayed, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Just a side note my cabin and my sons cabin it seems that the floors were not mopped, but could be an oversight.

Upon arrival neighbors car and several items of their clothing was in the middle of our very narrow, small site. We had to wait until they were found and we could pull in. Apparently there was no preparing our site prior to our arrival. Our picnic table was on their site close to their trailer and their canopy was half into our site. We almost pulled out of there and boondocked at a nearby Cabelas

This place isn’t far from our home, but has soo many activities for the kids, it’s perfect! We never left the campground and had a blast. The activities and amenities keep you guys! Definitely would recommend! We will be back!

Really nice amenities and fun activities for our kids to do. Although, the water slide was filthy and needed to be cleaned, and a few things could use some updating. All in all, great trip.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The campground was clean and the amenities were nice. However, when my wife and I were in the camp store, we overheard an employee (manager?) tell the staff that a customer was, according to policy, entitled to a free nights stay because of an issue. The employee instead didn't charge the customer for her pet. We stopped shopping immediately.

A good family park, lot of stuff for kids & the kids loved it. Camp full on the weekend and noisy, so not good if you are looking for quiet. 30 ft camper barely fit on the site but we had no place to safely park the truck. Site flat. Park is very close busy US23 so you had noise from it. Convenient for Detroit area and Toledo museums. Facilities fairly clean. Park roads very bumpy, needs scraped.

We had a wonderful time. We will come back. Only complaint is that our three campsites were on dirt. No grass. Next time we will pick grassy sites.

It was good, I feel like it could be better if it was cleaner. Playing golf there were leaves all on the green the bathrooms/ showers were not as clean as it could be.

Fishing was fun, the slide was great and the swimming hole was clean. The bathrooms were kept clean and the workers were helpful.

We camped from Friday night until Saturday afternoon. The campsite was clean and nicely sized. All staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Everything was great except out site was so small. We were within 3 ft of 2 campers as one was pulled in sideways and the other was right behind us. Then the site across from us was a pull thru lot and was facing us so we had zero room and privacy. Also the grass was long. Other than that all workers were great especially the two ladies at the tye dye station

Monroe County was a wonderful park for a fun-filled stay! There was a large swimming lake with a water slide ride and a fishing lake, with boat rentals available. The sites were well marked and the electric poles were lit - a wonderful addition! I definitely would stay here again.

Didn’t live up to the KOA quality that I expect. The girl at the entrance was bored, couldn’t answer questions, young guys were spraying chemicals around campground without protection, garbage everywhere. Big pot holes that bounced my rig around on muddy dirt roads. Felt like a fairground, with run down equipment, kids running wild, people playing movies on big screens, loitering guys wanderi

Electric and water went out due to storm and campground had no contingency plan. No generators. We were unable to use our medical equipment which needed electric and campground doeant allow us to have generators.

Had fun but my favorite part of the trip was the fishing. I caught so many 3-6 pound catfish. It was an awesome experience

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
