Big Bear Deluxe Cabin (w/Bathroom and Linens Provided) Comfort and camping what more could you ask for. This cabin is perfect for the entire family and friends. Like to camp but don't want to bring all the gear, this cabin is for you. All the comfort of a hotel and you get the KOA camping experience. Sleeps up to 6 (1 Queen bed in its own room, 1 single bunk bed set and a sofa sleeper). Close to amenities. No Pets/No Smoking. A vehicle is required to stay in our cabins. Room for 1 vehicle only. No Tow vehicles at cabins. No tents at cabin sites. No EV charging. Deluxe Cabin Accommodations: 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify Missoula KOA one week before your scheduled arrival. 7 day maximum stay policy for cabin rentals. This cabin is available year round. NOTE: CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. NO DEBIT CARDS ALLOWED. This means if you used a card that says debit on it to make your reservation, at check in we will require you to pay with a credit card. We will refund your debit card and process your credit card for the payment. We can only accept credit card for deluxe cabin payments. We can only accept a credit card from the person who is named on the reservation. NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS. * Please bring your Picture ID with you when you arrive, we require it at registration. Note: At the time of registration for our Deluxe Cabins a Damage Fee of $150.00 will be charged as well as any charges not covered by the initial deposit. The damage fee will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good order, within 3 days of your departure. Winter months our office will be closed Sunday's & Monday's so advance arrangements will need to be made for all reservations.
