Management was the best. Felt close to the city and all activities yet safe and welcome. We had extra requests due to our plans and they were met with such a (how can we help attitude) which helped make our vacation perfect. Thank you so much.

Too expensive for what was offered. We stayed because it was getting late in the day and we needed to get off the road. This was not our destination. No water and the place was all but shutdown but still cost us full price $72. Highway and commercial truck noise including backup alarms makes for a restless night and early morning. Jim was very pleasant and helped us find the best lot available.

Was disappointed to come knowing our site was part of some glitch and we could not be in the site we have been for years. We were able to get it for next year however now have to pay $8 to get our site? Now halloween camping weekend is considered a holiday weekend so we were also told we had to pay the full amount not half like the last few years. Really disappointed. Place seems to be going down

Clean & festively decorated for Halloween with many fun weekend events scheduled. The staff is top notch friendly & helpful! Really appreciate the many dog poop station’s strategically located roadside throughout the campground.

After overhearing that we wanted to do laundry, one of the staff offered us an upgraded lot with a sewer connection. It worked out great!

I made a reservation months ago to have a deluxe cabin and RV site right next to each other. When it came time to check in I found that I had been moved to another site. I was told if I really wanted that site I needed to pay an additional $8 to lock it in. First, I don't think I was told that at reservation time. Second, with the high cost of a deluxe cabin, the lock-in should have been included!

This is our go to spot in Minneapolis area. They’re really working on improvements to the park and the staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. Stayed here twice this year and will definitely be back next year.

We had a wedding to attend. But after the wedding we were able to enjoy a campfire�� and enjoyed our stay very much. Think the price of your firewood was a little high.

John/Sharon only friendly staff.fails in safety measures. Electricity caused ac to burn out..no warning regarding poor elect.wiring. rates changed at check in..deposit for space kept until site inspected on departure. Appreciate spray for bugs

We have stayed many years there and have noticed customer service as really gone down hill. I talked with several people while there and they commented the same. This year really seemed to be the worst. We usually come every year for the renfest and stay at the Koa. Our group is now looking at alternate places to stay.

The camp hosts were friendly & helpful. Honestly, this should be a Journey not a Holiday - it is getting a old/tired & is not good enough or close enough to Minneapolis to justify city rates that are being charged. We stayed at CG before & after this one that were 1/3 the cost & offered huge sites. The dust from the roads is terrible & noise from adjacent businesses is unpleasant at 4am.

I have to say this is my first stay at a KOA and was a little thrown by a few poor things and a few good things: Pros: - Friendly Staff - Very indoor pool. - Lots of trees - Very dog friendly Cons: - SO VERY CRAMPED.....all the campsites are right on top of each other.....literally. - Needs a makeover. - For the amount I paid I would expect full hookups, not water and electric - So cr

The koa has a terrible dust problem especially if you are in the premier sites. Also a cement truck and landscaping business adds noise and dust in the early hours.The restrooms need an upgrade and a good scrubbing.

Have been to this KOA campground several times—it is a good base camp for visiting family in the area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sites are clean. Pull-thru sites with patios are spaced well. Other pull-thru sites are too close together,we avoid them when possible.

Very clean, well-maintained campground, hayride was a nice treat. Employees were very friendly as well. We have never stayed at a KOA campground before. I did think it was a bit spendy considering there was no water (other than the pool) no lake, no river to enjoy, especially in Minnesota. Most campgrounds in MN charge way less than this KOA.

Bees everywhere. I got stung on the face. Campsites super small. Absolutely blinding Street light at night that lite up the ENTIRE CAMPSITE. Number 26 $2 for a single can of pop. Pool area with no real ventilation. Been camping for over 20 years. Worse campsite I have been too

Arrived @ 9am & the lady at check-in not friendly or helpful. Spots empty all over and were told we couldn't check in yet or pay $25 early check in fee. I asked if we could leave the camper in the spot and not hook up so we didn't have to pull it with us to the fair. She said they didn't have room. But if we pay, they did. Put in next to fence. Spot very small & construction company across fence.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
