Didn't get the spot we booked and were told we would get .yes was looking forward to the lovely pine in my back window. Instead we were told that we never save or tell people we save certain spots.i guess I must make this up?Told them I was not happy!

The helpers on the Golf Carts were much appreciated. The 2 ladies in the office (at ck-in) were very unprofessional. I was not greeted with a smile or a "Welcome to KOA" or anything close to that. They straight away asked "What do you need?" I politely told them I would like to ck-in. At that point, they began chastising me about all of the reasons why I could be in the main office! WOW!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAMPGROUND!!!!! Rude/nosey staff. Was promised a full hookup, on my 2nd day they moved me to a full hookup that was closest to the office with absolutely no privacy. Once we set up our sewer connection all the stinky gases backed up into our camper and stunk us out. The staff said it was our black tank and our camper is a month old 2021. We left early without a refund.

Very nice kamp ground, friendly staff, very helpful!!! Clean all the way around!!!! The only negative, the mini golf course needs a lot of TLC!!! Rough shape!!!! Location wise, hard to get in and out pulling RV and dealing with major two lane highway!!

Minneapolis Southwest KOA never disappoints! We were able to upgrade our spot which was great!! As always the campground was clean, orderly, and overall very nice. The Minneapolis KOA is always a good place to stay. We love staying here as it's located near family, Minnesota's Largest Candy Store, and it's an easy drive into the Twin Cities as well!

We had called several months early to schedule a family reunion we specifically had three sites picked out to keep our family together we had small kids and disabled family when we called a day in advance to make sure we had the site we showed up and they had us in three different locations in the campground Not a very happy weekend since we cannot be together

Need larger campsites. Site #90 super tiny 6’x18’ can’t even play bags or set much up. Park needs an overhaul as plastic is cracking and becoming unsafe. Pool is large and comfortable. Need to Have more activities

Nice and quiet. Great staff. Only downers, the water stinks of sulfur, I would call unuseable, and little or no TV signals. The latter was kind of nice.

Great staff. They were all very helpful with every need we had. Our grandchildren visited us a couple times during our stay and there were many activities to keep them entertained.

The very friendly staff are great and the camp sites were easy to navigate through the store was well stocked and the showers and restrooms were clean I did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would recommend this place to anyone with or without kids. It’s close to area attractions too like Valley Fair and the largest candy store in MN.

This is a beautiful and well maintained KOA. Kamp K9 was well maintained with a good fence and was very clean. Plenty of doggie clean up stations. The staff was always around keeping things great. They even corrected a dog off leash problem. Everyone was very friendly! We will be back!

Everything was good. Wider spaces would have been an improvement. The fire rim is uncomfortably close to your neighborhood for fires.

The campground was nice enough but campers were packed in tight. Took a shower at 3:30 in the afternoon at the shower house and had less than 1 min of hot water. Not a bad stay, but for $75 a night I expected a lot more from a KOA. The people working outside were very nice.

We visit every year and will always stay here! Had trouble with our A/C in the RV and the office and maintenance team were super helpful in helping us solve the issue. Thank you!

Great staff. The grounds are just ok though. Actual RV spots are perfect. The playground needs some work and the pool was pretty cold.

They do have electrical issue at this park. Its an older park and they haven't upgraded the electrical system they patch and repair. It is a nice canpground other than that

Nice quiet and clean campground. We unfortunately had to leave early but enjoyed the few days we had here and the surrounding area. We were towards the back of the campground (#98) and I can imagine the road noise would be a bit loud further to the front. Restrooms were kept very clean.

Would be nice if the pool was open a bit later and would open earlier in the AM. Could benefit from having pizza available to order or even ice cream cones. Spots are a bit close together. Firewood delivery was nice.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The park was clean. I was disappointed that for a Holiday KOA there was no cable TV available. Turning on or off the highway to the park can be a long wait. The traffic can be relentless.

Wonderful stay but disappointed in the size of the rental space. Couldn’t use awning as it would be over the fire pit. Too small of spaces.

People are very friendly and helpful. It's great how they have helpers going around providing firewood and what ever you need that they can help you with. We have stayed here many times in the past and will definitely be back!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The staff were awesome, the owners were awesome. I had a few issues with my rv and they all helped to resolve it and did it with care and concern. I would definitely recommend this place. The grounds and out buildings were kept clean.

Beautiful premium sites! Great patios. Excellent staff. Only downside is the highway noise and there was construction happening next to the campsite.

Shady property nicely laid out Large trees. Cute carpet golf but it closes too early. Clean well maintained property. This is a good place to stay.

Our stay was a short 2 night stay, and we didn't really use the campground other then parking a 5th wheel and spending the night. We like this KOA since it is close to our family in the area. We had a great site with all the needed amenities just wished we had more time to enjoy.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
