Great campground with mature trees and nice people. We had the a Deluxe site with upgraded table and comfy chairs. Nice fire ring and concrete patio.

Very nice campground, well maintained, sites very nice and roomy! Staff went over and above to accommodate. We stayed 7 nights! We definitely recommend this KOA!

We had another excellent stay at the Jordan KOA. The weather was fantastic. The only major bummer was no hot water all weekend long. No one could take a shower.

Great location close to the cities. Inside pool was awesome as it was a bit cool during my stay. The staff was very helpful. I saw them going the extra mile helping out several people that it was their first time camping with their campers. Sites are close together but was able to fit my trailer and tow vehicle in the pull through site.

Great place for families to have fun , Really liked the pool . Only negative was the hot water heater was getting. Replaced / fixed . For the shower house. Really enjoyed the hay rides on Saturday evening. Lots of on site camping spots . Great place . Friendly staff .

Our first time staying, our first time using our Motorhome...couldn't have been nicer. From Kathy, to Sunny, Matt, Carole and all others, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful, and personable. The guidance and recommendations given us on our maiden voyage were irreplaceable. Our only regret is we did not take advantage of all the amenities of the campground - pool, laundry, putt.

We stayed in a cabin while our group camped, lovely campsites and grounds. Playground could use an upgrade. Cabin was lovely however a musty smell became apparent after first night and did not go away with windows opened. Would be nice if pets were allowed in Deluxe cabins as well as that was a bummer. Suggestion would be to charge a pet deposit if needed for those so they are more accommodating.

The always friendly staff exceeded expectations again this year. Unfortunately no hot water for showers but otherwise the campground was in great shape.

By far my worst experience yet with KoA. The camp was not presentable and definitely not up to KoA standards. The dog park was a solid mud field. There was trash debris all over. There were massive piles of rubble and trash all around my site. And the roads weren’t graded, so they weren’t walkable after it rained. Overpriced for what was offered.

Had a great time ... kids enjoyed the pool .. played mini golf and horse shoes ... staff was friendly and very helpful .. escorted us to our site and offered assistance ... store was well stocked .. firewood was plentiful. This was our 3rd stay and will plan for another stay in the future.

The office help needs more training with compassion. A lady office help showed no compsinn for me and my wife and she was short with us with answers about vacancy. She was unnecessarily short with us.

This is our 5th year visiting this KOA and we love it there. Staff is fabulous and truly care about their campers. Facilities are very well maintain and impeccably clean. Kiddo friendly facility with a lot of things to keep them happy. It is conveniently located close to metro area to enjoy what the Twin Cities have to offer yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility of rural area.

We had a very nice time. There was a lot of activities for the kids and family. I didn’t love our site. I know KOA’s don’t have huge sites but I felt like ours was tiny. We had mostly gravel in our site. Our dogs didn’t like walking on it even with an outdoor rug. Also the area for the picnic table was uneven and tipped to one side. We were in site 14. Stayed in one of their cabins for two nights in September while visiting family in the Twin Cities. It's located quite a ways outside the metro area, in a locale with businesses and a four lane highway not far away. The KOA property is okay, with trees. The proprietress was very accommodating and cordial. Our cabin was clean and well maintained. The restroom and showers facilities, and the laundry room, were also clean and well maintained. It took about a minute to walk to the restroom/shower/laundry facilities from our cabin. Most of the time, the wifi was very slow, but one morning at 6:30 it was pretty fast (perhaps someone had been streaming videos previously?)
