Sites are close, but good for overnight or a longer stay. Manager/Owner was very friendly and helpfull. Guided us to our spot and made sure we had no questions or issues before leaving. Wifi is very good..We would stay at this RV park again. We stayed in a 42 ft fifthwheel.

Just stayed on our way to Mount Rushmore and on our way back from Rushmore for 1 night each way but it was a very nice KOA

Campground was well taken care of; bath and laundry facilities were excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of room to walk around.

Friendly, helpful staff at check-in... well managed & maintained. Only an overnight stay, so didn't use any amenities - but will plan to stay there again when passing through!!!

Fantastic place! My wife and I are not big KOA campers but we rolled in just for an overnight stay. I had accidentally booked my reservation a day later than we arrived but Mark & team were awesome with making accommodations for us. Great hosts, friendly neighbors, shaded & super clean!!

Enjoyed the visit to Corn Palace. This was an easy convenient stop off. It’s about 3 miles out of town and about 1 mile off the interstate.

Was a very clean well maintained beautiful campground. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The bathhouse was the cleanest I have seen.

Very nice, clean campground run very well by a family team that obviously cares. This should be a 2-night rest stop for cross country travelers. Very close to everything you could need in Michell. Saw hi to Mark the owner when you check in.

This is a well kept campground. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. They made sure we were bailout with our site and didn't need anything else. The campground is convenient to Mitchell and all the town has to offer. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Ultra friendly staff. EZ off EZ on to I-90. I like this KOA and would stay again in a heartbeat. Check out the storm shelters. Would guess they are the strongest I've seen.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Mitchell KOA while traveling cross country and probably won’t be the last. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for the pool for the kids while traveling and they hadn’t updated their website to show they no longer had a pool. Sites are extremely small and cramped. Bathroom is clean but overall expensive for what you get compared to other KOAs.

Nothing makes you feel comfortable quite as much as a very friendly, caring staff that will help you with just about anything. It was raining when we pulled up to the office but a wonderful lady came out of the building with an umbrella just to make sure we didn’t get soaked when checking in! If that’s not first class service then I don’t know what is and that’s just one example! wonderful

Friendliest campground we have stayed in since our trip began in Florida. We only stay in KOA so this one was the BEST!! Love the storm shelters and glad we didnt need one! Clean, professional. I would rate more than 5 stars if we could.

Mark & Steffany were once again AWESOME. Been staying there for 5 seasons for pheasant hunting and every year is better. Mark has made a LOT of improvements in just one year. Cabins have upgraded power. Just great people running a great KOA. Will be back again next year.

Lovely campground that is immaculately maintained by the nicest hosts ever. Intended to stay one night but came back two other nights. Big thanks to Stephanie and her husband for staying open an extra week! P.S. nicest bathrooms you will ever find at a campground.
