The owners took time to talk with us. Very down to earth and genuinely wanted to make our stay enjoyable. Clean grounds, Lots of shade, and the restroom is out of this world - rainfall showers, colorful ceramic sinks full length mirror, and So CLEAN! Perfect after driving all day. There was a short walking path to stretch, part in full sunshine, and part with pretty shady trees plus Free mini golf

We stayed while the area was under a tornado watch. It poured rain all night, thankfully, no tornado. Great people, nice facilities. Good Job!

Nice clean campground. Great for our big rig. Friendly staff. Only downside was placement of fire pits. Too close to our vehicle. People next to us had to ask us to move our vehicle. We had to pull forward more in sight due to large tree that would hit our slides.

We’ve stayed here for several years going to and from Yellowstone. Love it! Spacious spots, mature trees and the camp host are wonderful.

It was a WONDERFUL stay. Mark and Steph and family were the best hosts we have ever had taking care of us. The grounds were beautiful and super clean--everything was so sufficiently run. We definatley will return again.---Sharon and Neil

The owner and all that worked for/with him were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The park is full of mature trees and nice spots. They have redone the bathroom/showers and they were exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Our first KOA experience and couldn’t have been more pleased. Nice people. Cool bathrooms. Mini golf. Great place for your mid-South Dakota stopover or Corn Palace trip!

Showers and bathrooms were clean as a whistle and they have added cute decor. Super friendly staff! Helpful and try to please whatever you need! Easy check in. Lots of large, mature trees for shade. Off the highway so it's quiet. Nice, level gravel sites. I would stay here again in a second. Only a couple of miles to town with lots of stores, Walmart, Cabelas, lots of restaurants too.

I was so impressed by this KOA! The father/daughter(s)? staff were fantastic! Very welcoming and professional. Store is beautiful and actually had stuff I wanted/needed! Camp was VERY well maintained! Easily the nicest KOA I've stayed at. The bathrooms and showers didn't feel gross and dark. They were updated very well maintained. Grass was nice and tent spots were shaded. Thanks!

Excellent all around. Grounds have great appearance and functionality. Employees/management make it a point to assure comfort and services meet customer expectations. They personally escort your to your site which is great. Always asking if our needs are being met. Overall, very comfortable camp and should be a benchmark for other RV campgrounds to follow.

Great experience. We were given an end spot with a shaded 2nd picnic table. Very responsive staff. Will stay again if our travels take us that way.

Mark and Steffany were wonderful hosts! I have stayed a quite a few KOAs but this was by far the best KOA campground! The bathrooms were spectacular especially the decorative sinks! The grounds and roads were in excellent condition and in just looking at the facility you knew things were well maintained. I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan to be back next year as we travel SD.

My wife and I stay here each time we come through Mitchell, SD., it is always a clean campground and the people here are very pleasant and accommodating to see to it that your stay is a special one and that is why we keep returning. They even sell Alaskan Amber Beer here, how much better can things get.

We were less than an hour away and called with a long rig. They were very accommodating. It is a great place to stay, easy access from the freeway and plenty of room to maneuver. The staff was friendly, nice bathrooms and showers, and a great store. There were great shade trees over campground and the sites had great grass throughout. Very well maintained. Thanks for the visit.

We just needed a place to stay on our journey out west. Close to I90 and hosts were there to show us where our site was and get it parked just right. Clean restrooms and showers. If I were ever in the area again would stay there

Everything was excellent! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Restrooms/ showers were great. Laundry was clean. Nice week-stocked gift shop.

Mark & Steffany were once again AWESOME. Been staying there for 5 seasons for pheasant hunting and every year is better. Mark has made a LOT of improvements in just one year. Cabins have upgraded power. Just great people running a great KOA. Will be back again next year.

Lovely campground that is immaculately maintained by the nicest hosts ever. Intended to stay one night but came back two other nights. Big thanks to Stephanie and her husband for staying open an extra week! P.S. nicest bathrooms you will ever find at a campground.
