No hot showers in the back and everything is dirty. I understand it's a big weekend but I expect big things from KOA. For the amount of money it costs to camp upgrades should be made asap. I love this place during Halloween but it gets gross and this needs to be addressed thank you

I rated highly because this was not my first trip however I was less than impressed with our stay this time The details for our cabin listed a cooktop and refrigerator NOT mini fridge we did not have a cooktop we had to go buy one, and there was a mini fridge I would appreciate someone reaching out to me directly so I can explain the other things that were a problem there isn't enough space here.

The bathrooms need better water pressure in the toilets. Every time I went in, several of the toilets were backed up. Halloween activities were great! Thank you!

Firewood is a total rip off. 4 pieces for the price and it’s cotton wood and doesn’t even light easily. Regulars know not to buy it there. The playground could use some new toys. Our cabin had a window that was broken and rotted. It was just boarded over and you could feel the wind and see the draft coming in constantly. The bathroom by our cabin was just okay. Could use more showers.

We come multiple times a year and of course we always come for Halloween camping. There are some things that I think could be adjusted and I know you guys are always evolving with your schedule and procedures. The costume contest does need to have the ability to have each individual person, kind of parade themselves individually and not just line up so that everyone can better see them

Charged my friend $10 just to drive to our site and drop her daughter off, then leave. Extremely dusty.

Liked it better when Halloween activities were at different times. Not at the end of the day. Nothing for the gest to do untill 6:00 pm during the day kept everyone busy all day. Roads need to be restored. Way to dirty for a resort koa.

Staff was very friendly. The only reason for my rating is due to the price. It becomes very pricy having to pay per night for: per car, per adult, per child, per pet.

Something has changed there!! The weekend was not as nice as years past. Many of the usual Halloween campers were missing. In the years past there was many unique sites where people had set up site as a maze or a large Halloween theme. We are no longer allowed to do an early drop off of our campers, even if the site is not booked on drop off day. now we must pay to leave it there a day early

The man behind the counter was arrogant, dismissive and refused to listen. We, along with others, will not be back!

NEW management was UN friendly, rude, spoke down to us, was truly NON caring if you ever came back or not to this camp ground. We have been camping there for 12 years for the Halloween weekend with 10 campsites, and another 10 years in the summer for a family reunion with 7 campsites. Always feeling welcomed, staff and management were always helpful, friendly, and you felt like family. Miss them

New management needs to be replaced...miss the previous staff.. What happened here....no one cares if you stay or never come back here again. KOA needs to reevaluate this new manager!!!! I thought camping was suppose to be getting together with family and friends. Seems like they want to break up your group. The roads are so dusty, they need to oil them. Staff driving too fast, dirt everywhere!!

I liked how they scheduled the Halloween events, etc before. The times were weird, and they no longer do the activities kids look forward to.

I was pleased to see some upgrades in the cabin that we’ve stayed in over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, as we used the cabin, we quickly realized that one of the upgrades are not family friendly. The changes to the programming for the Halloween weekend were also unfortunate.

We had a wonderful Halloween weekend with our friends and family, as always. We have been following this tradition for over a decade. However, they have chosen to discontinue the option of pre booking their large groups, which could easily separate our group. Unfortunately, this likely means we will be going elsewhere moving forward.

We enjoyed the campground and loved all of the Halloween events! We did not, however, love that we had an item stolen from our site. It’s disappointing that at a family campground we have to worry about our site being unsafe.

Need updated toilets in bathrooms. Not enough water and pressure to properly flush. Most were clogged anytime going in to use them.

Very dusty ( recommend oil the dirt roads to keep dust down). And my visitors that came for Halloween where all charged a different fee for entrance some 5.00 some 10.00 and some 12.00. I have camped here for years and have never been disappointed. After this visit very disappointed.

We stayed this past weekend. We missed the hayrides and a few other activities that we have had in the past . Also alot if adults feel that they need to bring back the adult costume category in there halloween contests. Some activities fir the kids are not there as well but over all very clean staff was great ! Would recommend the koa but please bring back the old way of Halloween weekends. R nich

We have stayed here the last couple of years during halloweekends. They do such a wonderful job! Plenty of activities for the kiddos to enjoy. We are already looking forward to next year! Thank you Monroe KOA!

Check in was horrible. Person was totally incompetent who checked us in. Gave us site that was too small & no 30 amp when it was suppose to be. Was to be 30 amp electric only. Charge was 33.00 then wanted another 36.00 for electric only site 2 down from it. Charged us for another KOA membership instead of renewing one we had. Took numerous calls to KOA and campground to straighten out. GM handled.

We love you guys!!!! Staff is wonderful and thoughtful. We stay several times a year and never want to camp anywhere else.

Service was great, staff is friendly. Here's the thing: The sites are way, way too small. (I was on site 43). You can barely open your slides or have a campfire. Our campfire ring was where our truck should be parked. Also they need to do something about the dust. It was terrible whenever the wind blew. My eyes are still red from it. My suggestion would be to oil the roads down.

Our stay was MOSTLY enjoyable. Although at night I believed there was a curfew of some sort, but at the back of the camp ground where we were people were extremely loud and obviously intoxicated until 1 and 2 in the morning both nights of our stay. I understand it's going to happen. But when you have kids for a Halloween weekend. It's makes it's a little unenjoyable

Had fun but my favorite part of the trip was the fishing. I caught so many 3-6 pound catfish. It was an awesome experience

I love this place. They always have activities going on and always something to do! Saturday glow dance party is our favorite thing to do!!
