The office help needs more training with compassion. A lady office help showed no compsinn for me and my wife and she was short with us with answers about vacancy. She was unnecessarily short with us.

My family looks forward to the trick or treating weekend every year. Clean facilities, friendly staff, awesome indoor pool. We will be back again next year!

This is our 5th year visiting this KOA and we love it there. Staff is fabulous and truly care about their campers. Facilities are very well maintain and impeccably clean. Kiddo friendly facility with a lot of things to keep them happy. It is conveniently located close to metro area to enjoy what the Twin Cities have to offer yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility of rural area.

We had a very nice time. There was a lot of activities for the kids and family. I didn’t love our site. I know KOA’s don’t have huge sites but I felt like ours was tiny. We had mostly gravel in our site. Our dogs didn’t like walking on it even with an outdoor rug. Also the area for the picnic table was uneven and tipped to one side. We were in site 14. The campground was clean and refreshing to walk around; the hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Sharon especially helped us get out of a jam when we thought we might not have a place to stay. If ever we would be back in the Minneapolis area, we would definitely stay here again.

We came in on a Sunday Evening and the staff was very helpful and directed us to our site. The bathrooms were very clean and the pool was awesome. We had a great stay.

It was a very nice and clean place. Some confusion about having a tent on the same site with a camper. We were told you couldn’t do that but a few people had tents and campers on the same site.

An excellently run KOA. Despite a change in plans and a late arrival everything went perfectly. The staff was very helpful in giving me local information that I needed. Facilities were clean, well maintained and well run. Will be going back there next year. As far as I am concerned a perfect "10".

I hadn't been to this KOA for almost 20 years. Not one thing has changed (it seems). The staff were attentive and took good care of us. The only thing we were not satisfied with was the odor in the store, bathroom and shower area. It was aweful.

Staff is very friendly and the facilities were very clean. Sites were smallish which is pretty typical for a KOA. The 'patio' we had was very small and much too close to the fire ring - so close that it was a trip hazard close to the fire ring and the patio timbers actually ignited because they were so close to the firering.

Campground was small and packed together. Our site barely had room for our 23' camper, had to park our truck almost in the street. Streetlight right above our fire pit (site 26) made it difficult to enjoy the evening, might as well have been in the city. Need to install a light-blocker. Other than that, it was quiet, decently clean, and friendly staff. But we won't be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several of our favorite destinations. There is a little highway noise and activity from the adjacent businesses, but a lovely screen of trees to help soften that.

Our power outlet was bad. We had to lean the box over in order for it to light up our plug in. We reported it and they didnt do anything about it. We ended up going and buying a $400 surge protector to protect our camper. Very disappointing. You would think they could have moved us or something.

We were scheduled for different sites on Friday and Saturday. They did a good job of putting us on one site for both nights. Didn't have to set up twice. Very helpfull guiding us into our back in site at night.

Heavy and fast traffic to get in and out of campground. Concrete batch plant on one side with many heavy trucks coming and going and earring the morning. Landscaping business on the other side with more heavy trucks moving materials and again early in the am. One bathroom always smells sewage regardless of time of day. Fun quick trip. We really enjoyed the pool, playground and store. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dog park was closed (might have something to do with a recent storm). Spaces are very close together and this is obviously in a more urban area with businesses on all sides. Our space was right next to the office and had bright lights shining on it all night and lots of traffic.

Overzealous golf cart employees, borderline rude…. I’ve never been dressed down this many times at a campsite, it’s day two and I’ve had a different old white guy on a golf cart rush up and get in my face for some rather minor things. I’m 62 years old and served 34 years in the military, you need to address me properly and keep your petty BS to yourself.

We have been staying at a lot of KOAs. This one is the smallest of them all. Sites are very close to one another. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. Kids 14 and younger cannot be there without adult. VERY clean shower and laundry room. $1.75 for 26 mn wash or 60 mn driver. They received packages for me and called me right away. A little too noisy for me

It’s a decent KOA. Been there a few times but this time was notably bad. Dog park was closed (outside their control), when I went to complain about the rowdy partying neighbors that were up way past quiet time and kept my family from sleeping… I was told I was lying because they didn’t notice any partying. Telling a paying customer they are lying is a sure way to lose their business.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
