The people and grounds are very well taking care of and they where very helpful.. only reason I give it a 4 is because the site was so close to the ones next to me was a tite fit. Maybe they have others that are a bit more roomy..

Stay for the most part was good. Was a little displeased that it wasn't known that they were not honoring the free day stay. Now that I know this I will book my free stay weekends elsewhere.

None of the paper towel dispensers worked in the women’s restroom. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Been coming here for 9 years twice a year. Never felt so unwelcome. More worries about where we parked then if we were enjoying our stay.

Our stay was good minus the water main break where all water had to get shut off. No notification to campers. Found out when tried to take a shower and no water. Then was disappointed to find out that this KOA opted out of the FREE day weekend on the 9th through the 11th for customer appreciation. Had I of known they weren't honoring that free day I wouldn't have booked the weekend.

The Mn SW KOA was fantastic. We rented one of the primitive cabins for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were accommodating, clean, and beautiful.

It was good. The staff is very friendly. The only bad part for us was that our RV site was right by the garbage dumpsters, so we got invaded by tons of flies. It was hard to eat and enjoy our meals outside. Other then that we had a good time.

Very dirty streets and quite crowded. Noisy in the mornings with trucks working next door from 6 a.m. overpriced on a holiday weekend.

The Mini golf should be free we are paying enough to stay there $3 per person per time. Campground is right next to hwy 169 and a gravel pit so all you hear is banging during the week and traffic. Also, I would say if you are under the age of 45-50 find a different campground. We were told to be quiet at 8:30pm...?

Only thing we liked was the pool! Campsite is right next to a cemstone concrete compan, so trucks start at 5:30 am, don’t plan on sleeping. We had a large group of 4 families and quiet time is supposed to be 10 pm & at 8pm were told to be quiet. Costs $3 per mini golf on a cruddy mini golf course. Woman with short blonde or grey hair wasn’t the nicest of people checking in. Won’t stay here a

Lot's of water issues: Twice over the course of our 4-night stay we had water shut off. Pool indoors was nice, however would be nice to have an outdoor pool on the really hot days. We ended up going to a local beach instead. Campground was fairly well-kept. Sometimes it seemed like our group was "too loud" even during non-quiet hours. Had to pay for mini-golf, which is disappointing.

Having made the reservation early in the year, we were disappointed to find the picnic table on un level ground, and walking around it meant going on the neighbors site, (they didn't mind - but) we had wanted a site with a larger eating area. The only level spot we had was in the camper. We also missed having the guides show us to our site, making sure everything was OK..

Enjoyed friendly staff. You like the clean bathrooms and showers. The pool was nice, I did not expect an indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much..nice warm pool..clean campground well kept. Very nice staff and workers. We had a nice little spot tucked in tne trees..plenty big space! We will be back..thank you!!

First the picnic table was broken it had a brace that was hanging down could have been fixed with one bolt but was obviously engorged by staff. Second the shower you set the temp and for no reason during the shower it goes from freezing to full hot almost scalding. Then the was all but one of the staff never smiled. It is a poor excuse for a KOA holiday

Water pressure horrible, actually had no water one night at all. The host that checked us in had no idea of the area and what was to do around there.

Nice and relaxing. Close to good food and drink in Shakopee. Nice easy drive to see the twins play as well.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were accommodating and courteous. Pool was clean, showers and bathrooms were clean. Campsite was great! We definately will be back!

Enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and helpful, my site was very close to being level. Lots of room to walk my dog. Cabins on the outside needed some basic maintenance, otherwise park was in good shape and a pleasure to stay.

Ladies at front desk very nice. Should not be a Holiday dog park mud. Sites dirty and poorly maintained. Limited 50 amp service. We would not go there again

We booked a 50A patio site but got only 30/20A because someone at KOA changed the reservation. Had to move the next day because of this. The setting was nice. But roadways are tight for large motorhomes, sites are somewhat unlevel - roads and sites need updating for larger RVs. More larger 50A sites needed.

Other than being far away from the state fair it was a perfect place to stay. Lots of people staying here but still quiet. No road noise. Great hosts and amenities. If I travel back through I’ll stay again.

definitely an older KOA. could use a refresh especially the bathrooms and services building. our campsite was rutted and muddy so hard to keep clean.

It’s an older campground. We stayed in premium pull through. Very little room between neighbors. Clean and 20 minutes from Mall of America. Holiday because of the required amenities (we did not use any). Many KOA journeys are nicer (though without The same amenities)

They charge a fee for pets. It is per pet per day. They don't tell you about the fee until you get there. I could deal with the fee but they don't even have any pet amenities. Also the spots are really close together. We got a deluxe patio and the neighbors sewer connections were only a couple feet away from our patio.

Bed was horrible, so uncomfortable! Pillows, hard as a rock Toilet Paper, so thin, your fingers go though when using Cabin was clean, main items needed supplied Hot water very limited, could not get a hot shower Could rent a nice hotel room for what the daily charge was. Nice patio and outdoor furniture

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay; the staff was friendly and welcoming; the pool was really nice and after a day full of hiking we were especially thankful for the nice showers.

We arrived to find someone else in our campsite. We were then told to stay in their site which we were told was the same. It was not. We couldn't open our awning. We has trouble opening our slide out due to the electric box. Site was alot smaller. They were escorting people to their sites. Not sure how these people ended up in our site.

Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
