Gravel and dirt sites, bathrooms in need of repair, charges a fee to guest visitors, customer service is hit or miss depending on who is in the office. Conveniently located on I-169 in Jordan but sits behind a concrete company and a landscaping company that makes lots of noise first thing in the morning. Not my favorite site but would stay again.

We requested a longer site to accommodate our travel trailer and truck, and could not fit both on the end site of a row that we were given. Also, someone with a very loud vehicle decided to go somewhere at 3 am and were right next to our camper since we were at the end on the main road. We lost an hour of sleep due to the noise. There were much nicer and larger spots open when we came.

We arrived late at night after informing them at the time of reservation we would be arriving late. Woke up to a call from the front office complaining about “ruckus” after quiet hours. Camper was left connected and not leveled when we arrived to minimize noise. It took us about 5 minutes to park and connect water and power. Campground is not setup well for larger campers. The campground is nice enough with an indoor pool. We had a very narrow and long site and our hookups were literally right outside our neighbors door which made me put the camper all the way to front edge of the site meaning I had to park in the rear which was at the end of a road and to get out had to back up past 7 sites.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating through the duration of our stay. The park is clean and well maintained. The new additions for kid playgrounds will be great once completed. Busy park with people coming and going daily. Tree Branches need to be trimmed for campers to traverse the camp and spots easily and flies are still an issue. See you next summer!

We had a very nice site with 2 patio areas, we really like the shade and the close proximity to the large dog walk area. Great service in the shop, we needed propane while we were there. Great location for us close to family.

Old KOA but with clean restrooms and an indoor pool. Suitable for Camping but not so much for Rving or Glamping. Not Big Rig friendly & not ADA Compliant. Park is adjacent to concrete plant, landscape supply company & other industrial sites -- noisy in the a.m. Park roadways and sites are all unpaved – gravel/dusty & soupy spots after a rain. It was okay. The park was quite large. The kids enjoyed the play structure, it seems there were two others under construction because of the flagging tape around the parts. The indoor pool was a nice touch. The bathrooms and showers smelled musty and the showers in the Women’s washroom were not very accessible. Some of the campground needs updating…we played mini golf and the lack of care and maintenance was apparent. A table or two around the pool would also have been a plus…

We enjoyed the convenience of this campground. Friendly staff, indoor pool, 24 hour laundry. Site 70 sewer is at the very back of the site which forced us to be parked as far back on the site as possible. Would stay again. Thanks

Beautiful park with easy access to the places we wanted to go to. The staff here are excellent, friendly and informative, I would like to call out one such women, Jill is kind and patient and also very helpful. She never showed any frustration at all my question. As an aside This KOA is staffed with very kind. competent people. Thank you all!

Convenient place to stay while visiting family in the Twin Cities. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was great - liked being guided to our site, which was a treed pull through one. Our 45' motorhome filled it all but we were able to park our tow vehicle at the office. Fire pit and picnic table was appreciated.

In the high summer season, you should have ALL the washers and dryers repaired and operational, in light of the daily fee. It is really inexcusable to have broken washers and dryers.

Would have been nice if someone told us that the spot we rented out that the electrical box was worked on the day before . As we plugged into it and a few hours later the electrical box was smoking - could have cause a lot of issue for all .

Everything was nice the 4 star rating is because the sites are close together. The pool is nice and big and the activities are nice and the dog play area is nice.

We really enjoyed our camping experience with the Koa it's self from the grounds, the staff and the activities for the kids we were very pleased with everything. The only thing we were not happy with was other people walking thru our campsite different hours of the day and night which lead to our dogs barking and waking up our sleeping babying and shining flash lights in our camper windows at nigh

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
