Nice, large campsites away from the freeway noise. Ownership directly involved. Mature shade trees. Clean, modern, restrooms. Interesting and unique gift store; well stocked. Could benefit by selling citronella candles for fly control; lots of flies in area. Super, clean campground! K9 park needs improvement; separate entry gates to dog enclosure. Also need to place dog bags inside enclosure.

We only stayed two nights and during the day we went sightseeing. I was very quiet at night so we slept well. Very well maintained facility and friendly, helpful folks.

Well maintained. Plenty of areas for walking the pups. Very friendly staff - and a great assortment of local wines!! I bought a bottle for the evening I was there and selected three more to take home!

We have stayed at this location many times and have never been disappointed. Our visit was short, everything was in order. Lots of noticeable improvements. It continues to impress us each time. We always tell our friends that the Mitchell KOA is worth including on their itinerary.

Just a one night travel stop for us. Escorted to our site is always a welcome. Grass at site needs attention. Overall we were comfortable and pleased.

Great people and service and nice campground - sewers need to be relocated closer to RV when towing - took 4 extensions - otherwise everything was great.

The staff and owners were amazing and the updates to the facility were great. Everything was very clean and there was plenty to do for younger kids as well as teenagers. We will definitely stay here again.

The owners are a really nice couple who seem to put a lot into maintaining the grounds and buildings.This is the only campsite that thought enough to invest in storm shelters for their guests.The campgrounds are quiet and only a mile or so to I90 so there’s no truck noise.

Owners were very attentive. I needed an extra length of sewer hose,the owners were more than happy to let me borrow a section. Great selection of beer at the store.

Stephanie and Mark did a great job to make our stay enjoyable. Mark was very interested in making sure our starlink connected without obstruction. The campground is improving every day with the work they put into it. The store was stocked well with items campers need and items to remember the area by.

The staff was friendly the restrooms are spotless +fancy they keep the grounds spotless and have a very well stocked camp store a new playground which was under construction the days we were there it's minutes to shopping the corn Palace and downtown dining the only thing I wish they still had a pool they have some outdoor games, laundry,propane and Mini golf was a good week camping here

One night on the overflow grass portion. Water connection was on the wrong side of our rig. Nice park from what we saw. Friendly staff. The only down side would be paying $60.00 for a site that was meant for tents maybe, and on the side everyone took their dogs to do their business. Can't honestly recommend it for only an overnight.

There was one staff member that was particularly rude to both me and my kids. She made the stay less than pleasant. Also no pool for the kids is a downside. We thought it had a pool when we booked.

Super well run! Nice clean bathrooms and laundry area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great dog area. The camping areas were not on top of each other and flat. The best journey we have ever been to!

Nice campground, everything I would expect from a KOA. The staff was super and the site was OK. Check-in was without issue. Very close to Mitchell. Please be ready with fly abatement. We sat out around 5PM and 2 flies became 30 in about 5 minutes. Again, great park. FYI, if you want to avoid afternoon sun, stay on the low number side.

Mark & Steffany were once again AWESOME. Been staying there for 5 seasons for pheasant hunting and every year is better. Mark has made a LOT of improvements in just one year. Cabins have upgraded power. Just great people running a great KOA. Will be back again next year.

Lovely campground that is immaculately maintained by the nicest hosts ever. Intended to stay one night but came back two other nights. Big thanks to Stephanie and her husband for staying open an extra week! P.S. nicest bathrooms you will ever find at a campground.
